Comfortable and helpful people

The location was great, staff was very helpful, most importantly Mr. Hassan was very good with giving suggestions and he also helped us finding transfer from Luxor to Aswan. I would highly recommend the place

朝食はシンプルながら愛情こもったものが出てきました。従業員の皆さんは皆家族や親せきでおもてなしの心を感じることが出来ます。ロケーションはルクソール駅から徒歩１０～１５分の距離にあり、バザールの入り口付近でルクソール宮殿にも近いことから大変便利な場所です。空港からのピックアップもメッセージのやり取りで時間を伝えていれば迎えに来てくれて助かります。日本からツアーの予約をしていなくてもオーナーが現地のツアー会社と手ごろな価格の商品をアレンジしてくれます。私はクルーズ船の予約を日本からしていましたが、現地だとずいぶん安くできることを知りました。私は気球のツアーをオーナーのハッサン氏にお願いし、とても素晴らしい体験をすることが出来て感謝しています。お世辞にもきれいな宿とは言えませんが、ファミリーがとても暖かく迎えてくれる宿であることは間違いありません。

シャワーブースとトイレの配置やシャワーカーテンの整備をもう少し改善すれば床が濡れるのが防げると思います。それ以外はとても満足した滞在になりました。良くなかった点を探すのがあまり見つかりません。

Os funcionários eram simpáticos. Higiene assegurada. Pequeno almoço bom. Sala de estar confortável Perto do conhecido mercado el-souk

Luz matinal pouco protegida por cortinados. Barulho constante devido à localização e acústica do prédio. Não haver cortina no duche o que fazia com que se molhasse toda a casa de banho. O pagamento é de valor monetário do que o descrito no booking pois eles consideram o valor do euro igual ao do dólar e a diferença é grande

スタッフの方が親切です。オーナーのハッサンやドライバーのハマダさんが日本語が話せる方なので、ルクソールでのおすすめや観光地の回り方など丁寧に教えてくれました。おいしいエジプト料理ごも出してくれたり、親切におもてなししてくれて、温かい時間が過ごせました。

部屋にもよるかもしれないですが、シャワーの温度調整が難しかったところ、トイレの水が流れにくいところ。親切な方なので、伝えれば改善してくれるかもしれません。

スタッフさんがとても親切

ルクソール市内の観光やアスワンへのバスの手配などして頂きました。日本語を話せるハッサンに相談できたので助かりました。他のスタッフもとても優しかったです。また、提供して頂いた食事もとても美味しかったです。

シャワーの排水が悪かった。翌日以降のアスワン、カイロのツアーもお願いしたが、どちらも2時間遅れた。

Hassan and the staffs are super friendly and helpful, I like the location too … walkable to GoBus office and Luxor temple…Nice food in d house too.

The bed not so comfy , and noisy at night coz the property is beside the busy street.

I highly recommend people to stay here. The overall experience is higher than expected.

-Perfect and nice staffs I’ve ever met. They help us a lot and never ask for tips. Even I try to give them, they just refused. Since we were two girls, we want to go out at night to buy souvenirs, a staff kindly led us to walk around and recommended a large souvenir shop which were listed with price. Also, I left something in the room, but I was in Aswan already. Luckily, my train to Cairo will pass by Luxor, they suggested me to meet in luxor station to get it back!! And I have just got it back! I feel sorry for letting the staff for waiting me so long in the station… -Good location, just a few minutes from the bus and train station. And we were just next to Luxor temple. -Nice arrangement. Helping us to sign up for local tours with valuable price and help us arrange car to Aswan. Well, we rent a private car to Aswan, but then we were stuck in the check point as the police didn’t allow us to pass by due to safety reason. The driver tried hard to help us to pass by. But unfortunately it wasn’t success. So, we need to go back to Luxor. The host kindly arranged a free room for us to take a rest and help us book the train ticket to Aswan without extra fee! They are so nice. - Delicious meal. They included breakfast but then because of Ramadan, they also provide fruitful dinner without charge. We tried delicious traditional Egyptian meal. We liked it very much. -Good communication. The staffs are all good at English. So communication is not a big deal. If you know Japanese, you can try to talk to the host since he can speak fluent Japanese. Staffs are also able to speak a few Japanese since they are learning.

-Since it’s in the city centre, so there is a bit noisy at night but is acceptable.

