Peaceful stay in a beautiful location with 5 star service

Dimitris and his wife were wonderful hosts and offered help with any query. The food was excellent and snacks and drinks were very affordable. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy and the pool was a lovely spot to relax.

A great location to recharge / relax in a rural picturesque setting

Tranquil location with sea and Mountain View’s. Only a 300m stroll to the beach which is miles long and practically deserted. The area is not commercialised but there are three lovely restaurants within a 1km walk all of which are on the beach so a stroll along the sand can work up an appetite or walk off one of the complementary desserts. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Surface around the pool is polished concrete and is very slippery when wet - beware.

Lovely beach getaway

We loved this property so much. Our apartment was a nice size, with a great view out to the beach. Breakfast was very good, and the hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. It is a small property with about 10-12 units, so it was very relaxed and easy. There were several good restaurants nearby, and the beach was a quick walk away. The town is super-quiet and and lovely.

The Wifi was not great. It was not a problem for our purposes, but this wouldn't be my first choice if I was planning to work.

Just perfect

This place is just magic. The apartments are extra clean and renovated, the staff is really polite and helpful, it is in a very chill area super near to an amazing beach, the swimming pool is clean and quiet and the breakfast is really tasty. It was a perfect place to disconnect as a couple. Above everything, we want to thank Dimitris, the one in charge of the apartments when we were there, because he was extra helpful and nice and even when we had some problems during our stay he tried everything on his hands to fix them and make our stay perfect. I recommend this place for everyone who wants to relax and have a luxury stay.

wonderful staff, great pool, yummy breakfast. They helped us secure a car rental on arrival and called to find out the logistics for the open air cinema. We greatly appreciated their support and service!

There’s only one room with bunk beds even though it shows up in all the room photos. Ask for it before booking to be sure it’s available.

Lovely apartments supported by a great team.

Team very helpful. Lovely 2 floor apartment, everywhere very clean. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast. Nice pool. 5 minute walk to the beach. Pleased we had a hire car as restaurants, shops some distance away.

The stairs to the upstairs bedroom in the maisonette were quite steep and narrow, with no handrail and wouldn’t suit children or someone nervous on stairs.

Very good

Vicky and her team are very nice and helpful. Rooms are nice, wifi was weak but as I was leaving a technical improvement was about to be made. The hotel is close to 2 very good taverna and also beautiful beaches.

Breakfast is nice but the quality of ingredients could be improved.

The Irida Apartments are located in a quiet part of the island and has a beautiful outside area with pool and bar/ breakfast area. The apartment we had (for 4 persons) was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service. The breakfast choice was good and the fact that you could take breakfast until 11 was definitely a plus point. 3 good tavernas are reachable by foot, on one you can also enjoy a nice sundown. Even though there was a slight misunderstanding with the number of persons to be picked up, the problem was solved fast and uncomplicated. Now coming to the planing mastermind and soul of this apartment complex, Maria, she is a very nice person, has everything under control and does everything in her power to make her guests feel great. She presented us the whole offer of the island, what to do/ see, where to eat and where the best beaches are, she organized our pick up and car rental, she even organized some tabacco for us since we were out and there was a local issue to find some to buy. Thank you for making our stay you great!

The smaller room from the apartment was a way bit to small, but it was no issue for us, we stored our luggage in the living room and problem solved. This is rather an observation than a complaint. To complain there is really nothing.

The rooms are incredible, the detail of the jacuzzi is impressive but above all what makes Irida an exceptional place is the kindness and professionalism of Maria. she is what would make us return to Irida!! Thank you Maria

amazing and will stay again!

Loved this place every much! What made it extra special was Maria who took care of us the entire time. She was so kind and helpful with everything and such a hard worker, the property is very lucky to have someone this amazing working so hard to make sure every guest is looked after. Our room was lovely with the hot tub!

not a negative but best to have a car or some sort of transport organised if ur staying here!

A lovely relaxing time with our fabulous host Maria.

We had a superb stay in the Irida Luxury Apartments. Maria is such an amazing host and made our stay so enjoyable and easy. Her great smile greeted us any time we met and she went above and beyond in looking after us. She was brilliant with our children and made such a fuss of them which was so lovely. Our apartment was cleaned daily and we were given fresh linen and towels each day , which was a nice touch. We also had a beautiful breakfast each morning with an array of fabulous food. Will definitely be returning!!

