Excellent holiday in a fabulous location with amazing staff.

Great food for breakfast and dinner at the bistro. The service from Krunal, Roshan, Mallik and Kumar was outstanding, they were accomodating our and our daughter’s wishes even if not on the menu. We felt very welcome!
Nothing.

The location was great. The whole property was well appointed and rooms were beautiful in the club section. The staff were excellent throughout. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Goa.
loved everything about it.

the place was wonderful. club facilities are one of the best I’ve ever seen. the staff is extremely hospitable. I had trouble with my ankle and without even asking, we were given a room on the ground floor. Everyone from Raghu, Roshan, Kumar, Collin and all those whose names I have forgotten, made our stay even more memorable.

Spacious and comfortable rooms.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Loved the tea time and sundowner at the bistro.
Restaurants and facilities can get very busy and crowded when the hotel is hosting weddings and conferences.
The pool service at the club pool is very inconsistent and didn’t meet the expectations.
In general, it would be preferable if the Diwa club was adults only.

Beautiful spacious property in a great location. We stayed in the Club rooms therefore ate breakfast at the bistro, everything cooked to order, no buffets, a very civilised affair. All food was presented well and tasted delicious. Sunset drinks were also included as was afternoon tea/coffee which was an added bonus. We chose to relax around the main pool area which was huge and really lovely. We arrived at the tail end of an Indian wedding ceremony and then never saw any others although there was one about to start on the day of our departure. The hotel caters for large weddings therefore the holidaymaker is in the minority. I think we lucked out as the property was very peaceful and quiet but I'm sure whilst a wedding was on it would be a different experience.
The property is not located directly on the beach which is a shame although there is a shuttle service to ferry guests to and from should you choose. The beach is only a short 10 minute walk away and worth visiting. It would be nice to have dedicated hotel sunbeds on the beach but unfortunately that is not the case. You can use sunbeds owned by the various beach shacks for free if you are drinking, eating there which is nice. We chose to eat lunch one day at the restaurant by the main hotel pool, food was nice but the service was exceptionally slow bearing in mind we were 1 of 2 tables being occupied at the time.

The hotel was amazing and so peaceful. The staff were just fantastic; they were attentive, helpful, friendly and just couldn't do enough for us. Have recommended this hotel to all our friends and family. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. A very special thanks must be given to Bhagwati, Krunal and Kumar in the bistro and Velecia in concierge for their exemplary service.
Absolutely nothing. Could not fault the hotel, accommodation, service, food. Was all fantastic.

Location, attention to detail, courteous staff, spacious rooms !!!
I can't praise this resort enough . From the rooms to the pool to the restaurants, everything was just perfect!!
The rooms at the Diwa Club were so spacious, especially the toilet, which is like a little spa itself! We especially loved the arrangement of the bed facing the windows, quite different from the usual hotel layouts. The ceiling is high which makes the room feel very spacious , again very unusual compared to claustrophobic rooms in most resorts.
The lazy breakfast at the Diwa club is a USP, we could go at our own leisure without any time restrictions. Also enjoyed the chai paani and happy hours, though I feel there could have been more options with the snacks, as we had a week-long stay and the snacks were getting repetitive. Maybe add more snack options like sandwiches and toasties, especially for international travellers.
Special thanks to Krunal at The Diwa Club who made us feel so comfortable and took care of all our needs. It wouldn't have been the same without him. Also, Elaine at the reception was extra nice in welcoming the guests.
We loved the personal touch of what's app messages too , to keep us updated of all the activities in the resort .
Overall an exceptional place to just relax , unwind and get away from the maddening crowds !!

The laundry service. Pet tolerant but not pet-friendly. The family suite which had common space where we could sit together and chat. The balcony where we sought refuge from too cold rooms. Thanks to Anuradha at the front desk who was the only staff member who knew her job. Hope Hyatt appreciates her professionalism.
Terrible holiday! One of the most expensive holidays in India, and, unfortunately, the worst ever. From slow, at times non-existent, service to poor communication among their various departments and teams. We never had time to relax, the reason for our stay in this property; we were kept waiting for the technicians to fix the shower as there was no hot water in one bathroom and fix the thermostat in all three rooms. Room service extremely slow—one meal took over two hours. Constant reminders for enough and meal-appropriate cutlery. Housekeeping, waited almost an hour for housekeeping to make the sofa bed and on and on. Extremely poor training of staff.
Personally an extremely embarrassing event. I had ordered two birthday cakes one for my son and the other for a friend. I reminded the front desk a couple of times that the cakes should be ready at 6pm as I didn't want to be late for the dinner party I was hosting. The cakes weren't there on time, so no cake at a birthday celebration!
My guests preferred to leave a day earlier rather than suffer the discomfort and stress at this property.
Also, I'm still waiting for my payment receipt, which the front desk assured me would be emailed. We checked out on 29 December and I'm still waiting on 1 January 2023.
A manager did meet me to apologise, but surely a brand like the Hyatt should get the basics of the hospitality industry right and shouldn't have to apologise for service that is standard. The holiday we were so looking forward to was not only ruined but was also extremely embarrassing.

decor was beautiful, great food and hospitality, in particular Krunal and Mallick at The Bistro were exceptional
long waiting time to get service to the room (requested bottle of Champaign which took 2+ hrs, our parents waited hours to have a broken glass in their room cleaned)

nice swimming pools
great food and drinks
beautiful property
nice beach (2min ride with hotel shuttle)
spacious and luxurious room
nature surrounding hotel (very green)
breakfast was great, both buffet and a la carte
sundowners were yummy
we really liked our stay and would absolutely recommend
there was a wedding in the hotel which made it a lot less peaceful and we felt like we could not enjoy a big part of the hotel.
the spa was good but not great
the spice is the most hyped restaurant on the property but was actually our least favorite

Wonderful property, staff make an concerted effort to ensure your comfort.
Pillows were all feather down or similar…little shape or support.
Mattress was lumpy…seemed old and in need of replacement

Everything about the property was perfect, to be very honest. The property is spread over such a vast area, is beautifully constructed and the greenery is like a cherry on top. The staff is hospitable and so welcoming, always making sure that we are comfortable. such an incredible experience, cannot wait to be back.

Staying at the Diwa Club is amazing. There is all-day breakfast, plus tea-time snacks, and cocktail hour. The service is amazing! Shout out to Krunal, Kumar and Navilesh (the Chef) who work in the Diwa Club Bistro. They always served us with professionalism and a smile!
The other parts of the restaurant are great as well - I enjoyed dining at the Vivo restaurant for dinner. The famous restaurant Martin's corner is just 5 mins walk away.
Everything in the Diwa Club was provided at great value!

The property offers lot of privacy. Ideal for peaceful vacation surrounded by greenery.
I wish there were more options for lunch and dinner in vegetarian food as well. Otherwise the place is amazing.

The property overall is fantastic. Quiet, green, great mix of comfort and luxury. Great pool. Excellent food at Spice Studio one of their in-house restaurants. Friendly and attentive staff at most times. Anuradha, Abu at reception, Kunal & Malik at Bistro, Mr Sooraj of Spice Studio all went the extra mile in their service. Overall I recommend the property and would like to get back but for small irritations.
Breakfast quality and service. Left a lot lacking, feedback to which was taken after a few iterations. Spa front desk staff could be more welcoming. When we visited the spa to find out about the services, they gave very little information to our questions and showed little warmth and enthusiasm. This led us not to try the services at all.

It was absolutely amazing. We were travelling with a baby, and dreading the worst, but Diwa Club made it a breeze. They were extremely thoughtful, generous and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The property is pretty and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. Highly recommended!
