Good location and friendly staff. However be prepared to take the stairs! Highly recommend renting a car if you come here. Bus schedule is not reliable and doesn’t run late enough to enjoy the night life.

The pool is in need of serious help. A complete remodel is desperately needed. Pool was really bad. New furniture is needed in the lobby and the rooms as current furniture is worn and threadbare.

Not worth the price tag At ALL

I liked the staff in the restaurant who were extremely friendly.

Staff at the concierge were extremely unhelpful. Especially checking out I simply asked if they could find some information about storage for our luggage as I was heading to Capri. He seemed dismissive and not interested in at least trying to help. After paying €1000 for two nights the service was terrible, the hotel was overrated and the location was not so great. On top of that the wifi barely works and the charging sockets are shockingly slow. It took me 8 hours to charge my phone. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again. I'd also go as far to encourage others not to waste so much money on a room that is standard.

All together a good stay depsite our less positive comments above. Staff were great.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were the best part of the hotel. Location and view excellent. Breakfast was good. Not exceptional but adequate.

Room decor was old and dated. Our room was extremely humid and the bathroom was very dark so not that comfortable. Fitness room was very bad. Half of a room with just one or 2 pieces of equipment. No window, no water, no towels etc. Very inadequate.

Nice Lobby and location. Not bad value

Nice lobby, kinda outdated tile and room. Front desk did not go above and beyond to assist us with Taxis or helping us get delayed luggage. Promised to call after taking photocopies of paper work and never did or spoke about it again.

I felt the coffee was from push button machine and not the original espresso machine. Waiters could understand more english

Comfortbale stay but someof the facilities lacking.

Very comfortable room - exactly as described and no issues. Friendly staff.

The swimming pool is a LOT smaller than the images suggest. The 'bar'is just a few seats in the corridor. There is a wine tasting room thta is never open. We didn't use the gym but it's just three machines squeezed into one end of a small meeting room.

Absolutely incredible views of Positano from our balcony and the in-house restaurant, which also does amazing food in its own right and also serves a good breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to assist. The hotel itself is in a great location next to plenty of good restaurants though much like the rest of Positano be prepared for a hike!

The pool is the only thing holding it back, it's a bit small and outdated. But only a small issue and everything else was perfect.

The location was fabulous, the food delicious and the ambiance was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The pool was underwhelming, but not a big deal because of the proximity and ease of the beach.

A classically beautiful hotel in the amazing Poistano

This is a classic 1960s 4 star hotel With grand marble and frieze features The jr suite was wonderful with an incredible view of the bay from the window and the terrace. The hotel is professional but small enough to be personable

Perfect location, a 10 minute walk from the main piazza, great restaurants nearby, the staff was incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. The view from our room and the rooftop restaurant was beautiful!

There was a musty smell in the room- it felt mildewy.

Breathtaking.

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly.The view from our room on the 6th floor was the prettiest view I have ever seen .Exceptional.

Dinner menu was very poor and only ate there on the first night .

The views of Positano from the hotel are gorgeous. The restaurant is excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

as everyone knows, traffic is an issue in Positano. but the hotel is conveniently located at the bus stop for the intra-city bus, so park your car and forget about driving.
