Perfekt beliggenhed

Located just minutes from the beach, great swimming pool with plenty of sun beds.
Pillows were a bit lumpy 🥴 and WiFi could have been better.

The pool and location
It is not really an apartment. More 2 rooms with small kitchen. And very tiny narrow bathrooms

Very clean. Restaurants are very close. Not too far from the port. 20 by taxi but found the busses go by every half hr. They have a little Cafe on the site. Pool was spectacular!
I cant say anything bad.

Beautiful view, nice pool area, very calm, friendly staff, good breakfast, 1 minute to go to the beach. Supermarket and bus stop near by. Cleaning and change of towels every day.
The bed was a bit to hard.

Great location. Lovely staff....even dropped us back to the airport on the way home 😊 great coffee and ice cream. Tasty breakfast.
Paid by card within a few days of arriving but they did not process the payment until.at least 2 weeks later......pay cash to avoid your holiday accommodation bill hanging over you. Kitchenette facilities not suitable for full self catering other than a plug in 2 ring hob. Fine to boil up some water but not to make dinner. That said theres plenty of restaurants and bars around to eat just budget to eat out daily as this did make our 2 week stay in Naxos very expensive!

the location was fabulous. lots of restaurants and bars close by and the beach at a block away
the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the shower was ridiculous. no shower curtain and water gets everywhere

Pool and room surrounded by lovely trees and plants, really tranquil. Wonderful place, beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the pool, comfy beds and kitchen. Helpful and mannerly staff, attentive housekeeping service. Close to the beach and taverns and bus stop, so we will definitely be returning.

Super clean everything, large rooms, cleaning often, change of sheets and towels was in their program. Super comfortable mattresses and pillows, terrace and balcony. Our room with little kitchen and TV was super. We'll be back again for more nights.

Room was clean, good and spacious, staff was amazing, polite and attentive, fair prices hotel not expensive, with large pool, sea view and close to the beach, airport and town of Naxos island. Also it had a free parking.

Large apartment, with kitchenette, good linens and towels, breakfast at shady terrace all were great! Hotel was great and very clean. We had a try local specialties made with fresh ingredients, fruits, as well as traditional raki. At a distance of about 20m. you will find a supermarket and a bus stop. We took the bus, 'cause we hadn't rented a car. Overall was a great stay.

My studio had a huge double bed, was furnished with respect to the local style and have a private balcony overlooking the pool or the Aegean Sea. Also had a kitchenette, a TV and free toiletries at the bathroom. Recommendation it's to stay here as long as you can!

Good location not far from the beach, bars and restaurants. Value for money hotel. Nice apartment, but basic
The bath / shower was a half bath with shower head. The bathroom got wet when having a shower.

Pros:
- location is 5 min walk to the beach, bars/restaurants, coffee shop (I highly recommend The Goat in a Boat coffee shop it’s amazing)
- AC works well
- Fridge and freezer worked
- Pool was perfect
- Front office has breakfast, snacks, and drinks for sale
- A cute cat lives on property we named him Feta no idea what his actual name is
Cons:
- Room was pretty dated and just looked old and worn out
- Beds are separated
- The wifi doesn’t work. At all. If you don’t care about being connected to the internet or loved ones then disregard but for everyone else, the wifi is useless
- The bathroom, and I can’t stress this enough, is small. Very small. I’m 6ft and can barely sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall.
- The shower is maybe big enough for a toddler. Also, it doesn’t have anywhere to latch the shower head so you rinse yourself off like you’re in a car wash.

Perfect position close to the beach, the pool is very nice to rest under the shade during the hottest hours of the day and the staff is super nice!
The studios for 2 people could be modernized a bit (the kitchen and bathroom could benefit from some refreshments).

Amazing location not far from the great beach of Agia Anna. Stunning views of the huge clear pool. The balcony/terrace in our room was awesome, very secluded from the rest of the rooms which was great. The owner and staff were very friendly. A very big shout out to his face and happy to help. The breakfast amazing and fresh and always served a big smile on the beautiful restaurant area with pool views.

The cleaners were friendly and so was the Greek lady.
good location.
If a make over was given to this hotel with an owner that cared this could be a great hotel.
The property was extremely tired. The downstairs toilet leaked, spilling bad water over the floor. It wouldn’t flush the poo. The curtains weren’t hanging off curtain rail. Pool not cleaned properly with much sand and leaves in it. many slats missing around the pool area meaning it was extremely dangerous to walk around it especially for children. Tired broken sun loungers. Flat beer on draft, when I told them it was terrible I ordered two new bottles and was made to pay for the flat beers. stale bread for breakfast, cold fried eggs, no attention given from man. No batteries in remote for tv. No transfer to port given although offered online.

My family and I had a trip planned to this location and while we were in Santorini my wife started having issues with her kidney stent and we had to buy new plane tickets and fly back home so she could be seen by her doctor. I contacted booking.com and this property to explain the situation and hope that they would show some compassion for this terrible situation that added so much stress and financial burden to our family. It is very important to say that I do understand rules and cancellation policy and in no way shape or form do I want to break the wheel but I also understand that medical situations are not something we plan to want especially when you are on a family vacation and have sacrificed so much to make it possible for your family.
The customer service response has shown so much disrespect towards me via messages suggesting that I was lying ( when I have many documents to prove the contrary), saying that I was trying to change politics (?), and calling me names ( yes you read that right) that I am shocked he/she suggested me a voucher to come back to this location. I tried to explain that I am with the armed forces and due to come back to the States next year, therefore, we can't say with certainty we would be able to come back but none of it mattered.
At this point, I don't even care about it anymore but I have to express my sadness with the type of customer service I have received from this property. I wish I could repost all the messages we exchanged here so everyone could see that not in a single line I was rude, impolite, or disrespectful for them to treat me like this.
I am baffled. Completely baffled by the customer service of this place.

Nice hotel with Swimmingpool very close to the Beach. Also has a bar and breakfast area which I did not use. Supermarket and restaurants “around the corner”. rooms are very clean and clean towels were provided regularly. “kitchen equipment” is ok for cooking a coffee or boil an egg… not much more.
As long as you don’t plan to cook your own meals, it is perfect.

got different room to the one we booked they swapped it but wasn’t much better.no curtains on windows. dead bug in a fridge. smallest bath ever which wasn’t the problem coz it had sower above but because there wasn’t a shower curtain a the bath Beas so tiny when we were showering water was going absolutely everywhere on the floor, there was no mop and if we would leave it over night water still would be there in the morning so we had to mop the floor every night with towels and squeeze it out with hands really gross! staff didn’t really speak English so it was hard to communicate. breakfast was probably worst I’ve had on holidays abroad, out of 7 days we ate it 3 times -tried to eat it anyway but it wasn’t awful so last 4 days we paid and elate on the beach. beds super hard and old and uncomfortable. great thing about this place was location shop and beach cross the road as well as bats and restaurants

Location very good with pool, restaurants and beach very close by. Quiet and very clean, serviced daily with friendly staff.
It’s a friendly “basic Greek” self catering place. An electric kettle would be a welcome addition to the very sparse catering items, far safer than using the only large pan or tiny one cup container provided on the hot plate to heat warmer for tea or coffee. “Bring your own tea towel and scourer “
You have to hold the shower head yourself as there is no attachment on the wall.

Great location, clean and big rooms, comfortable bed, quiet and relaxing, good value for money
There was a bus stop in front of the hotel, but no timetable available. It would have been nice to get some support from the staff at the hotel. They didn't seem to be interested in helping.
