Pour un hôtel indiqué en 4 * Espagnol, nous le trouvons très limité

Les équipements extérieurs simples mais fonctionnels et le personnel très agréable, la carte du restaurant de bonne qualité-prix

La situation de l'hôtel dans un quartier de Barcelone peu propice au tourisme pour notre part (les bâtiments autours sont vieux et certains même délabrés et d'autres neufs ce qui créer un contraste surprenant) aucuns magasins dans les proches environs, les matelas de lits tachés, la télévision dans une des pièces ne fonctionnait pas, pour 4 personnes la surface est très limitée (accession à un lit en passant par dessus un autre lit déployé)

Très excentré. Cependant des taxis se trouvent face à l'hôtel et finalement c'était un bon compromis moins cher que la carte de transport 3j pour 4 personnes. De fortes odeurs d'égouts dans le quartier. Très désagréable.

Muy buena atencion e increible spa

La ubicacion si bien es alejada del centro, estas a un colectivo de cualquier cosa. el desayuno buffet muy bueno, recomiendo sacarlo asi pueden comer mucho y ahorrarse el almuerzo despues. El spa es increible, recomiendo tomarse un tiempito para aprovecharlo

Chambre donnant sur rue avec arrêt pour TAXIS parlant fort et marchand de ferraille en face de la chambre, bruit continuel et souvent bagarres entre "caddies"

Personnel très à l'écoute la déco est très soignée et tout est très propre Petit déjeuner très agréable et très très varié idem pour le déjeuner copieux et bon et le SPA c'est un moment très relaxant et très agréable et l'endroit est fabuleux

ce que nous avons moins apprécié, c'est que l'accès dans la chambre doit se faire par la salle de bain oui nous entrons directement dans la salle de bain donc celui qui prend un bain est dérangé et gêné par celui qui rentre dans la chambre, je ne comprends pas ce concept ! dommage bon après nous nous sommes organisés !! et tout s'est bien passé

Had a fantastic stay

The spa was amazing. Location was very good walking distance from the Rambla del Poblenou and the beach.

The air conditioning was not working. Cleaning was also not so good. Breakfast and hotel car park were too expensive. The check in went messy and uncomfortable as they couldn't find my booking and then want to charge me more. The person at the desk was not competent enough as went into wrong booking and also give wrong parking number.

Great hotel with brilliant location 5 mins from tube

Clean room, comfortable bed, great locstion to get the tube - 4 stops to Primavera festival one direction or 2 stops down to the barceloneta the other way. Lovely staff, relaxing outdoor pool area and free use of lovely spa. I will definitely be staying here next time i go to Primavera.

Water in indoor pool and jacuzzi was luke warm at best. Should be warmer. Aircon in my room didnt work.

bon hôtel, dans un quartier en pleine mutation mais mériterai une petite rénovation

hotel un peu à l'écart du centre mais bien desservi par les transports. chambre spacieuse propre et plutôt bien équipée (TV, mini bar, douche, baignoire, clim, kit hygiène complet) vue sur la sagrada familia l'espace spa est aussi très complet et agréable. petit déjeuner continental avec buffet assez varié.

le quartier est assez bruyant (boite de nuit à proximité) l'hôtel mériterai une petite rénovation (peinture, coups dans les murs, joints salles de bain)

Nothing.

Room was so small, they need renovations as soon as possible. Old TV we couldn’t watch Netflix they don’t have even options for share screen.( only 10 programs).Housekeepers doesn’t speak English, ask them for bigger pillows they couldn’t help me, she doesn’t even know what is towels if you don’t show to her. Blankets was so dirty, some pillows has blood,room was full of dust. We pay 200€ per night didn’t get anything, they say spa is included but we need to pay extra for sleepers and rags 10€. You are getting 90min, it was always very busy. When we book price was 750 including taxes when we arrived they said 800€. Location is very bad you need to walk at least 30 min if you want to go to beach or center. 8of april, we were out of hot water so we can take shower only with cold water!!!! After that my husband get sick. in 17:10 same day,everything in the room stop working, we been out of electricity, i went to reception by stairs, meet the manager said that my room doesn’t have electricity she just passed next to me and said YEAH… waiting on reception for 30 min said we have booked next tour in 30 min we can’t go in the room to take money and clothes, reception guy said give me 5 minutes I can’t do anything and he didn’t come back at all. 9of April We booked taxi with them to airport for 7:00,they wake up us at 6:30 said your taxi arrived, they not listening anything.

