Volveremos sin duda!

I recently toured France, Spain & Portugal on my motorcycle.
On the basis of reasonable security for my bike, I selected each of my accommodation stops with this in mind and I certainly found it here with a great underground car park.
As I had pre-booked the Hotel and parking I was fully aware that there was an additional charge @ 10EUR (p/n) for the use of the secure garage on site.
The Hotel itself was very comfortable, very clean and the large bed was great.
The location of the hotel was at least a 1 hour walk into the city centre, a taxi costing around 7EUR for the journey.
The Bathroom was a wet room and the configuration of the shower enclosure confirmed this. It wasn't very good with the room flooding every time (reported).
The Continental Breakfast accompanied with some cooked food was subject to an additional charge of 5.50 Euros, although a limited selection, it was very nice and set you up for the day.
The Bathroom. very disappointing.

Good connection to city centre und enough parking place

There were small soup & shampoo packets instead of bottles. They are uncomfortable and not enough to wash yourself

Perfect location for pulling directly off the motorway. No hassle easy parking. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Easy walking distance to city centre or to drive up to the Alhambra or Sierra Nevada.

Clean, warm room (in winter), great comfortable beds, good size rooms, very good buffet breakfast.(scrambled eggs, great bread, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, tosta de tomate, etc), free outside parking, great access to Sierra Nevada, 30min walk to city centre, we had a room out back with views onto mountains and no traffic noise. Small shopping centre close by.
No mini fridge in the room and the room safe was not working. When the light was switched off the fire alarm would flash brightly every 20 seconds. The arm chair cover in our room was old and dirty. One of the lights in our room was flickerrng. Some refurbishment works are under way and started getting noisy around 11am.

WC didn't have toilet brush.

It was quiet, and only a 10-minute drive to the Alhambra.
Close to main roads (which could also be an advantage).

Exactly what we wanted from a value-for-money hotel within walking distance of the city centre. Great comfy beds, quiet location, free Wifi, free parking right outside the door, very easy to walk back to after an evening out. Also generous amount of time to check out in the morning. Highly recommended.
Would have loved one double bed rather than two singles, but the singles were big enough for us to share one, so that didn't really matter.

Close to highway, clean and comfortable
Air conditioner was very poor in the room
4.0 / 5.0
Nice room and clean.
Position was worse than expected. Bus connection is long (min 20 minutes to the city center, and one every half hour, nothing after 23:30). We had to use taxi, that in 3 was cheaper than bus. Staff was absent when we arrived (during the afternoon, not in strange hours), we had to wait 15min in the hall.

The staff were very polite & informative. We had 5 meals at the hotel & the food was very good, the service was first class. Parking was excellent and free. The bus stop into the city was close to the hotel and very cheap. Overall it was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.
A mirror is needed in the room. A walk in shower, instead of a bath with shower over would have been nice. There was no lounge for guests to relax in.

there hotel is fine and has a restuarant which is always opened. The position is strategic, especcially for the alhambra. The room are a little bit old and need a renovation but at the end of the day if you are on budget is fine. It has 3 rooms for disabled persons
A bit old the furniture and the bathrroms

the location and the room was bigger than I expected
There is no soundproofing between the rooms...so we could hear all the noise in the other rooms and in the hallway to

on outskirts of city so not too noisy

All front reception staff were excellent.
Good size standard room with fridge if at suitable price.
Free internal yard parking immediately outside hotel (but could be limited if very busy)
We needed to stay an extra night and the daytime lady on reception was very helpful to accommodate this.
Even when we returned from town the evening reception man happily served us another drink and gave us free tapas.
This hotel is a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of town but not a problem and scenic if you walk direct route.
If not then there is a S 2 bus 50 mtrs (out of the gate and walk right to/at the junction) several times a day if needed.
Because the staff were so friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again if in Granada
Nearest free parking to city centre accommodation I could find.
If you cannot walk or bus you will need other transport.
2-3 miles to the Alhambra (2 buses minimum) or by car/taxi

1- the price on booking.com was for 2 nights (Sat & Sun) a total of 122 € and 61 € per night.
Upon our late arrival 8:00 PM, and when checking in we needed to cancel one night for travel. We informed the staff at the check-in and he said ok then printed out the facture with an amout of 90€ per night ! We asked him why, he said very bluntly this is is normal today is not tomorrow and prices differ! I said but on booking.com it was clear that the 2 nights cost is equal…. Anyway we had to stay and pay 90€ per night, in which i reported to Booking waiting their response ( we stayed only few hours till 7 AM)
2- the hotel is very outdated
3- very far from city center (which we knew before and decided to book it at last mimute for the cost which was supposed to be 61€!
4- the room light is very low (warm) but this means that you cannot see what you are sleeping on!!! We were not able to sleep and we sneezed all night, i am allergic to house dust mite. Yet more dust than expected.
5- the bed is not at all comfortable and had only two pillows and a third one in the closet with no cover and disgusting
6- Just be carefull and if it is not a life saving stay for you - Better to skip our experience
Rather try to Book in the city center, definitely it is around the same price and worth the money.

Beds were reasonably comfortable
Safe didn’t work, no hot water day one of holiday, shower broken day two, air conditioning not working. High levels of noise and zero policing from night reception. Reception staff refused to give any discount, even though there were so many issues with our room and stay.
