I liked the location, easy access to the historic center and shopping. I also liked the included breakfast, simple but satisfying. The hotel building is interesting too with a pleasing colonial look to it.
This would be my second stay in the same room #85. What I didn't like was the fact the bathroom has not been improved. The old shower door leaks water into the floor and the commode still has a nasty looking base, which is indicative of a bad installation of the commode with the brown wax ring oozing out, nasty. It needs to be scraped off or have a new competent installation. Also housekeeping fails in cleaning behind the bathroom door. Also the bathroom is very dim even with 2 light fixtures. The bedroom is also very damp and cold. It needs some ventilation, like leaving the window cracked open during the day, plus opening the wooden shutters during the day to warm up the room which is on the 3rd level.

location is very central, nice old building, breakfast area is lovely, large bed
no parking at the property, only at the street.
we specifically filtered for a location with parking.

the room is old with spider webs , bed smell from the bathroom, not very clean. the bed is like sleeping on a rock.
we stayed there only for one night and we didn’t like it at all .

we didn’t book any trip via hotel, so there was some negative energy
we couldn’t shower after checkout- they offer cheper room
the balcony doors with the view on the street were all the time unlocked- they did not repair the locks

like the decoration and location
pillows are terrible. also walls are not sound proof, feels like all the guests from different rooms live in the same big hall.

tiny bit of mold.
4.5
Great location, everything is within a walking distance, rooms are nice and the keys are really cool
The bed was a little hard but that's just our opinion
1.5
Rustic style was nice and good location.
Hot water with pressure in shower
Beginning of January it's freezing cold inside of the room. Pillows were very uncomfortable. If you sleeping softly, this is not a place to stay. Walls are like paper! No rules about silent hours.
Last night during the staying, neighbors came from bar 3am and started to play music and partying. Reception ppl didn't say/ care anything..

Location was ok
It was dirty, the bathroom was filthy and the shower plug hole full of hair. The wall were dirty. The toilet seat was broken. The bed was 2 smaller beds pushed together and it was rock hard and uncomfortable. It was cold at night. We asked the receptionist about tours and local facilities and he told us to walk around town and find out for ourselves. All in all not a good experience. We moved to another hotel only 100 pesos more per night and it is in a different league

Big bed, clean, hot water.
A little noisy, church bells wake you up early

Good location close to the Ambar Museum. Breakfast was fairly complete. Building was a centuries-old classic with antique door locks and keys that reflect bygone times.
Service on breakfast could have been much faster.

Good location & nice breakfast. Staff was helpful, but doesn’t speak english.
Needs more attention to cleaning. Bathroom didn’t look very clean, but, hey, only 17eur...
