Except close to most of the entertainment places this hotel stay was not good at all for the money they charged.

Marvellous position over the Mandovi River, and friendly staff.

The Galaxy Casino. No longer is it a great hotel with a subtly hidden casino, it is now more of a casino with an attached hotel!

The location of the hotel is one of the best for Panjim. Very spacious. Clean room and also the hotel. Clean pool. The bed, pillows and the linen were impeccable.

The breakfast and all the food list is referred only for Indian taste. Actually the breakfast was very poor for this standard. Also, the restaurant service should be improved. I could not enjoy the pool as all the sides are used as pathways for clients and staff. Should be arranged with a small intimate area.

Great view and location in Panaji

Excellent location, close to Fontainhas neighborhood and town entrance. View is fantastic. Staff is friendly and hotel is in good working order.

Still not back to 100% following the lockdown, which is understandable. We were called twice on the phone (firstly previous afternoon, second time after breakfast on leaving day) asking when we were going to check out, which was a bit weird, like being pressured to leave.

Fabulous

Location was fantastic! Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful as I left my charger and they kept it safe for me to collect.

Breakfast was a little sparse but still good enough.

Best place to stay if you're going to casinos in Goa

Had a nice stay at Crown goa. The rooms were spacious and had good secluded open space. It is very near to all the casinos and just a 2 minutes walk to happening places like Down The Road, Soho, etc. (drinks and dinner).

The staff at breakfast can do much better. They were not welcoming and confused our orders multiple times. In terms of variety, the breakfast spread really needs improvement.

tolerable- but between booking.com & hotel- incorrect room

it’s situation on the highest point in Panjim overlooking the Mandvi river and bridge

the room allotted to me was not that selected! in the name of an ‘upgrade’, they gave me a newer room without the USP of a ever view - stating that this is what booking.com messed up!

Great location with clean pool area

The pool area was a very welcoming area after walking around the town. This property is in a fabulous location as you can wander down the hill to great restaurants in minutes.

Nothing abt the hotel

The hotel is not what is actually portrayed on booking.com Web site. All rooms are different and old, not clean as per a boutique hotel standard.the staff is polite enough not to serve your requirements when there is a concern. The surrounding is so unpleasant and for the rate that I paid is actual not worth it.please go to any brand hotel n pay the same price but not here.

Attention is not personalised. Bathroom door and celing was full of black fungus. Housekeeping in general was not great. Cigarette smell in the toilet eventually.

The hotel is hyped. When you stay you will understand what type of property it is.

Check in and check out process went well.

The room in particular. Does not give a feel like a 5 star hotel. Felt like i was staying in a 3 star property. Breakfast is same and repetitive everyday.

Good stay, but maybe don't treat your clients like children.

The gym, the 5th floor hotel room, the service and the staff are just wonderful.

I tried to borrow an umbrella from the hotel, but was denied from taking it out. I found it strange that I couldn't take it out.

The location is good. Well centrally placed. Specially for the people who are going to Goa for playing casino.

Very bad Hygiene. Does not deserve to be a 5 star not even 4 star. The breakfast room is highly unorganized and does not call for 5 star status. They do not even serve cappuccino coffee. You have to manage your own tab
