Der Pool im obersten Stockwerk hatte seinen eigenen Charme und wir genossen es sehr, uns an diesem Ort mit dem schönen Blick auf das Meer zu entspannen.

Superb

All staff was very helpful. There was an "altercation" in the breakfast room that I put down to the laguage barrier. Due to this we had a couple of free dinners, this was a bit off a surprise. A surprise that made us very happy and pleased. The staff at the front desk also needs to be given a big thumbs up for beeing very helpful.

Clean room, variety of food, location. We got a bottle of champagne from the hotel on our last day, which was a really nice gesture. One of the receptionist a young man,was extremely helpful, unfortunately cannot recall his name.

Might entertainments at the evenings could be little bit better.

Pleasant memories here. Would definitely highly recommend this Hotel.

The Hotel is centrally located with a walking distance between two train stations (Santa Susanna and Malgrat de Mar). Also, the bus pickup to and fro to the airport is right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient with large bags. The hotel has rooms that are clean and spacious and the sheets and towels are changed every day. The staff is super awesome especially Martha (at reception) and Lola (at the restaurant). Both of them went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Although the hotel has entertainment every evening, the standouts were the Flamenco Dancing Night and the Magic Show. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of wine a day before we left.

The quiz program and the Zumba evening which were cancelled at the last minute.

Not worth 4 stars, don't come here during peak season

Good airconditioning, good wifi, spacious room and balcony, decent food

Soundproofing was horrible (both the outside, the neighbors and hallway noises were very clearly audible from within the room all night long), room doors don't have soft close so it is very loud whenever someone closes his/her door, bathroom was not separated from the room (no door), swimming pool looked much nicer in the pictures, animation was really loud, restaurant was very noisy and busy

Great beds and breakfast. Shower, amazing water pressure. Fantastiskt beach cross the road. The train tracks are right outside the hotel, but it didn't bothered us at all. Easy access to trains station that takes you to the airport and Barcelona. Return ticket to Barcelona 11 euro . Do you whant to travel around the costline and see more cities is it not great options north. The train takes you in land after a couple of stops. It much better south.

The room had spots of dirt on walls when we arrived, but cleaning staff fixt it right away. It's a 4 star hotel. Should have higher standard on things. It's written that they provide shower gel and shampoo. Had to ask for it every day. Some towels had stains or hols on them No pool towels provided.. The balcony was not ckeand

The staff of the hotel were wonderful. The hotel is fine if you are expecting 3 star accommodations. I had no problem with it as this was what we were expecting. We also had a bathroom with no door for the shower area, which was not comfortable for us (family with adult children and young teen). But that may not bother others.

Needs to be updated, more privacy for bathrooms, updated lobby and breakfast available outside.

Nice hotel with a rude night clerk

Very very good breakfast, nice location about 40 minutes from Barcelona, several pools, nice rooms, price

The night front desk clerk was rude, we didn't feel welcomed at all. She gave the impression of being angry at us or afraid of us, even though we were a family with two babies. Every member of the family noticed her unfriendly attitude. There was another guy who was very nice though. The hotel is a little dated

Good for a cheap holiday.

Property was very clean and reception staff were very helpful and spoke great English. Right next to the beach and pool was lovely.

Buffet shown on pictures is very misleading, food selection and temperature was disappointing. We were served raw chicken (acknowledge that this is a one off event but did ruin our stay).

Near is not crowded beach (maybe because of small amount of tourist), promenade where you can walk at evening, near are grocery ( about in 10min walking ), train station ( about in 10min walking )

Pool was dirty, room cleaning came at 2-4pm when wanted to relax at room, poor English speaking stuff ( when having breakfast and dinner at grill), even when there is small amount of people there was huge queue. Poor evening ( for whole 8 days of staying) there were all the same every day

Stayed here mainly because I read the reviews about the amazing buffet, I was not disappointed. I had breakfast and dinner there and it was superb. My room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Shout out to the shift manager (Maliek, sorry if I get his name wrong, I'm terrible with names) who made my stay homely and helped me greatly. Want to get fat and relax, stay here.

Tropic Park - an ok hotel

Close to the beach, very good breakfast, the staff was very helpful, nice sea view.

The building is very old, the elevators the same (one of them got stuck during our visit), the room wasnt that clean.
