Great hotel, will come back

Room was really high quality, beautiful decor and extremely clean. The hotel was very well situated, just a short walk from all the main attractions. Rooftop bar/pool area was also great.

Disappointing soundproofing of rooms.

The situation of the hotel is excellent. The staff were courteous. The lounge and bar are beautifully designed. All was clean, and the room a good size.

The soundproofing was very poor. You could hear every single word said in the next room and from the corridor.

We had a fabulous stay - would definitely recommend this to anyone who asked us where to stay in Seville

The hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing in the Old Town and all the major attractions. The Staff were fantastic

I think the bathroom we had could do with updating - a nice walk in shower instead of having to climb into a bath (being 68 this is no longer as easy as it sounds 😁)

Great hotel in Sevilla! I would come back!

We loved our stay at Hotel Fernando III. The staff were very helpful, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the sheets and towels very white (they seemed pretty new). The location also is very good, at a walkable distance from the main landmarks, with lots of restaurants. We enjoyed in the afternoons the swimming pool, which was a delight, being located on the rooftop.

Well located boutique hotel with extremely friendly staff

On arrival we handed our car keys to the bellman and he parked our car for us and collected it again on departure which was very convenient for us. The hotel is well located within short walking distance to the most popular sights and there are plenty of great restaurants close by. We highly recommend the roof top bar which serves great food and drinks. It's a nice way to end a busy day on the top of the hotel with a great view over Seville.

Tudo estava excelente. Pequeno-almoço variado, com ótima qualidade. Muito limpo e organizado. Rooftop incrível no último piso, o que permitia refrescar do calor intenso de Sevilha. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e prestáveis. Experiência a repetir.

Não existe nada que não tenha gostado. Se tivesse que apontar uma melhoria, seria apenas aumentarem a área da piscina. Como são muitos hóspedes, torna-se um espaço pequeno para tanta gente, o que fez com que por vezes não tivéssemos lugar nas espreguiçadeiras.

Great location for all the sights. I will return when revisiting Seville.

The location and comfortable air-conditioned room. During our 4 day stay, the temperature was between 36-39 degrees. The AC airflow was adjusted to allow for a good night's sleep.

The wifi was so slow, it was unusual.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres très spacieuses, une très grande terrasse, une grande salle d'eau avec tous les produits. Tout L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel est charmant, efficace et à l'écoute des clients. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait.

Dommage que les chaises longues de la piscine soient prises d'assaut, car pas possible de se poser avant 18h. Nous avions des chambres communicantes avec nos amis mais si ce sont des personnes inconnues c'est plus dérangeant car nous pouvons suivre les conversations car pas de double porte.

Nagyon frekventált helyen van, pár perc séta a Katedrálistól. A reggeli rendkívül bőséges és finom, a személyzet mindenre figyel. Naponta takarítanak, és naponta vizet, nescafet, pipereholmit, tiszta törölközőket kaptunk. Az egyik nap egy meglepetés behűtött pezsgő és köszönőlevél fogadott minket a szobában. Ez a hotel a vendéglátás felsőfoka, kultúrált, figyelmes személyzettel. Csak ajánlani tudom, Sevillában csak itt szállnék meg legközelebb is.

Good, but should be better for a four-star hotel.

Location, good size room, comfortable bed.

Cold room with poor heating. Daytime construction noise from upstairs. Very patchy Internet, mostly very poor.

Un hotel estupendo en Sevilla

La ubicación en pleno barrio de Santa Cruz es estupenda, con el encanto de sus calles y cerca del centro histórico. La amabilidad del personal excepcional, una especial felicitación para Carmen y Carmela por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Las habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas. En general muy confortable.

No se me ocurre nada negativo.

Great hotel, superb staff!

Amazing staff- super helpful and friendly. We came back to our room one day to a bottle of cava waiting for us- a gift from the hotel which was a really lovely touch. Lovely hotel, great location. Modern room, really clean, and lovely terrace that caught the afternoon sun. The hotel’s roof terrace and pool area are fabulous!

We chose to sleep with the door to our terrace open rather than use aircon, and it was pretty noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us at all, and if the door was closed this wouldn’t be an issue.
