Xavier was very welcoming and helpful to find orientations of where to go and what to see.
To get my invoice it took a bit long.

Great place, lovely rooms and nice ataff
Nothing. Only thing is it could be clearer that restaurant in evening is a choice between traditional Icelandic lamb soup (excellent) amd tomato soup, nothing else. The food was great, just good to know not a lot of choice,

Clean room
Food was a bit expensive (had only soup - but you could eat as much as you want) and room was a bit cold

Staff at evening was very helpful and kind.
Location is very nice.
Room was a bit outdated, not greatly clean as furnitures toilet or shower.. Beds very soft, but, maybe some like it.
Wifi a bit slow but stable.
Staff at morning was invisible..
During breakfast hard to find any help.
Food selection - poor
Quantity - poor (some late guests did shortage of products)
Coffee not tasty also lack of milk..
Personally I did expect warm breakfast, some scramble eggs or English breakfast etc..

Breakfast were absolutly perfect and personal was helpful and smiling all the time! Also the location of Hotel is really good and the overall hotel area was nicely decorated and clean:)
Rooms needs a bit of modrenization and minifridge would really help, instead of kingsize bed we had two separate beds that were moving as you fliped to other side and sheets were not connected so we were falling all night..

The location was amazing far from cities and lights.
We has and incident we our car and the owner himself at midnight came with the tractor to help us. That was the best!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Furniture in the hotelroom are came to ages.

Rooms are clean and spacious, space are incredibly kind, breakfast was superb. Loved seeing the sheep hanging outside my room window.
The only downside about this property are the beds - they have the structural integrity of marshmallow. Probably fine if you like a very soft mattress, but as someone who prefers a firmer one, this wasn’t the most comfortable.

Breakfast is good, standard
We stayed in triple room and there is one (out of three) comforters that is a bit dirty with black sands/smudge and flat (not soft).
When I requested for a new one, the facility could not provide (no spare one to replace).

staff, excellent dinner
all OK

Really great place in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful landscape and as quiet as it can get. Lovely place if you want to see some northern lights!
We had a stunning sunset and sunrise there. Our Check-In was very funny and heart-warming. The people there are very kind, even though on this evening there were too few of them there. Even on a stressful evening the man had a smile and lots of jokes. It was very sweet.
Our room was clean, nice and sweet. We had all we need and the breakfast was also very good!