El staff super amable y nos permitió realizar el check-in bastante más temprano que lo pactado. En todo momento atento si precisabamos algo (agua, te, etc). Desayuno 10 puntos.

駅やバザール、ルクソール神殿にも近くロケーションがいい。オーナーを初め従業員が皆さん親切で気持ち良く滞在できた。レイトチェックアウトをお願いしたら、零時過ぎの列車の出発まで使っていいよと言っていただき、大変助かりました。

lovely stay and lovely owner! location is great as you’re right next to the souks with the luxor temple just don’t the road, room was really clean and tidy which i loved being female. wifi didn’t really work in our room but definitely an easy fix :)

safe and enjoyable stay

1.location it is the best hotel very nearby luxor temple , local market and luxor musuem.. we can walk to all east bank attractions.. no need taxi.. everything walkable 2.less price. this is very less price and unbeleivable ..for this location 3.all the staffs , especially moosa (the gentleman) was very helpful to buy all items over here.. 4. owner hasan was very kind and supporting as one of family member.. 5. this hotel organaizing tour also to all over luxor and special thing is hot air baloon on sun rise time.. and u can get nice breakfast any time , and u can order anyfood, it is easily getting. bythe way i like the clean room and very silent room.. i came as solo traveler and i can recommend for family also

Best memory in Egypt!

I love the hospitality of the hostel, especially the owner Hassan. He was very kind and attentive to the guest (provide water bottle, arrange car etc.). His family has been operating hostel more than 60 years at Luxor and felt real sense of hospitality for travelers.

as I came for the second time to the same hotel, I have to say it was like returning to see some family members. From the warm welcome to the hugs and the very tasty breakfast, this place is more like second home to me rather than a hotel.

Beautiful people and great location

I liked the location of the place, the people working there were exceptional. Really I think I have never felt like home again. They helped me a lot, they were all always keen on having small conversation and gave great advice and guidance for the place of Luxor.

It is not a problem with the hotel specifically but a general problem in Luxor, I didn't like the internet speed of the wifi in the room. But the staff was very keen on changing my room in order to assist me and they did their best to make my stay pleasant.

what i liked the most was the personnel. Everyone was ver kind, especially Mohammed. He helped us arrange a car to Hurghada. He was always asking if we were ok. I also liked the location, very near to Luxor Temple (about 10min walking)

There wasn't enough hot water but it was ok, Luxor is very hot all day long.

Small, budget, boutique hotel with incredible service.

The food was really incredible. They offered a typical Egyptian fare. The ingredients were all fresh and served promptly. A couple of times we needed a last-minute meal and they always happily accommodated us. Food was so good, we actually didn't eat anywhere else in Luxor. LOVED the roof top patio too. They also helped us arrange a couple tours and taxi rides which were all excellent. The location is ideal--right next to the market and a short walk from the temples. The Venus was so much nicer than staying at a big box hotel.

The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the shower was super basic--which really was fine. There is a lot of street noise, but we were able to drone it out.

Disrespected just for being a woman.

Location was good.

At 17 30h I informed the reception we would arrive around 19h. When we arrive, tired from whole day on the road, it takes 45 mins to get the room ready for us. At this point, I am very much an annoyed Western woman - In a country where women have no say. Whenever we see the room. It seems like they have offered us their worst room literally (203). Flush didn't work, no warm water. Very very small and noisy. We ended up staying because we were too tired and was past 21h to search for a new hotel room. Next morning, they apologized, recognizing they didn't offer us a good room. However, it hasnt changed my experience. we paid 50€ for that for a room that didn't work at all.

Best accomodation

- Great location, close to Luxor temple and one minute walk from the bazaar. Karnak Temple can also be reached within a 25-minute walk - Venus hotel also allows you to stay for dinner and the dinner is very good. We waited in the lobby for the night train to Cairo and they were very kind, offering us to stay there. Also good breakfast. - Mohamed is very kind. He helps you for everything.

An oasis experience for the chaffed travellers.

The location is top notch, easily walkable to most of the East bank Luxor tourist venues. Enthusiastic kudos to the friendly, wholesome, and highly respectful staff! For tourist activities, Venus accommodated all the requests and matched the low prices advertised on the internet, which made the whole trip very efficient.

Beware of dishonest restaurant owners nearby (it will be nice if Venus could provide a list of hassle free places). Either no soap, shampoo nor conditioner was provided in the bathroom (make sure to bring your own) - Hey Adnany! this small improvement will make a huge difference.😄
