The Villa is situated close to a lovely beach with great cafe and restaurant options. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly and helpful!

Eleni is a fantastic host! she really went the extra mile to help us enjoy our stay. the hotel is very small and doesn’t have a pool. however, the nicest beach of our entire trip to Greece is found a few hundred meters directly down the lane from the hotel. the hotel offers parasols and beach chairs to guests and there is a fantastic taberna for meals right on the beach
we didn’t have a car so getting to and from the hotel was a little complicated. Taxis are expensive but there is a public bus and hotel shuttle service.

Location was fab, apartments were exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Fresh fruit and cakes in the afternoon were a lovely touch too. Will be back!

The narrow bathroom.

Very clean, large room, kitchen facilities. Host Eleni is very friendly.
The only thing that disturbed our sleep at night was the meltemi that blowed outside and was heard in the room….but this is Naxos 🙂

The accommodation is located away from other buildings giving you the feeling of being alone in the middle of the field (which is nice if you are looking for a more private, isolated place).
A short 10 min walk takes you to the Kastraki beach.
The furniture in the room is new and functional and if you want to have some home cooked dinner, there are plenty of tools to use.
Where the Kastraki villa excels are the services. Our towels were changed and room cleaned daily. Eleni (our host) was always very careful and helpful with any problem that we had.
some aspects to be aware of:
-the access to the accommodation is done via dirt roads. there are 2 ways to access it. the way your GPS indicates and also the Kastraki Villa signs are present on is very bad, we turned around and searched for other access. the more acceptable way is going close to Sahara Studios
-most of the time there is a strong wind blowing all over Naxos, so expect that some plans you make might be impacted by it (staying on some beaches is not possible, travelling by boat to other islands is bumpy while the wind is strong)

Villa Kastraki is in a quiet and picturesque location, close to the sea but also easy to reach other villages. The rooms were clean and very well equipped and the family who runs it very hospitable.
The breakfast was simple but the owner tried her best to meet our breakfast habits. The country road to reach Villa Kastraki needs maintenance but this is out of the owner's hands.

Warm welcome from Eleni. It was a pleasure to stay at the Villa Kastraki. The room is modern And well equiped. Very calm and quiet place. No need to say it was extremly clean and comfortable.
Greek breakfast with plenty of excellent stuff.

Villa Kastraki is a great place if you want to be close to a great and calm beach. Manos and his mother are fantastic people that made our stay feeling like at home. It is super clean, we got fresh water in the fridge when we arrived and every day some delicious fruit that we were not able even to finish. :) Strong recommendation and looking forward to our next visit!

- Good and clean room
- nice staff
- Stayed in a souterrain and the terrace was ground floor next to the parking lot
- Value for money wasn't good (124 EUR per night for a souterrain?!)

The staff was amazing and the apartment spacious and clean. We could reach Kastraki beach on foot in five minutes. The breakfast was also great!
The apartment was in the basement so not very bright but otherwise our stay was great. The only other apsect I would mention is that getting to Kastraki requires a bit of a journey from Naxos town. There isn’t a straight road but it is necessary to go up the hill and down again which at night might be not ideal. However, Kastraki beach is nice and remote and from there it is also easy to reach Alyko, another wonderful beach.

The beach is beautiful with a nice sandy bottom and it is great for walking along the coastline. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called “Axiotissi” that serves a large variety of menu options that are delicious. It is my favorite restaurant from all my travels.

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Kastraki. The rooms are comfortable with AC, a kitchenette, and a porch where you can hang wet swimsuits. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious and the staff all incredibly kind and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!
