My room was newly renovated and was exceptional. Daniel on reception was amazing. Best ever reception iv experienced in my 30 years of travelling. Courtesy coach was on time and very reliable. Cannot thank Daniel enough for his brilliant manner.

Disappointed

The property was very hard to find, and once found is difficult to get into from a busy rd, the property parking was not good . The beds were very uncomfortable the pictures on booking.com do not match how the motel actually looks

Excellent stay, friendly staff and I will be back.

The staff went extra miles to make me feel welcome to their property. Free transport to and from the airport was a plus. Location was great for the venue where I attended the event. Close to the shopping centre too.

The noise of the traffic woke me up. My room was so close to the main road.

Wouldn’t come again. Very old and a bit spooky.

We wouldn’t stay here again. It was a last minute over night stay because of a flight cancellation so we needed to be close to the airport but I can’t say there was much I liked about the property. The gentleman that was at reception was lovely though.

All the room windows were open and the doors unlocked. It was freezing and we arrived in the middle of the night! Everything was old and it all just felt dirty even though it wasn’t necessarily dirty. There were some sort of repair works happening in the walkways which also made it all a bit unsafe for little kids (and us) especially in the dark.

I liked how we got the rooms it was clean and tidy and a man cam3 around with sheets and towels. He just cleaned the toilet and left. Very tidy place

Close to airport.

Facilities are too old and not in proper maintenance, e.g. the water tap loosen in bathroom washing basin and tissue roll paper holder in toilet. The housing rules of prohibiting to cook seafood and some food are not indicated in the hotel information so as to let customer being informed before room booking. Not transparent and unfair to customers.

I enjoyed my stay as the staff were great, it was well situated for airport access & food, nice & clean, comfy

the staff member was very friendly & helpful & it was in very convenient for the airport with free shuttle service included & long stay car parking

I found it hard to sleep as it was noisy - people passing by, other guests , doors that rattled in the wind

Okay for a one night stay between flights.

Shuttle service was handy and staff were quite friendly.

Bedding was quite uncomfortable. There are people living there as well as short term accomodation so there was lots of noise, dogs barking and out in the garden area lots of rubbish. Shower pressure was very low.

Proximity to airport. Exceptional customer service by young couple running motel - couldn’t be more helpful and kind.

Although excellent value for money overall impression was motel was basic - but it did meet our needs for one night.

Booking process and a follow up check to our room to ensure everything was fine. Room would have more than suitable for our overnight stay.

On arrival at our room gang members were visible at the end of the unit which gave us no confidence for our safety as we had our granddaughters with us. We chose to find other accommodation.

there was a strong smell of cigarette and the entry floor was wet - leaking from the bathroom next door. The room did not feel clean or safe.

Superb

We were upgraded to the more modern accommodation next door, which was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable room.

The first accommodation did not meet our standards, but the owner was very nice and moved us to the neighbouring accommodation.

Room was very clean, big TV bed was comfortable.close to the airport.

Fridge didn't work, incomplete cutlery, bathroom was showing its age, taps and shower regulator wrong way round.
