A pleasant stay and good value for money.

The continental breakfast was quite comprehensive, with plenty of choice. It was good value for money in a town where hotel prices are quite high. I was able to park in the small car park behind the hotel, which was very convenient. All the hotel staff I met were very helpful, courteous and conscientious. I will stay at the Lansdowne again when I visit Leamington Spa

Lovely mini-break; would return!

Warm welcome; parking on site; good facilities and ample breakfast.

Found it difficult to find the parking upon arrival.

We were there for the National Bowls Finals the Lansdowne is very close to the venue Victoria Park

The room was far beyond our expectations, well decorated with a lovely walk in shower all spotlessly clean. Very good bed with very nice pillows and duvet, plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The breakfast was a continental breakfast which was excellent with lots of fresh fruit. The breakfast room was very tastefully decorated but was quite small and could be a little crowded. Very nice lounge area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

The car park is very small and could only take five cars, for one night I had to park on the street. The hotel is situated on a very busy road junction. The access to the hotel is up three steps and not suitable for disabled people, however there is a rear access point from the car park which is much better.

Nice place for a short stay in Leamington.

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking round the town. Good-sized room, nicely furnished. Breakfast was fine.

Superb

I liiked the airlines of Room 8, the excellent choice at the continental breakfast bar and the great help of the proprietor in getting a taxi at short notice.

A rail for the front steps would be helpful. They are quite steep.

The breakfast was far better than expected with fresh fruits, delicious croissants, cereals, not your usual toast and coffee. Good WiFi reception. Breakfast timing should extend a bit longer and shower curtains were clingy. Everything else was fine. Perhaps too many stairs for seniors.

Staff lovely, accessibility could be a problem for older/ disabled people.

The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Cereal, bread different milks, jam, peanut butter, pastries, herbal teas etc.

The steps up to the front door and there was no lift, there was a gap in the door frame to the room. At night it let light in which didn't help while trying to sleep.

Very pleasant stay in a very good location.

The room was a good size and clean. The location was excellent as we walked into the town for shops and dinner. We were able to use the on-site parking which was helpful. We checked in an hour early which posed no problem.

The bathroom was small and the bathroom accessories limited. The wi fi had a weak signal but we were able to complete emails with no attachments.

A great place to stay.

Dairy free diet extremely well catered for. Excellent choice of food (and dairy alternatives) available for breakfast. Very clean facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Well located to walk to Leamington centre.