Very relaxing and beautiful hotel.

Our host Maria was absolutely wonderful. Always there to greet us with a smile and answer any questions. She goes out of her way to make sure your holiday is fantastic. Our room was modern and fresh and very comfortable. The pool facilities were fantastic and the whole feel of the hotel was lovely.

The breakfast offered a great variety however the hot breakfast was only hot when first brought out but went cold very quickly.

The property was lovely, great facilities and views of the very close beach. Maria, made sure that everything was taken care of and was an absolute ray of sunshine from check in to check out. she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and should be commended on being such a perfect representative for a beautiful place to stay. we were provided with all the information to make the most out of our stay, organising a hire car and giving us the best spots to eat both close and while exploring. Out stay at irida was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece.

The only thing we could suggest would be a bin in the living areas of the room and towel racks closer to the shower.

Great Location

It was a very nice stay in Kastraki. We liked the apartment very much. It was bright and nicely furnished. Every day the room was cleaned and there were fresh towels. The breakfast was good and the hospitality was excellent. Next time we would maybe book a room on the upper floor, then you have a better sea view :) Thank you Katarina & team!

A super nice venue, with very spacious & clean rooms and great facilities. Very friendly staff!

Super friendly staff, spacious rooms and very clean, what else do you need for a fab holiday! A royal breakfast was prepared and served by Mrs. Katerina & the crew, taking the time also to give us tips & hints about the island. I promise next time I will try Mrs. K "famous" Mohito :).

It could be a nice place if a few things were fixed (esp. internet and breakfast)

- The pool was nice (if a bit on the small side) - The location is quiet and close to the beach - The hosts were friendly and helpful

- The internet connection was practically unusable - The room was quite small - too cramped for three adults and one child, although it was advertised as a four guests room - The room was weirdly designed, with the bathroom sink outside the bathroom and some weird split doors for the bedroom and bathroom - The breakfast was not amazing, with some items clearly not fresh enough (on several days the fruit juice was clearly off / half fermented)

Family stay in Kastraki

The breakfast is quite a treat, a buffet of breads, cakes, desserts, and some eggy things. Being gluten-free and not wanting dessert for breakfast, it wasn’t as exciting to me as it was to the rest of my family. The staff kept the place very clean.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The patio area isn’t shaded so it’s unusable except for early morning and night. It looks like maybe shade supports are there but unfinished? Our toilet was leaking and running the whole time despite a plumber coming twice. It clicked all night and I had to wear earplugs which didn’t work to block the sound. The area around the pool is VERY slippery and the boys did fall while just walking. We encountered some pretentious adults telling our kids to stop jumping in because they didn’t want splashing at the pool. If traveling with kids again, I’d find a more family friendly hotel.

An exceptional stay!

Me and my friend loved staying at Irida, the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with a few tavernas nearby too. The pool was a nice size, and of course we adored our jacuzzi on the balcony! A highlight was of course Katerina and her wonderful staff who made it feel so homely and welcoming. She will offer any advice you need, arrange a car or taxis, teach you Greek, make sure you’re eating enough at breakfast…

The only issue we had was the main room (kitchen and sofa bed) was a little warm since the air con is in the bedroom. However, it was only later on that we realised we had been setting the air con too low (18° rather than starting at around 23°) and that’s why it wasn’t working at full capacity! So probably our fault!!

If you are looking for the best accommodation in Naxos, you should choose this one!!

We were in Naxos a few days to discover the islands and were very happy to find this place: our host was very kind and reliable, and we had a very good breakfast in the morning. We had the chance to have an accommodation with private Jacuzzi and really enjoyed it. It was clean and perfectly functional. The swimming pool is also very big and clean. The personal was very kind as well, and the property very clean (our room was cleaned every day) We highly recommend this accommodation!

We booked the appartment with jacuzzi for 2 nights, but decided to stay longer. This place is really amazing. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The view on the sea and the green environment is really beautiful and relaxing. The host Katerina and her husband are really amazing. They are so friendly. Nothing is too much and you can see that they do their job with so much pleasure. Excellent breakfast, everything is homemade and delicious. So many options that it is difficult to choose. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautifully designed room with great jacuzzi from which you can watch the sunset!! Katerina is extremely friendly and is willing to tell you everthing about sightseeiing on Naxos. Breakfast is adapted to covid regulations, it works perfectly. I would definitely stay again.
