Beautiful, clean property with an amazing view. Great for families! We were a party of 6 in the two bedroom apartment. Both bedrooms and the living room had access to a shared terrace. It was a very comfortable stay and was even better than what we expected.

Bit of a belated review, though if there were more stars we'd give it 10! We organised to stay at Palazzo Margherita at the start of July as we loved the view and wanted to get married there over looking Positano. From the minute I messaged Mauro regarding the potential of using his hotel to get married, he could not of been any more helpful. From the photographer to the private boat, celebrant, places to eat, private transfers, you name he did it. Amazing man who deserves more than this 5 stars, he made our day so special and we couldn't be more appreciative of everything he did for us! Definitely stay at his hotel, book a room with a view (oh wait they all have one), crack a Peroni and don't look back. Some photo's attached to prove the magic!
Absolutely nothing. Would stay there again and again, and then stay at Mauro's new hotel in 2 years time.

The terrace alone is worth the price tag - but the other amenities like the amazing manager/concierge Mauro, welcome wine, spacious rooms, comfortable beds made this truly a perfect trip to Positano. I cannot recommend this property enough!

The view, the view, the view
Mauro is very nice man, welling to help answer all our questions
It is not a hotel, no breakfast, reception 24/7, but it is a problem, Mauro is there on the WhatsApp at any time for any question
He gives me very nice advices, ticks and tips our our days trips.
I like that they have private parking,
I recommend to visit the area in December and enjoy the driving there without traffic and feasibility of parking there in the whole amalfi coast area.
Very clean

There was nothing to not like!! Loved it all

great views and location. situated on the main road and up high. good access for us to be able to load many bags easily.
if you have many bags, stay at ground level if possible. The lower levels require carrying up and down quite a few stairs. There appeared to be a wall in one of the rooms with mould coming through the paint. we did not challenge this at the stay as we were only there a short time but should be queried.

Really nice manager
Weak WiFi signal on the terrace (room- Palazzo).
Electrical sockets in the walls could be replaced.
There are no any staff here after hours. If you need any help, you have to call manager Mauro, who can be at home at that time! For example, I forgot my keys after hours, and I disturbed manger, he answered immediately and helped without any questions. And I saw how he arrived to help someone at the night! But I’m not sure, that he can be available anytime. I think, that additional dedicated staff could be here or not far away to help clients after hours. Thanks!

Wonderful postcard view of Positano from our spacious balcony. The apartment was large and charming - plenty of room. The best part of staying here was having Mauro take such personal care and interest in our experience. He set up a wonderful day/driving trip along the Amalfi Coast to Ravello, a full day private boat excursion to Capri, several excellent restaurant reservations, drivers to and from Rome and he was available for anything else we wanted.
Beds were on the firm side

The view from the terrace was incredible. Location was great. Everywhere in Positano involves a lot of steps but this place is a good mix of close enough but high enough for a great view too! We liked the washing machine! Its self catering so the little shop just up the road is great for provisions. Mauro was super helpful with suggestions. I would definitely recommend people do a half day trip on the private boat and also if going to the beach go round to the right (past the ferry) to Fornello beach which is quieter - still have to pay for a sun lounger but much better especially with kids.
Bathrooms / showers could have been better. There was air conditioning but could work better in the bedroom when its very warm. Overall the apartment isnt flashy but comfortable with kitchen and washing machine and the view and terrace are what you are paying for in this town!

Mauro was the Hotel Manager and was by far the most attentive to our needs and requests of any other Hotel, including, 5 Star hotels we have stayed at. We were never in Positano before so we had many questions on trains, private cars, as there were 5 in our group, local favorite restaurants and excursions. He pulled together a wonderful itinerary for us and followed up along the way to make sure everything was exceptional and it was! I hope the Palazzo Margharita takes good care of him because his passion for what he does, his going out of his way for the guests that are staying there, his attention to details and especially making each guest feel so special are indeed above and beyond! we couldn’t of asked for better accommodations…well maybe the penthouse, :) but in all seriousness everything was just wonderful! Thank you again Mauro for helping us have the best trip to Bella Positano!
It fit our family if 5 perfectly. Beds very comfortable and the View of Positano and the sea was to die for!!

Everything was amazing, The view, the location, the manager! It’s the perfect place in Positano!
Everything was perfect, only the bathroom is small and little uncomfortable, recommend an upgrade and would add bath rope and slippers, however this doesn’t change the final score!
4.5
wonderful accommodation and sensational view of Positano
