La propreté, la décoration, la vue et le personnel très sympathique.

Quite a hip hotel. Restaurant fully booked for the night we stayed sadly. Snack lunch on the deck tasty and good value. Location great. A sea view room would be best

Fabulous location, superb restaurant and delightful staff.
While the room available wasn’t great, we have rebooked for another stay with a room at the front of the hotel with the fabulous beach view.
We stayed in a ground floor, courtyard facing room. It had only two narrow windows at the front and was, as a result, rather dark and without charm. In order to have any privacy, as the window and room door opened directly onto the walkway to the hotel, we had to have the blinds down or curtains closed. This also made the room rather stuffy as there was no air conditioning or other windows to open.
We also recommend booking a parking space, well in advance, as they only have four spaces in the hotel courtyard.

Fabulous location. Great decor and ambience.
They overbooked our sea view and had to downgrade us. Compensated with free breakfast for 4.

Fantastic location friendly staff
Thought the food prices were a little too high compared to all the restaurants in Saint malo

An incredible location right on the seafront with a very nice bar serving delicious snacks
A little overpriced for a fairly ordinary room at the back

The location was ideal for a quick dip in the sea. Outside bar/deck was great - but bar prices were expensive.
All the staff were very helpful.
Free parking near by.
Our room was very dark - no windows to look out of as blinds in front as we were on the pathway into the hotel. The other window was high up.
Extractor in bathroom didn’t work - so the mirror (by hairdryer) steamed up. Had to open front door into hotel pathway to get enough air to clear the mirror.
After 2 showers (my husband and me) - the bathroom flooded - we had to ask for someone to mop up and replace all the wet towels. The staff member was very helpful and did this straight away. The metal disabled handrail in the bathroom was rusty at the bottom - presumably because the shower is constantly flooding.
Bedside lamp didn’t work.
Very noisy with people arriving above us and pulling their luggage along the wooden veranda to their doors. Same in the morning as people left v early.
Given the cost of the room we were disappointed.

Lovely location, secure car park, comfy beds and clean room.
Some milk in the room with the coffee sachets would have been nice. Also the option for take away coffee in the morning.

Lovely character hotel in an off-centre but very pleasant location. Small and friendly adjoining the promenade that runs behind a long beach. A half hour walk to the old city centre. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
Shame we were there Sunday-Wednesday when evening meals were not done :-( ..... other decent nearby eating options along the promenade however.

amazing staff. 👏 thank you.
Could hear everything outside the room, terrible acoustic performance of the annexe accommodation. The fittings in the bathroom were rusty and looked terrible for the price of the room, this should be better.

The location is spectacular! It is thrilling to be so close to the crashing waves! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offerings were delicious!
The room was very small and cramped and we had a lot of difficulty with internet connection (their free WiFi was rejected by our phones as being not secure or trusted and it would not allow us to connect).

Excellent location overlooking the beach and sea
Lovely (if expensive) restaurant
Friendly staff
Free on street parking nearby (although you have to be lucky/agile to grab a space)
Very small room, in a motel-like arrangement in what presumably used to be the hotel car park, just next to the kitchens. You open the room doors directly onto the outside, and people walking past could see into your room (if you didn’t draw the blinds. Wasn’t expecting that. These motel arrangement rooms don’t have sea views.
Tiny, rather thin towels.

on the beach. tasteful modern decor etc. secure bike storage. comfortable room.
No food in the evening or lunchtime . it was hard to see it a as a hotel- more a b&b since the bar and restaurant were not open to residents . hard work to persuade staff to serve drinks - and all just a bit weird as I felt like an intruder in the hotel; interrupting the staff working there (although what they were actually doing was not obvious) . there was food and drink being served to groups - just not to the people staying in the hotel!
I travelled around France on a bicycle trip for 3 weeks. this was the only hotel I would not book again.
