Location ideally located close enough to the restaurants but far enough for there to be no noise.
We couldn't check in until 1500.

Booking was easy, location good, room had balcony and view over the coast and local area. Well equipped room and sufficient space to be comfortable.
I had agreed through the website with email confirmation that I would be able to keep my cycle in the bedroom with no charge as I was starting an international cycle race the next day leaving early and needed to ensure packing of bike etc was perfect. There was no record of this at reception and the request was refused initially. Only after a long difficult conversation was this agreed, and charged for. I was not bothered by the charge but there should have been knowledge of the agreement at arrival on the system.

Clean; quiet location; walk in shower; kettle in the room. Cheap parking outside
Would have been helpful to have a location map beforehand/ we spent a lot of time being lost

good location
i have been overcharged by €100 and no expanation. Part of the reason to use Booking.com is to prevent using bad hoteliers such as these, I am very unimpressed

The hotel is in a great location, situated inside the city walls. The staff were polite and friendly, letting me get access to my room four hours early, the rooms were well equipped, including a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, everything worked in the room and the two shower heads arrangement one hand held and one ceiling mounted, was good. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the sights and numerous cafés, bars and bistros are nearby. I would stay here again if I visited St Malo again.
Nothing.

Location ,garage, great shower, comfortable double ,sea view
Twin room with sea view wasn't made up as a twin ,didn't have a sea view and the bedding had dirty stains all over it

value and convenient
not easy to negotiate the one-way road system to get to the hotel

Central for St Malo; comfortable warm room
Dusty surfaces; no loo tool until we asked for it. No toilet roll holder. Bath was split. Nowhere to hang the shower head up to have a shower while standing. Dusty glasses. No tea, coffee, milk or biscuits. Had to ask. Bedside tables minuscule and bolted down away from the bed? What in the name of all that is good design was going in your refurbisher’s head?

location
Bit tired, room a bit small, staff seemed a bit preoccupied but it was the end of the season and they had probably had enough of guests asking the same questions

Clean, modern recently-refurbished room with plenty of space and an interesting (quirky) but functional layout. Conveniently located close to restaurants and bars, but very quiet in room. Friendly and helpful check-in experience with good English spoken. Very close to public car park and bicycle parking...although we didn't use the car park so can't advise on costs or availability for visitors; didn't seem to be any dedicated parking for the hotel, although we didn't ask.
Breakfast seemed a bit steep at EUR15 per person on top of the room rate...but it's a similar price to other hotels and cafes in the old city. (We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on quality).
