Excelente ubicación

Excelente ubicación y muy limpio. Tres cuartos amplios y 2 baños equipados. Zona muy tranquila donde se podía descansar. Cuartos equipados con toallas y sábanas para todos.

Hora de check out muy temprana el último día (a las 11:00) y tampoco podíamos dejar las maletas allí durante ese último día. En la publicación del alojamiento se detallan algunos servicios que luego no se cumplen (son cosas menos importantes, pero si no se van a cumplir mejor no poner que están incluidos): - No había ni gel ni champú en la casa (no lo llevamos nosotros de antemano porque según se anunciaba estaba incluido) - Solo uno de los 3 cuartos tenía armario - Para acceder a la casa no hay tarjeta de acceso, se accede con una llave normal. Sólo un juego de llaves para todos. - Uno de los cuartos no contaba con persianas, por lo que desde muy temprano entraba claridad.

Passable

The apartment is in a great location right in the centre of Valencia. Everything is close such as restaurants, coffee shops, markets and all sights. The hosts very very helpful and kind with a quick reply and cooperation to all questions needed for our stay.

The apartment in a first look seems nice and comfortable, but we were a group of 7 people and a lot of things did not work in the apartment. You wanted to take a shower and the bathroom was leaking, you wanted to turn the AC in the living room and the guys in the other bedroom had water running under their beds. The TV colours were red and black. The floor was kind of damaged as well at times. It was really uncomfortable living in this apartment after a few days and we it definitely did not meet the value for money criteria. The only positive is the location.

Impossible to talk on the phone with the person supposed to hand in the key. Very stressful.

Vacation in Valencia

The location is perfect, just in the heart of the city. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it is very comfortable for a group of 7 people.

There were leaks in both bathrooms. The floors were dirty, and there weren't any mops or other things to clean if you needed them.

Exceptional

Kind host, quick reply. The location is in a quiet place. It takes 2 3 minutes to walk to the main street. In addition, near the bus (5 mins to walk) and tram (10 mins to walk) to go to the beach, Valencia aquarium, etc.

We had a very enjoyable week in Valencia and would recommend with apartment for its location and spaciousness.

This spacious apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city and also for quick access to the beaches via the metro tram. The host was very helpful and arranged for us to leave our bags at the apartment prior to check in.

Sometimes noisy at night from the other apartments in the block. Although perfectly clean on arrival and mainly well equipped, the apartment could do with an end of season spruce up and some better glassware, cutlery and utensils in the kitchen.

Pleasant family stay

Location was excellent with bars restaurants very close. Apartment was very large with good kitchen facilities. Bathroom and shower were very good and clean.

Tended to be rule heavy with numerous do's and don'ts texted and clearly based on the worst types they had previously rented to. Police visited apartment block, presumably to visit other occupants.

Large Apartment very well situated on a square in pedestrian area close to all monuments

Location is amazing, really close to Cathedral, Central Market etc...on a square, pedestrian area, no traffic and in a building where residents not tourists live. Apartment is large with several and bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, etc

Some details that could be improved : no arranged way to enter the building. Once inside the building the owner could remotely open the door but entering the building was an obstacle. Not enough large towels, no shampoo, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper, etc In general the stay was excellent but these details would make it perfect

Basic confort for this tranquillo appartamento

The location in the heart of the city of Valence, near of very good restaurants. The amiability of the host and her availability.

Bedding was very inconfortable, aged. In the room with twin beds, it was impossible to use them for adolescents aged between 15 and 18, without air conditioning. The bathtub was cracked and we couldn't use it, because we wouldn't break it. The terrasse is not confortable to use because is built-in hole of buildings and air condition exits. Neighbors above are smoking and throwing there cigarette's ends witch fall on the terrasse.

Fantastic stay!

Large, spacious, central, quiet, fully equipped kitchen. Brilliant place to stay with my little boy. Lovely bar below that did take away for us so we could put the baby to bed. Perfect stay.

Very good

Beside the parking and there's no Air Con all are good. If you come on winter and no problem with no Air Con, the Apartement was perfect They provide you a complete kitchen stuff even for salt and sugar. Angie was so helpful and informative

Great location, very spacious apartment.

Every morning I was woken up at 9 a.m. sharp, as one neighbour was doing construction work. When I addressed this query to the owner, she informed me that this is the first time she receives such a complaint. I am very unhappy regarding the lack of involvement from the owner's side. I believe that everyone who's on holiday would like to relax and make its own schedule. So the apartment was not "tranquilo" at all during my stay.