It's a Hotel i would not stay again. The Facilities are good but not great. The Staff colud need a fresh up in frien

The Staff was very unfriendly and doesn't seem to be happy. Their face expressions were really bad.

Amazing staff

Building is modern and very clean, lovely garden and great costumer service

We didn’t really like the spa with kids around running, that was our moment to relax and unfortunately we couldn’t. Felt sorry for it, I choose this hotel purposely for the spa and couldn’t enjoy much! Something that I wouldn’t recommend for someone that is looking for a relaxing spa.

La propreté, le cadre, la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Tout était parfait j'étais à l'aise. Pour sortir en transport super simple 2 lignes de métro à proximité on est pas loin du centre

Wonderful stay, I recommend it.

I booked a standard room but they were nice enough to upgrade me to a suite! The room was super nice with a view of the pool and the hills in the backdrop. Tempeatures were well regulated and the bathroom was spacious. The lighting in the room could be improved- the celing lights were a mix of warm and cool and didn't go well together. The standing light in the corner of the suite also wasn't working, so I would not rate full points on the evening ambience in the room. The location was good, 30 mins from the airport and 20 mins walk from the La Sagrada Familia. The hotel lobby is a treat for the eyes! Full of natural light and clean white floors. The spa is always ready, and the free Spa Circuit (which can be bought separately for 15 EUR), was a good experience too! It is a self-service spa that can be undertaken by several people at once, for a total of 90 minutes. You walk through once part of the 'spa' to another- from hot water pressure showers to sauna rooms, hammam, automatic water pressures massages in the pool, jacuzzi and walking on pebbles. There is no one guiding you really so you can take your time according to what you like. Overall, a great stay!

The only thing that could be improved about the hotel is the restaurant. The meals were too small or slightly undercooked despite the beautiful ambience, and I had to order 2 meals to fill mysef. I am also not sure about the safety of the neighbourhood- I saw two big garages that serve as shelters to homeless people, though I did not have any bad experience (except saw a youngster urinating in the corner). But the hotel cannot be blamed for that.

The stay was a way too below our expectations. The SPA was the only holding us from quitting.

SPA. It was small and sometimes crowdy but still not bad.

The hotel smells. Sticky and stinky smoke of weed everywhere - in rooms, elevators, corridors, even in the lobby.

Excellent place for a long term (month) stay with warm staff, great rooms, and a terrific pool.

I stayed at the Villa Olimpica for about a month for work. The staff were super friendly and as I was traveling alone, provided an extra sense of security for me. I loved the pool - it was absolutely perfect on a hot summer Barcelona day, and I loved knowing that if I didn't want to eat dinner out, I could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel for a moderate costs. Breakfasts were lush with pour-your-own cava, unexpectedly good pizza for lunch is recommended, and most of the dinner options were pretty solid. The staff were kind and helpful about navigating the city. I was in a suite, which was great for my month stay, and I loved that there was a real shower, a separate bath, and a bidet. Rooms were cleaned on a normal schedule (hooray) by trustworthy staff. The spa was pretty relaxing and solid, and a real unexpected benefit.

While I was there, the AC in the workout room was broken. I also did not like that there was not a reliable place to fill up a water bottle with tap water. That's pretty much it.

Very nice hotel but the location wasn’t perfect

Loved the spa. The rooms were clean and nice, the breakfast was good. The bar out by the pool was great.
