a nice welcoming place with incredibly helpfull and friendly people. Layla, Mohammed and Fatima have been wonderful making me feel at home and surpassed my expectations accommodating my stay and offering extra help and information regarding the whereabouts of the medina. Thank you guys!

Generally beautul place and nice receptionist Leila.
It was cold everywhere. The riad is not prepared for winter. Breakfast served outside and we had to eat at 0 C. Quite unpleasant. Difficult to get there. We walked thru the crowdy souk…

very clean and safe ! staff was nice
room is nothing like the pictures ! felt like other guests were given better rooms than us ! breakfast was not good at all (cold)

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They were more than happy to give us advice, organize a tour for us and handle any other of our requests. Thank you Mohammed & Leila!
The riad is close to many good restaurants and the action of the souk. The nearby streets are busy and full of life.
The lobby is so colourful and bright. We stayed in the Andalous suite which was spacious.
It was difficult to locate the riad on our first night as it is far down a dark alley. Once we knew the location though, it was easy to come & go.
The suite was adjacent to the lobby affording less privacy than the other suites.

The decor of the hotel, the tranquility of the room, the calm space of the bedroom, the bed was very nice, most of all the staff were very helpful and made us feel so welcome and relaxed and made the Riad Tayba so special. We will return in future and very sad to leave
The TV did not work in the room, the WiFi was very temperamental

The house is very beautiful decorated! the room was very small and the bathroom even smaller but very clean. we liked it very much.
small bathroom.

The staff was nice and very accommodating to us.
the location was good to wonder around the old medina. The rooms Were comfortable and clean
The common areas needed a bit of cleaning mainly dusting. And offering some cold waters When you get there would make your clients very grateful
The breakfast needs to be reconsidered

Staying in Riad Tayba was perfect. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great. The highlight were the hosts though, Leila and Mohammed do everything possible to make the guests feel at home. They give advice about which restaurant to check out, they book tour guides, taxis, hammam massages and more for you, they even offer to buy some gifts for your family for a cheaper price compared to what tourists would have to pay. Overall, my friend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay in Riad Tayba and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the amazing city of Fès! (Kilian, 22, Germany)

In the Medina. Everyone was very helpful and worked to make our stay enjoyable. The Riad was amazing with beautiful decor.
4.5
The staff was super friendly! Layla & Fatima were amazing, always super friendly and helpful. Really had a very very nice stay. The breakfast was really nice, the rooms comfortable and the Riad itself was so pretty! Impressed!
We did do a search for "pool" when looking for a Riad on booking. Coming to Tayba the "pool" wasn't filled up (understandable, It's very small and I think due to the heat it would warm up in a day so it would be a waste of water) but they never explained this to us and shouldn't promise to the guests fill it up (which never happened) & take it off as an option they have on booking. As the days when we were in Fes were 40+ degrees this was the only downside as you would really want to cool off in a pool :)

We liked the breakfast, location and the stunning interior decor of the riad. Mohammad was also extremely helpful and polite and made our stay very pleasant!
It is marked as having a pool but unfortunately there was no water in the small tub when we arrived. We also unfortunately found one of the staff members at the riad very pushy with trying to sell us overly expensive experiences and services (even after we said we were not interested).

Run by really lovely people. Leila and Mohammed were so hospitable and really welcoming and helpful :) great location, and we had all the necessities needed. Great views from our private roof terrace!
The pool was out of action when we arrived which would have been ideal with the heat. Wifi was ok but could have been stronger.

we stayed one night since we decided to stay a day more in the Medina an our previous Riad did not have availability, but it was nice and comfortable, located in the Medina, a few steps from the Main Street but very quiet. good breakfast and kind staff. the room was big and the bathroom clean
the room was not decorated, except for the beds and a table, feeling a bit sad and empty, and it was also very dark since there are no windows facing the exterior, but for just one night and the price we paid it was good enough. internet was not working and since we needed to work we had to move to a nearby bar, but I see this is a frequent problem in Morocco, not due to the staff.

Service/staff was amazing, everyone we met at the Riad were always ready to help and make our stay the best possible.
Rooms would maybe need a little update. It was a bit tricky to find our way to the Riad, because there were not clear instructions for that and google maps didn’t work in medina.

Great place to stay. It's really near the main market streets of the old medina of Fès and convinced us in every single aspect.
Leïla and Mohammed, who were there for us most of the time, did a great job. They were not only super friendly and open minded but also had a lot of interesting information about the country, its history and culture for us.
If you are interested in doing a tour in the medina of Fès, ask in the hotel. Anouar (the manager) is an official tour guide and we really liked the way how he presented the medina to us.
The public area as well as our room had a beautiful interior, we liked the furniture and the whole style so much. All in all the experience was great, we felt like being part of a fairy tale of 1001 night.
3.5
Great location close to Fes’s Blue Gate and not too hard to find. The staff sent someone to meet us which was much appreciated the first time! It was a quiet location and a pretty space
A bit of confusing communication with staff, who showed us a bunch of rooms to choose from some of which would have costed more than original.
4.5
Friendly staff and great service. As we were their first tourists since the pandemic started, the owner gave us a free tour around Fez. Highly recommend this place. The breakfast was amazing too.
One of the best things: the riad is even better than in the photos.
Nothing. Everything is great.

The staff Leila and Mehdi were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was really nice. Location was great, very close to the main shops
The shower drainage didnt seem to work properly and water accumulated really fast

Leila and Fatima have been a great help to us. Booked a taxi with them from airport and to station is such a convenience way to get through medina. The place is excellent, first time tourist of Fez would like to stay in Medina and the location is just a stone throw away to everything.
nothing
