Very good and will come back

A good atmosphere, clean, pleasant, luxurious. Staff at reception are very nice.

Restaurant “cool” or fusion music was nice but loud. Our table was not clean enough from previous customer

the staff are really friendly and helpful….Ahmed and Noel made our stay memorable….the lunch buffet was exceptional the rooms are really clean and they provide extra tea water and coffee for the rooms.. everyone was so attentive making the service exceptional…. i will definitely be going back soon 👌

منتجع العنوان كان مكافئة و هدية رائعة بالنسبة لي ،، أحب المكان بكل تفاصيله ،، نظافة الشاطئ ،، روعة المبنى ونظافته .. حسن الاستقبال و الترحيب ،، موظف الإستقبال كان شاب عربي كريم الخلق ( سام ) سرعة الإنجاز و فاجأنا بجمالية الغرفة ،، شكرا لكم ،، بوفيه الإفطار صحي و متنوع و متكامل ،، شهي ولذيذ … أتمنى لكم التوفيق و الاستمرار على هذا المستوى الراقي .. دمتم بخير .

Excellent location

The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff on the ground very accommodating.

I tried to make certain arrangements by email in advance but the online team were not very responsive. The staff at the hotel sorted it out.

Wonderful comfy stay!

We absolutely loved the vibe, the rooms, how tidy and comfy the rooms/ beds/ infrastructure is! Friendly staff! Proper heated pools which is huge for Dubai winters! Breakfasts , dinners were delicious! Lovely kids playground outside. Everything is compact and great for families!

We loved it all to be fair. What could be added is a bit variety for dinners and a bit more activities for little ones. Kids club is there but would be amazing to have a few activities to keep little ones busy

Personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je wordt enorm in de watten gelegd. De massages zijn een aanrader ( Shiva/ Passang).

Ruim 90% van de gasten is Russisch, die een all inclusive reis geboekt hebben. Overdag is er continu (harde) muziek op alle buiten locaties, zelfs op het strand.

Bel endroit pour s'éloigner de la vie super active de Dubai

La surprise a été de voir qu'ils nous ont accueilli avec des attentions comme le gâteau d'anniversaire pour mon mari et des petites attentions, des jolis pliages sur le lit avec des pétales de roses..c'était super Superbe hôtel, reposant.

Miła odmina dla Dubaju, na max 2-3 dni

Położenie przy plaży, basen tylko dla dorosłych. Obiekt jest na uboczu.

W czasie naszego pobytu 2 osoby miały urodziny, zapewne miło by im było, gdyby dostały kartę z życzeniami, jak to zawsze bywało w hotelach. Po wyjeździe hotel ustawił status rezerwacji na odwołane i booking pytał, czy byliśmy, dostaliśmy ostrzeżenie o możliwości opłat dodatkowych za nieodwołanie rezerwacji - bardzo dziwna sytuacja i nikt mi jej nie wyjaśnił, mimo prośby o wyjaśnienie.

New quiet , clean hotel .

The hotel is new , clean with amazing location and view . Rooms are simple yet feels like home . Staff are extremely friendly . Room service is amazing . Everyone around friendly and polite . Naga at the main restaurent is just an amazing staff , he pays attention to details and take an extra mile

the main restaurent , The food selection is very very limited . Service is very poor . You would expect better food variety since you chose Address . And since we are in remote area with no restarents around we had no option but to have all our meals there . The valet : while checkout no one was there to put our luggage in the car . We found the trolley near by the entrance , had to put the staff back ourselves with the help of a cleaner who was complaining that its not his job Entertaintment / activites : it will be good to add so live shows / entertaintment activites at night to add liveness to the place Mini mart : since it is remote area , it wil be great addidiotn to have mini mart with all important items like baby items , sun skin care products etc as there is nothing around .

Everything is good,but…

This hotel is very modern, new and nice. The cleaning 2 a day. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything is new.

I didn’t like the huge queues entering the restaurant in the morning. The capacity of the main restaurant is very limited, so its not comfortable at all. Moreover you should wait for your morning coffee/tea more than 20 minuets.

Fantastic hotel and the staff were all amazing i would look at hiring more staff especially for meal

Location was fantastic and staff were amazing the only issues were the meals there was not enough staff so you are queing for tables then waiting for drinks sometimes only receiving them after you finish your meal.

My wife has a gluten tolerance when we arrived the chef struggled to offer any food alternatives and the meals that were out had no signage telling us what is in the food by that i mean G or GF meaning gluten. after the first day the food being offered did get better for my wife. There were a few mistakes at the check-in firstly i put 1000 AED on my room so i could order drinks only to find out it was placed on the wrong room number also welcome message on the TV in the room was someone else's name these issue were quickly resolved.

We mentioned we just got married a couple days before and no congratulations or honeymoon arrangements were made. We also couldn’t check in on the original date so checked in a day late due to a family emergency and no flexibility was provided regarding this.

Relaxing, comfortable and great value.

Everything. From the entrance welcome until the end. Attentive genuinely helpful and caring staff. Elegantly designed rooms, excellent food and willingness to cater to our vegan diet. Attention to details and near spotless facilities. Three pools, one for adults to choose from. One of our best hotel experiences in the the UAE. Knowing what you have to select from, this is quite a feat.

Perfect Stay! Everything was Excellent.
