Muy mala

Que todo queda cerca.

Que la reservas con ustedes aparentemente para ellos no es importante porque cuando yo llegaba nunca había habitación disponible, me daban una habitación bien mala y me cobraban de más, las dos veces que fui me hicieron lo mismo.

Es un disparate

Fue mala, no tiene aparcamiento, no tiene elevador, no tiene televisor adecuado, no encendía , no tiene agua caliente.

No me gustó nada , we desayuno fue pan con huevos. No tenían frutas ni hay variedad

Nao conheci as acomodacoes pois ao chegar ao hotel ,fui perguntar onde pudiamos parquejar o carro e o recepcionista disse que tinha de ser na rua a nossa responsablidade.quando lhe dei o nr da reserva perguntou quando fez a reserva e eu disse 3h atras,e ele respondeu lamento mas nos temos o hotel cheio nao temos lugar para voces.apos gastar gasolina e perder tempo a deslocar me foi essa a resposta.

Do que referi acima a falta de proficionalismo.

Needs to pay attention on cleaning personal.

Fast checking in and checking out, first day of breakfast.

Breakfast was Cold eggs and even the cheese wasn't melted, housekeeping terrible didn't clean properly just with the mop, left garbage under and around the bed, not even took the garbage from the bathroom trash that was full, took the towels from the room without bringing new ones.

This hotel is unfit to be called a hotel.

I didn’t get the originally booked suit. A double room was provided with promise to change next day afternoon. Air condition was not functioning, not hot water. I had to fix the toilet flush myself. Only one single towel. I left hotel in few hours even though i made full cash payment for three nights. No refund !!

Disappointing

I came to the Hotel at 3 am. asked the guy to help me with a box, he said wait till the morning. Then he seen I was having a hard time, then he helped me. The girl in the morning had me girl friend wait 30 min, before she sent her to my room. Asked them to clean my room and wash room. I changed the sheets and cleaned the wash room. Been to your hotel many times. N O More.

I recommend this hotel only for a short stay. There was an aircondition. Employees vere nice and helpfull. The bed was comfortable. Good price.

Stay away from room 115

Not far from the zona colonial. A/C in the room.

The wi-fi didn't reach my room (115), I had to go in the corridor for it. The room wasn't cleaned between the last person and myself. The toilet seat was loose and worse was when I woke up the last morning, a hundread flies were on the wall.

Location and value for money, don't expect any luxury however everything was functional a/c, shower etc, old dated and below standards for many but what you expect for that price.

Fair. The price point makes it a good option for people on budget.

The price point is definitely a deal maker. That price for the location where it is located is great. The room was generally quite. Location is great. Close to most important things in Central Santo Domingo.

They can do better with cleaning the bathrooms or offer enough towels. They also need to improve communication, some of the clerks don't speak very good Spanish or English, so it was a little difficult to communicate We all made it work, but it was not a fluid conversation. Toilet didn't flush.

We stayed for 3 days and picked this hotel because it had a small swimming pool. When we were there, the pool was only open on 1 of the 3 days.
