Bella Vista Solvang Retreat is a place to relax and take in all the beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley. This 3000 square foot, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is a hidden gem on five acres overlooking the Santa Ynez Valley. Take in the gorgeous sunset while sipping wine (a complimentary bottle awaits you!) on adirondack chairs overlooking the view. You just can't beat the serenity you will find at this lovely home and the short access to some of the Best Vineyards in California.
Bella Vista has the perfect set-up for wine country getaways, cycling trips, and family gatherings with it's large living room, dining room, and four spacious bedrooms. Step down into the dining room featuring pub tables, a pool table, and a dining table to seat 8. Enjoy cooking amazing meals together in our kitchen which is fully equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, walk in pantry, single oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There are both a kitchen table and breakfast bar to accommodate meals while looking at the views through the large windows.
On the patio there is a gas barbecue, dining table and a fire pit.
You can also take a dip in our salt water pool, enjoy the hot tub or relax in our adirondack chairs while sitting around the gas fire pit.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable new king size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sinks, and walk-in closet, open beam ceiling, romantic fireplace, smart tv, and French doors that lead out to it's own private area with access to the pool.
There are three spacious bedrooms with new comfortable queen size beds, smart tv's, and access to 3 bathrooms.
Wi-Fi is available 24/7.

Our family of 8 adults had the most incredible time. The house is set to the left of a large property snd feels very private and secluded. The views were unbelievable, sunsets serene and lovely. Perfect for 4 couples with privacy and plenty of linens/ towels. The master omg perfect! The closet is huge! It’s also nice to have a door in the master bath leading to the amazing pool. The pool was wonderful, warm, clean and big. We did not want to leave! Valerie the host is so nice and responsive. I can’t say enough positive things! We cooked most nights and the bbq was great. So many seating options inside and out! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We can’t wait to return !!!

Lovely and well maintained property--had all the amenities. we enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the hot tub and most of all enjoyed the beautiful view in the back yard.

We stayed at the property with two other couples and loved it. Both the inside and outside spaces are terrific and we loved the Adirondack chairs and views. There is lots of space to hang out, eat and cook inside. Would happily go back.

What a fabulous home!! The surrounding property and view was absolutely stunning. The home was super clean, very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved spending time in the yard, enjoyed dinner on the patio and spent time around the fire pit. The pool and jacuzzi were super clean and very refreshing. Overall the property and home were very well maintained and the location to all the surrounding towns and wineries was perfect. The owner was really easy to work with and very communicative as well. I can't say enough great things about this home and surrounding property and I would highly recommend a stay. I hope to bring my family back in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The property itself was awesome with the views and peacefulness. We did have a couple issues with hot water in the kitchen, and the spa was not up to par, but we communicated with the host and she assured us everything was taken care of after our stay. Terrific location in beautiful Santa Ynez.

This place was wonderful! We come up to the Santa Ynez area frequently and this was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful house with a spectacularly relaxing view. Great pool and hot tub. Beds were super comfy and lots of space to hang out with good friends. We actually only went to two wineries as we wanted to hang out at the place and enjoy some the view with wine there. The only thing that would have made it better was a dishwasher that worked better and some more kitchen amenities. Nonetheless, we made breakfast there out of choice. We are planing to make this an annual trip we all liked it so much.

This is our second time staying in the beautiful home, the property is one of a kind, the views, the landscaping, the house. Very close to shopping, wine tasting and amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back! Valerie is a great host, easy to communicate with.

This location and house was perfect for our summer family getaway. We liked being close to downtown Solvang while also fully enjoying everything the property had to offer. Spacious, beautiful views, excellent pool, and lots of great gathering areas. Highly recommend for your stay in Solvang with family or friends!!

My friends and I did a get together in Santa Ynez and this house was the perfect location to visit Santa Ynez, Solvang and Los Olivos. The backyard and the view are amazing and we enjoyed spending our time outside. We enjoyed the jacuzzi overlooking all the greenery The home has so much space and is so cozy and welcoming. The fireplace in the living room was so great on the chilly evenings. It's a great getaway spot near so many things and even though it's in a neighborhood, you feel like you're in your own private retreat!

We stayed here for a few days over Thanksgiving and had a blast. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the hot tub, corn toss, foosball and the pool table. The view in the backyard was amazing and there was plenty of room for everyone. We already booked it for next year.

This house was a perfect size for our party of 7. The view is beautiful and at night you can hear coyotes, owls, and a symphony of frogs. We slept with windows opened each night.
Walking distance to the market and even a few wineries, the location was perfect. Easy drive to restaurants and more wineries in Solvang. Highly recommend to book!

This house was even better than expected. There’s so much more than the pictures show! Our group of 8 women were all impressed with and enjoyed the house. The location was perfect for the vineyards we toured. And the nearby goats were a fun surprise.

Bella Vista INDEED
We rented this property to celebrate our daughter's Birthday and the view was spectacular! Bella Vista indeed! The property is large and has many amenities to enjoy! Pool, jacuzzi, pool table, Foosball were all an excellent source of fun and entertainment. We had our dinners outside and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every evening. Overall a wonderful experience on this GEM of a property!

Sisters wedding
The house was very accommodating, we flew down for my sisters wedding . We had a family dinner one night and had plenty of room . Nice and peaceful . A heater for the pool would have been nice , we weren’t able to enjoy the pool. A very small piece to our big puzzle for the week. The house made the whole visit very comfortable

This house is amazing. Spacious, beautifully decorated, pool table, hot tub that some friends enjoyed. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool due to the cool weather. Timely response from the owner to our questions. We definitely would stay at Bella Vista again.

Beautiful location and home
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was large and spacious for our family and well appointed. The location was very convenient to everything. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs in the cool breeze, swimming in the pool, cooking on the outdoor grill and exploring Solvang and surrounding area and wineries by car and bike. Dr. J’s bike shop in town has great carbon road bikes for rental and their service is excellent. Thanks to our hosts for great communication and sharing their lovely home!

This was a great property. The outside was wonderful and great for hanging out with family. The views are terrific. There is something for everyone to do - from the pool, to the pool table, to the cornhole game, to the chairs lined up overlooking the valley. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Perfect for our cycling group!
Our 70+ year old cycling group found this ‘Retreat’ to be exactly what we wanted as a hub for our rides through the Solvang-Santa Ynez-Los Olivos countryside. It was a real treat to come back to this beautiful place to relax and unwind. Sure hope we can do it again someday!

Amazing Property with So Many Amenities
We loved our stay at this property, which offered so much for our family (from teenagers to grandparents) to do.
