Great experience

Really ergonomic facilities, friendliest staff, pretty good location, close to the marina. Perfect for a one night stay. Oh, and great complimentary wine.

Hotel para ir de paso no para larga estancia

La ubicación está muy bien, al lado del paseo marítimo.

Teníamos una habitación cuádruple con altillo y costaba que llegara el aire. La piscina era rara estaba entre edificios y algo pequeña.

Fantastic location - great staff

Juste parfait pour 4 personnes: grand, propre et vue sur la mer

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement parfait, ni trop près ni trop loin du centre. Facile de se garer autour. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et offrent un effet "wow" à l'arrivée, accentué par une bouteille de vin de bienvenue. Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables et très grands. La salle de bain était juste parfaite et impeccablement propre. On s'est senti vraiment très bien dans cet hôtel.

Good base for a Crete holiday

Location was excellent, close to the beach and the old town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air con in the apartments was an unexpected bonus. Excellent bakery and a 24 hour mini supermarket on the street

We had two apartments, one was a little more modern than the other which didn't have a shower in the main bathroom (only a hand held shower over bath). Traffic from the road was a bit noisy.

Value for money

Location was great (absolutely near everyting - excellent organized sandy beach in 2min walk (you can buy 2 sunbeds for 20€/day) - old town in 5min walk), staff was very kind and helpful, was very clean (additional thanks to cleaning ladies)

Sound insulation was not so good (think it is due to doors), furniture is little bit old and there is no adequate wardrobe for longer stay (stayed in 40m2 appartment)

Excellent location. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff. Fully equipped kitchenette

Most uncomfortable beds, we didn't get a single good night of sleep, even after discussing the issue at the reception. The room was too small to be aired properly, toilet without a window, no place to dry swimsuits, towels etc.

A nice stay in Rethymno

We liked the room,it was a split level apartment with a little loft ,very comfortable and nice .we also like the nice cleaning ladies that took such good care of our room and they were so fast to help us.we loved the bedding and the towels,I know it might sound weird,but we slept soooo good in those sheets:).it s a really nice hotel,recently renovated,at least our mansionette.moreover,the room had centralised digital lights control,the kids were amazed:)all in all,a very comfortable stay,we will most probably come back❤️

I do not think we have any complaints to make:)))

Needs attention

The dishes wasn't clean. It has food form previous use. The balcony doors are not function. If you go on the balcony and close the door you get locked out.

Bed is incredibly comfortable. The room seemed to have had a recent refurbishment and looked great. The room was very big and the location of the hotel is very convenient

1/2 of the hotel is being worked on so its very dusty

Nice, clean apartment for fair price.

Nice, clean apartment near the main beach (2 minutes walk) with friendly stuff. Everything was in walking distance (beach, old town, taverns, supermarkets, etc.).

The wifi was very weak.

Really nice, friendly, helpful staff, excellent location, view to the see (although we haven't expected) from balcony. We spent there 8 nights with my mom the centre was 10 minutes walking distance. Good bakery and the market is nearby. Highly recommended.

Beds. In the bedroom there were two single beds functioning as a double bed, it was really uncomfortable.

Decent price and hotel

A block from the beach without being right on it. Some effort (a glass panel) to keep the water off the bathroom floor and actually a little tub if you want a bath. So a step above the basic Greek room without being expensive. Room actually had a loft with another bed up a spiral staircase but that's probably only on the top floor and probably only cheap because it is after the season.

Hotel is about 1 km walk from the bus station along busy Boulevards. Rethymno is a real busy commercial city but has a beach kind of like Miami Beach. On the day I was there it was frequent choppy waves over a long shallow Sandy shelf with shredded seaweed... Waves not rideable but not peaceful either. Water about 23c. Not the best beach in Crete but reasonably refreshing. Lots of places to eat and drink along the water... Close to the hotel and Bustling

Would like to come back oje day.

Hotel has no parking plot, so you have to look for it by your self. For us it was no problem but in general could be hard, because the hotel is in the heqrt of old town.

The room was exelelnt and location is great. Staff very friendly. Big thank you for restaurant recomendations!

Pleasant spot with spacious economical accommodations and nice staff.

We had a spacious studio with balcony, kitchenette and loft second sleeping area. The suite had just been renovated, modernizing a large bathroom and refreshing interior finishes. The staff was warmly welcoming and helpful, special thanks to Aphrodite at front desk and the amazing Nina in housekeeping. Location just beyond the old town center is easily walkable while slightly less chaotic.

The electricians involved in the renovation had left work unfinished, installing fancy controls which made no sense and, in fact, need to be redone: one cannot control a single light, either all blazing on or all pitch dark. Also the door had no inside handle. The only way to get out was to turn the tiny deadbolt button, hard enough to move the bolt, then pull until one could crack open the heavy door and grab its edge. This was absurdly unsafe. Fingers crossed these issues will soon be repaired.

the walls are made by paper. if somebody take a shower next to our room it fells like happens like near my face. our room up to the swimming pool and is was so loud. in the morning we have no hot water for take a shower.

Good for value - but inside is still under development

located at the centre of the city: surrounded with many convenient stores and local bakeries.

The staff and the owner - a bit irresponsible for the things happened of dismantling the blind in the kitchen without mentioning to us anything but the staff didn’t know about this until we report this. It took us three days -Friday to Monday to get back the blinds but the attitude was not great as the staff directed the problem to the owner and the owner did not solve the problem shortly.
