Fabulous family holiday

Excellent location, fabulous food both in the buffet and in the a la carte on the beach, friendly, helpful staff all around the resort, lots of space and sunbeds, great selection of drinks on the All Inclusive, fun entertainment. Leo was doing an excellent job at making sure all the guests were well looked after. Concierge were very efficient and booked our taxis for us - all arrived on time and were comfortable and spacious.

Great stay! Friendly staff!

We truly enjoyed our trip. We were treated in a very nice way especially Ms. Sarah in the reception desk. She made our trip memorable- giving us nice rooms and was generous giving us 2 hours late check out.

Amazing

Everything. We took the beach view room and it was worth it. Kids loved the pool and we loved the beach.

It was okayesh - this place used to be much better

Rooms and overall facility is good.

Lacking entertainment at night, a band singing and that is it (good for party people but not families). The food in the main resturant was sooo poor in variety and quality - really cheap.

One of the top 5 beach resorts in UAE, as per me!

The location is fabulous and the overall service, hospitality right from check-in till check-out was exceptional. Highly recommend this property !

Great experience

Great customer service! Marzook from guest relation team is super professional and just an amazing host! He was very attentive and made our family trip really great! good breakfast, nice beach and beach cafes. overall great experience :)

It was an incredible experience and I am looking forward to go back with my family and friends.

We would like to thank Moussa for giving us an amazing room. it was perfect.

We like the resort and wave has a great food selection.

The breakfast was very poor, no options. the scrambled egg was really disgusting- its like a egg soup with cheddar cheese on top. i never seen such thing compare to all the resorts and hotels we stayed. this will go to waste for sure The cereal, fruits and juice selection was very limited, especially the hot selection, nothing to eat. we ended up eating toast and ask the chef for omellete for 5 stars resort, we expect more. as the way we see it its only fall under 3 to 4 star

this hotel is overpriced-not a value for money

very nice spa, Candy at the spa made a great Thai massage-recommended

we took an upgrade to a sea view room close to the beach- there was very loud music on Fri night and we could not go to sleep earlier; the breakfast offer was limited, the hotel is overpriced

Family time in paradise!

Great resort for families with plenty of options for activities and games, pools really nice and well maintained, beach close by and large enough to not be too crowded. Staff were mostly very attentive and friendly and willing to offer help whenever needed

Food was good but not outstanding as in some other 5 star hotels

Room was excellent and hotel has nice pools and beach area.

Food was ok but was expecting more freshness (esp. seafood) and better quality overall. Service at the pool and beach bars could use some enhancements as well as staff seemed generally overwhelmed.

I was very impressed with your housekeeping team and how they left some gestures to make us feel at home and feel welcome.

I would have liked to see changing options on the breakfast buffet as it does get boring to eat the same good everyday. Additionally, the hotel wifi can get better.
