It was a pity that the fire place did not work - coming in winter this was a very big disappointment

fantastic massages.
Lack of trained staff at dinner. wait far too long. such a shame. They admit themselves more training required.

We had an exceptional stay and the staff's attention to detail was just perfect. The food, the activities, the rooms, everything was just perfect and at one of the most magical places in the world. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredible.

The peace and quietness was exactly what we needed. Being a small luxury lodge was a bonus.
After a detour, it took us a while to find the entrance to the Lodge as there was no signage "Mosaic Lodge" at the entrance gate.
4.5
Had a really enjoyable quad bike trip as well as river cruise
My only comment would be that the shower was too small and messed water all over the floor, making bath mats soaking wet

Location is stunning! Quad bike ride was fun, the splash pool that is mildly heated (lukewarm) was also lovely on the coolish day. The staff are very friendly and willing to help/assist.
We were very disappointed with the food options. We have stayed in countless all-inclusive accommodations before, and the choices/variety of food as well the standard was not in our opinion an "all inclusive" standard for the price one pays. We informed the lodge well in advance that we do not eat pork/ostrich and both evenings and breakfasts, these were served and either no or limited alternatives were provided. This is unacceptable for a place of the standard they advertise. I would have liked to see more manager presence to whom we could give feedback throughout our stay. There is nothing exceptional about this lodge unfortunately. I think they are aiming for a standard which they fail to reach. They would do better to offer the accommodation or B&B alone and allow guests to pay for add-ons as they choose.

The food was amazing and the staff super friendly

The location is spectacular!
Had some drainage problems in the showers.
4.5
Remote and exclusive. Perfect for a family getaway and celebration.
Design style is a bit aged and can do with renovation. Having said that, it has a rustic feel.
4.5
As above.
Second visit.
Accommodation was good, the staff (all of them), appeared genuinely concerned for our well-being.
Food was 5 star.
We booked a two day all inclusive special, it wasn't made clear alcohol and most of the activities were extra. So that was a bit disappointing.
Otherwise, we will certainly visit again, maybe negotiate a little before.

Wonderful lodge, service, food and staff, exceptional.
Even when full ( 10 people) it moves with a quite impressive order.
Our second visit and no disappointments.
Love it here, will come time & rime again.
