Clean,comfortable, and very pleasant host.

When we arrived we were given a breakfast bag containing porridge croissant and orange juice which we were not expecting. This was a very welcome surprise.

Exceptional

The manager was a perfect host, made me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest and customer. I found the free breakfast bag to be a really nice touch. There are cafes and places to eat within a 90 second walk if you were after hot food, so it’s in a great location. Free parking was very handy too.

The only thing was the cap in in the sash window let the cold air in.apart from that very nice stay.

Breakfast was a sort of do it yourself, little bag with nice things , we were warned breakfast would be served like this , it was ok

Overall, was a good stay. Was value for money and would definitely recommend

The breakfast bags were simple and adequate. I liked the upfront information provided by the hotel that the guest cannot expect a hot breakfast but would only be given complementary breakfast bags and we could choose to cancel if that didn't suit us. I liked that honest information provided over an email as soon as I booked.

Our room being in the second floor and not having a lift. My friend suffers from shortness of breath so climbing up and down two floors with the baggages was difficult. We were helped by the hotel people to carry bags up but it was difficult when we were coming downstairs especially because the stairs leading to the second floor were steep.

Was staying for football and location was great 20 mins walk from station ten minutes walk to ground.The room was clean and comfortable and hotel was quiet.The Internet was of good strength and great touch with breakfast bag

If im really picky then the stairwell was a bit narrow but other than that really can't fault

Everything was good from the moment we booked till staying there, personel was great and helpful he greeted us and done anything we asked or wanted to know

was not a good experience for me as I had difficulty with breathing throughout the day after my first night and room was

I like the fact that it was easily accessible with parking facilities

the room was stuffy even with windows opened, I had heart burn throughout the first day and I had to sleep with mask on the second day . the bed cover had a kind of smell that was bad and look dirty.

An ideal base for the west side of Ipswich. Quiet, no frills accommodation.

The entrance to the hotel is welcoming. Someone is available at the front desk always even though it is not manned 24 hours a day. I arrived at midday but could check in immediately. The room was basic but clean and comfortable with a microwave, kettle and tea and coffee. The breakfast bag, mentioned in other reviews, is a thoughtful extra touch. I had a problem with the plug in the washbasin which was stuck shut. While I was out it was fixed almost immediately.
