un incubo!

esperienza pessima. arrivati all una di notte abbiamo aspettato 50 minuti all aereporto che arrivasse il servizio navetta ..mai arrivato!! ok ci paghiamo un taxi arriviamo all albergo dove troviamo 50 persone alla reception per fare il check in ...dopo due ore di fila alle 4 del mattino riusciamo ad arrivare a parlare con un impiegato spiegandogli che alle 5 dovevamo essere dinuovo all aereporto ,e che dopo due ore di fila era inutile prendere la stanza per un ora e pagare 150 euro!! Morale!! la stanza non l abbiamo presa e ci hanno comunque preso i soldi dando le colpe a booking!! totale 150 euro di stanza più 40 di taxi per dormire in aereporto!! Pessimi!!! ci aspettavamo di pagare una penale ma non di certo l importo per una stanza che non abbiamo utilizzato!!!

Teleurstellend verblijf waarbij het hotel verkocht wordt als 'MET zwembad', maar dit niet is

Netheid van de kamers & hotel Ontbijt

Redelijk ver van het stadscentrum en weinig mogelijkheid tot fietsen in de buurt van het hotel Verkoopt zichzelf als hotel MET zwembad. Echter was het 30 graden en eind mei, en toch was het zwembad niet ter beschikking. Een schande, en zeker als er een afsnauwende reactie komt op waarom het zwembad nog niet open is. Zogezegd bij andere hotels ook nog niet, echt blijkt dit anders te zijn. Te duur voor wat je ervoor in ruil krijgt dus

El late check out en espada romántica hasta las 4pm

Es bastante costoso para lo que ofrece las habitaciones son muy básicas para el precio. Esta viejo y necesita renovarse además de que el aseo deja un poco que desear. Pero bueno al final los empleados ni tienen la culpa, por encima se ve que hay un problema económico en la empresa y necesitan dinero

Alejado de todo , seguramente sirve a nivel corporativo ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto

No me gustó, lejos de todo , no es para ocio.

La ubicación , se abusaron con el precio viendo las pocas alternativas que tenía,€720 una noche ingresando a las 21 hs, no había artículos de aseo en el baño. Increíble! No volvería.

Séjour correct. Ce qu'il faut pour une nuit en attente de la connexion d'un vol.

L'hôtel est neuf et les équipements sont bien. Le lit du couple est confortable

Le lit des enfants n'avait pas de couettes. Les enfants ont eu froid, car le plaide disponible dans l'armoire n'était pas propre et un peu rempli de poussières.

Bunkbeds worked great for our kids during our six hour stay at this hotel.

We were only at the hotel for 6 hours before leaving to catch an early morning flight. Picked this hotel because it offered one room that could sleep a family of four. Bunkbeds worked great for our kids. Checkin process was easy. Hotel offers free shuttle to airport every 30 or 60 minutes. Hotel opted to book and pay a taxi to take us to the airport vs having their shuttle driver run us in the middle of the night.

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities.

The staff were great. The free shuttle from the airport is fantastic. Very close to a big shopping centre and restaurants.

It’s a little bit tired and the location is a bit like an industrial estate.

Functional hotel, quite funky, some details not right

The room was good but facilities very limited, cardboard cups, some instant coffee and a single bottle of water.

Some details are a little frustrating, only one side of the bed has a PowerPoint, there is nowhere to connect the kettle other than on the ground, quite a lot of noise outside at night (people blowing leaves at 9pm at night, which stopped after we rang up about it, but started again at 10pm at night)

Calidad precio muy bien, transporte genial

4 personas 2Ad y 2 niños, habitación amplia y muy limpia. Estuvimos solo una noche porque teníamos la conexión con otro vuelo al día siguiente. Reservamos este Hotel porque está cerca del Aeropuerto y ofrecían transporte. El transporte muy cómodo y sin complicaciones, el conductor muy atento, llegamos justo cuando el bus ya había arrancado y se incorporaba a la vía, pero el conductor al vernos hacerle señales desde lejos se paró enseguida y nos dejó subir. Está muy cerca de un centro comercial. Llegamos por la mañana temprano y en recepción nos dieron la habitación en cuanto estuvo lista, cosa que agradecemos ya que sabíamos que no era hora todavía para hacer el check in. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente como siempre

Amabilidad del personal, desde el chofer del transfer hasta las recepcionistas. Instalaciones perfectas, habitacion amplia y servicio de transfer al aeropuerto optimo. Nos hemos alojado ya varias veces y lo seguiremos haciendo.

Good functional hotel, quite funky

The hotel is quite funky and modern, which is great. The room is good in basic terms, but some small details are not quite right. For instance there is nowhere to connect the kettle other than through a power point somewhere on the floor and there was only a power point on one side of the bed.

Property is good to stay.

I stayed for one week. On 2nd day, wash basin draining problem came and reported and sorted out. Breakfast is good. Airport pickup and drop off is good. Room is good.

Recommended, I would come back again. Excellent choice for transit to Barajas airport.

Fast check in, plenty underground parking, clean room, good breakfast, great staff. Had little trouble with in room safe, called reception and they sent a technician right away. All in all a good experience, would come back.

Not the hotel's fault of course, but the neighborhood isn't the most vibrant, not much in the vicinity.

El servicio pesimo . La limpieza pésima . Los insumos de mi habitación no funcionaban , por ejemplo el secador de pelo . A las 01 de la mañana tuve que bajar a reclamar . El intercomunicador con el personal estaba roto . El teléfono no funcionaba . Se fueron sin avisarnos para llevarnos al aeropuerto. Bajamos puntualmente y aún así salió antes el transfer

Ausencia de calidad del servicio hotelero

Traslado al aeropuerto.

1. Trato incorrecto para realizar el pago durante el check-in. 2. Varias fugas de calidad tuvieron lugar: (i) No proporcionaron las claves Wi-fi ni el número interno para contactar con recepción durante el check-in. (ii) No se dieron las explicaciones oportunas sobre el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, motivo por el que tuvimos que llamar a medianoche con nuestro teléfono para solventar dicho problema. (iii) La habitación asignada (111), pese a ser de no fumador, desprendía un olor a tabaco insoportable. Argumentaron que utilizan una máquina de ozono para desinfectar la habitación, pero dicho olor no se corresponde con el método de limpieza (tanto en el hospital como en los laboratorios de la universidad en la que trabajo utilizamos dicho tratamiento). Tuvimos que dejar tanto la puerta como la ventana abierta para poder airear la habitación, y esta situación fue comunicada a la recepción del hotel, que no hizo nada. En relación a este punto, y con independencia de la opinión del hotel o la mía, no se puede alojar a unos huéspedes en tales condiciones. En su lugar, deben proporcionar otra habitación, acorde al servicio de calidad que debe dar un hotel de 4 estrellas. (iv) Si el hotel no facilita artículos de aseo en las habitaciones, es obligación comunicarlo en la recepción del hotel a la llegada. Únicamente había una pastilla de jabón sobre el tocador del lavabo y el dispensador de jabón del baño estaba vacío (fue rellenado durante la mañana del día 14 de septiembre de 2023). Siempre que viajo al extranjero desde Madrid tanto por motivos laborales o de ocio, suelo hospedarme en dicha cadena hotelera desde su inauguración en el año 2009 (Axor Feria y Axor Barajas). No esperaba una devolución o reembolso, pero sí una cortesía por parte del hotel ante el cúmulo de eventos indeseables. Los hechos acaecidos han mermado notablemente la confianza en dicha cadena hotelera, y a tenor de lo expuesto, no volveré a hospedarme ni los recomiendo.
