We loved the location, half way up the main staircase. Central to the beach and shops. Loved our villa and the terrace was amazing. Just loved the view and listening to other people walk the stairs. Morning sunrise was spectacular. Miss the place already.

Perfect location. High enough to see the whole of Positano, amazing views. The balcony was a huge plus.
Very spacious apartment, well equipped and close to everything thing you will need. Very comfortable.

AMAZING view! Location is perfect!
190 steps to property from the port, not too bad! House super spacious, super cool inside due to thick walls, amazing in the heat. Sleeps 6 adults easily! clean nice bedding.
Nothing not to like

Unbelievable locations and views...
Steps, but that not a reflection on the property that's just part of life in Positano.

Great location, and the best view from a balcony
you can ask for. Nunzia is a great help.

The view and location
5.0
The Italian feel of the apartment was nicely done. The view from the balcony is stunning, although too hot to stay out there from 8 am - 1pm during summer due to direct sun. Facilities such as washing machine was useful.
Unfortunately the perfect location for views was also a drawback. The apartment is situated in the middle of the famous and busy thoroughfare known as “the long staircase” so people are stopping to catch their breath (and talk loudly) right outside the rooms 24/7. The other drawback is Friday to Sunday during summer, the beach club plays party music until approx 5am. We didn’t have a good nights sleep the whole time we stayed there, so it was too pricey for what we expected. No wonder it is no longer a residential apartment but accommodation for tourists!

The location is beyond perfect! just high enough to have a wonderful view and not have to take a million stairs. The sheets have been updated and it’s like being at a hotel. All white linens which are a huge plus in my book.
No complaints!

The hosts were amazing. Nunzia made checking in very easy and arranged parking too. The apartment is very nice and spacious. The views from the large porch were amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

beautiful master bedroom upstairs with a beautiful view of Positano from the terrazza.
2nd bedroom was too small and too dark. The sitting area upstairs next to the master bedroom seems better suited for the 2nd bedroom. we were never warned about 160 stairs from the main road!!

Amazing place with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2 rooms have an amazing view of whole Positano! The third room is at first floor so it doesn't have a view but it's big and nice as well. We got some mozzarela and prosciutto and they provided us espresso and we enjoyed our breakfast everyday with an awesome view! It's in the village of positano so everything is in walking distance. The port is close so you can take the boat to capri let's say.
Not a problem for me but someone should know that there are many stairs that you have to take to reach the house. However this is the case for whole Positano.
One thing that I didn't like and it wasn't about the house itself but the nearest parking place was about 20 mins walk on a hill and they were charging 70 euros per day in an off season period (April). During full season expect 100-120 euros per day to park your car and that if you're lucky enough to find a place.. so pre-book your parking spot. Overall in my opinion, avoid the whole Amalfi coast during summer because it will be packed and it's such a beautiful scenery that you can't enjoy with all that people. Spring is the best period to visit and autumn next.

Very clean! Beautifully furnished with a classic Italian feel. The locations was perfect - high enough up to have spectacular views from the balcony, but low enough for so there aren’t to be too many steps! There were 4 of us staying and the place was enormous, plenty of room for 7 (max capacity). The master bedroom was upstairs, it’s beautiful and huge with a balcony looking out over Positano. The second room is smaller (plenty of room for two people) and downstairs so obviously doesn’t have the views, but still, as the rest of the villa, beautifully decorated. The two rooms have en suites and then there is an additional bathroom upstairs.

-balcony views were incredible
-spacious and clean
-quiet area
-beds are older and not that comfy
-no amenities (shampoo etc)
-152 stairs up and down to get to the house as cars cannot make it there, be prepared to carry your luggage

The location is good. The view out of the balcony is very nice. You can enjoy a nice breakfast or drink sitting in the balcony. While all of that is true, the view is the same from any rental house or hotel with a view... the beauty of the view is from the surroundings themselves and is not necessarily a function of this property. All in all, I would say it's decent location.
The service could have been better. The housekeeper was nice and courteous when she met us to deliver the keys. The house did not have any bath soap. The Wi-Fi was not working on the upper floor where the bedrooms and kitchen are located. When I reached out to the housekeeper for "there is no soap in the house", I got a reply stating that this is not a hotel .. it's a vacation rental. I can buy all I want. I have stayed in a number of vacation rentals before. They all come with basic amenities like soap, shampoo, towel etc. This is the first time I heard of such a thing. Also, when I contacted her that Wi-Fi is not working upstairs, the response was - I am too far now, it was working in the morning. Also, there are too many steps to come down to the house from the main road... especially if you have luggage. I would prefer something that is closer to the road... preferably at the higher level.

Spotless clean, fabulous location, exceptional views from the balcony. Just a beautiful home and would highly recommend it. The owner was so easily contactable and promptly replied. Loved our stay in Positano x

Fantastic views from the terrace, which gets plenty of sun but is also covered so can be enjoyed if raining. The photos here don’t even give it justice.
Easy to access with steps from the main road and easy to get down to the beach and city centre, all within less than 10 mins. Lots of steps but no more than anywhere else, since Positano is a cliff town. So be prepared for a lot of exercise. If that’s a struggle, the only solution is to stay somewhere on the main road, with a lift if any mobility issues, and that’s it. Everywhere else, including the beach, is only accessible via stairs.
Lots of character throughout the house, with local art, paintings, sculptures and ornaments.
Large en-suite bedroom and lounge/bedroom upstairs, both with great views and access to the terrace. Good sized, fully functional bathrooms. Small kitchen upstairs, but well equipped and organised. The downstairs living/dining area and en-suite bedroom is a good place to cool down after a hot day, as it doesn’t get any sun.
People walking past outside can be a bit noisy during the day, but not much and tend to be quite civilised and quiet at night.
The owner, host and cleaner are really lovely, flexible and readily available.
I had a very good time staying there and felt right at home with so much space and the many little touches.
I honestly can’t fault this place and if I had to make a suggestion, I’d only say the property would benefit from having a full length mirror somewhere. There’s plenty of room for it for sure!

The location was spectacular. Impressive view of Positano and very close to the heart of the city and the beach. The balcony was spacious and breathtaking. The apartment was very ample and the host did a great job of sending someone to meet us and walk us right to the apartment and showing us the property.
We loved everything about this place.
