The staff was exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and it felt like we were at home.
You can tell that the structure has a rich history from its stone walkways, wooden patios and the different textures in the space. This is what really made the stay so authentic.
We had a direct view to the lagoon and the ocean which was calming.
Only change I would have made would be the installation of a mini fridge in the bedrooms.

Lovely location and staff.

Silent atomosphere is excellent. My room was wide.
It was hard to carry my baggage into hotel.

all was awesome
nothing, only recommend put inside the room stuff in the minibar and charge to the person if they want take it for drinks and eat maybe

The breakfast was decent with an option of Ackee and Saltfish or Eggs and Bacon.
The property location is correct as listed, it is right at the Blue Lagoons. You can walk down to the Lagoons from the villa
Floor is clean
Linen in clean
Towels are clean
View from the dining room is nice
View from the roadside is excellent
Bed is soft
Parking - Is roadside on the highway so there is a security risk
Welcome and Arrival - No one came to welcome on arrival. Your name and reservation details are left on a table in the open and unlocked villa, which is a security risk and a concern with personal data. keys are left in the door.
Construction in progress
No view from the bedrooms
Noisy - you can hear vehicles driving all day and night
Standing fan does not work
Furniture old
Towels worn out

The room was very clean. Staff very responsive and friendly. The comfort of the bed was incomparable, just simply divine...best sleep I've had in years. I normally can't sleep in a hotel bed...this was my 1st experience actually finding such comfort.
Parking needs work.
Ameniities need upgrading especially bathroom.

Tasty breakfasts. Also, Nick was a great host.
No water sports available at the facility (swimming, kayak or board rentals, boat trips to nearby island...). Please note that their listing and website indicated availability. No legal water access to the Blue Lagoon is available because it has been closed for several months now. This information was not communicated to us at booking nor prior to our arrival. And finally, Moon San's written listing states:
Your room rates include: Full Breakfast every morning Bedroom 300 ft. from the Blue Lagoon, Complementary boat tour/snorkel tour to the Blue Lagoon, Monkey Island and San San Beach. Wi-Fi is available in every room.

The staff are friendly
Breakfast is fresh (US and Jamaican options )
A nice older style property
No restaurant or food places nearby
Access to the town is difficult
All access to the beach and Blue lagoon was closed - there was quite a lot of this in Jamaica
Nearest beach was Frenchman’s Cove 15USD. access fee-dangerous 20 minute walk along twisting main road ( Cove is however very good )
Moon San has a lot of steep steps and stairs.

Nick was immensely helpful and kind. Always ready to go the extra mile and help me with everything! Thank you again!
Price Performance Ratio is not acceptable.

Moon San Villa is a very small, though friendly and cosy Villa with a wonderful staff. Each morning, we could choose our own breakfast style and enjoyed it in the dining area overlooking the famous blue lagoon. The Villa itself is located in the northeast of Jamaica, not so touristic with not very maintained roads, yet beautiful beaches. Worth staying a few nights if you like it quiet and laid-back.
The roads around Moon San Villa are in bad condition and should urgently be renewed. Blue Lagoon is officially closed, however, there is a little secret path to reach it and enjoy a beautiful swim😊

underdeveloped
dirty; so many bugs; shower didn’t work; kitchen was dirty; low to no water pressure…no elevator. nothing is in working order

Very well located and close to most attractions in Port Antonio. Property is great and spacious. The staff is very thoughtful.
Property would benefit from some renovations. Nothing was really bad but there’s a lot of potential if they take good care of it.

The staff was great
We picked this place over others we looked at becuz of the lagoon, which was not available (no fault of property, instead government took it). Glad we only stayed 1 night. Overpriced for quality really and the bathroom layout is ridiculous. I dreaded each time I needed to use it as my knees were in the vanity and it was so uncomfortable and I'm only 5'7". Just disappointed in comparison to pics.

Great, helpful staff. Beautiful location.

AC in my room
the bathroom, it was difficult to get around in the bathroom. the wash hand basin in the middle with fitted cupboard was an obstacle. I always had to negotiate my way round it. also the spiral stairs and steps leading down to the building, had nothing to hold on to. eg (tail).,

The staff are all super friendly. Nick especially is an incredible host.
It is a converted villa so less privacy than a hotel. but nice way to interact with other guests.

This is a lovely villa overlooking the sea by the Blue Lagoon. The road up is quite rough, but we were fine with a 4x4. Once there, Greg upgraded our room to one with a sea view, which was very nice.
Breakfast each morning was great - we had a choice of 'western' or 'Jamaican' breakfast. There is also a lovely view of the sea from where you eat each morning. The room was spacious and clean (with a TV already connected to Netflix) - our only comment here was that it would have been good to have a more obvious place to dry swimsuits etc.
The staff were very friendly: they organised excursions and dinner reservations for us, and we also went on a lovely boat trip with Nick to the Blue Lagoon and nearby Monkey Island (this was actually included in the price, so no extra charge). The villa is in an ideal location for pretty much any activity in the Port Antonio area, with most activities a short drive away (except for the Blue Lagoon which is literally on the doorstep!).
All in all, we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.
There is no secure parking. There is a public parking spot in front of the villa where we kept our car and, in the end, the car was perfectly fine - just worth bearing in mind.

lovely staff, comfy room, excellent location and most delicious JA breakfast
shower (water) could have been better but that seems to be a general problem of this area

The staff was excellent especially "Nick".
He was just phenomenal. From the moment he greets you to the moment he say good bye.
He always made himself available at your service. He truly understands what excellent customer service is about.
The inconvenience of not having a restaurant and a more family friendly atmosphere
