Beautiful Riad

The Riad is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable! The staff is incredibly helpful - I have 3 small Kids and they were very nice with them! We just loved our stay there!

Classic Fes Beauty

The riad is stunning and the pool is wonderful. The food was also excellent. The location being on the edge of the Medina was also kind of nice — it made it easier to get to and there was a view to the north that was nice. The food was excellent and our server, Serge, was really nice and so attentive.

There is a bit of an “old plumbing” smell but I imagine this is everywhere in Fes given it’s such an old city with a dense population. I didn’t notice it too much while staying but I did notice the smell in my pyjamas afterwards.

Everything was perfect , breakfast delicious staff very kind, and lovely riad.

For the dinner you have not a lot of choice. You haven't got all the dishes mentioned on the list. Just 2 differents dishes. Perhaps because it was Ramadan. I don't know .

decor and intricate details of hotel were beautiful, washroom had giant bugs in it that weren’t attended to, front desk

decor and design were beautiful, front desk staff were great

staff attending to rooms and breakfast area were not friendly. there was one friendly younger gentleman, but the other two who wore red hats were not very nice. they really did expect tips at every turn, despite mediocre service. when my bags were brought to the room, my husband was in the bathroom and he had the money, so the Porter waited around the door uncomfortably until I eventually went into the washroom where my husband was using the facilities to GET the money, and tipped him before he would leave. other guests may have gotten better service and I don’t want to assume why we were specifically treated poorly.

Loved everything from the staff, food, rooms, and facilities. The staff goes above and beyond to help you with everything. This place is next to the Fes Medina and next to a main road with a parking lot so you won't have to walk a lot to get a taxi or your rented car.

A very good choice in Fes, that isn't over-priced for what it offers.

The riad is a beautiful and private place with a great staff.

For the price, the breakfast offerings were a little underwhelming, and the grand breakfast room needs a little 'warmth' for chilly, gray mornings. Not cheerful at all. Also, the bath in my room was dangerously underlit with tricky stairs. Not for mobility-impaired travelers.

The Raid is in the Old Medina, so although the entrance is disguised, the raid itself is beautiful on the inside. The staff was very friendly and readily helped us with transfers, and guided tours, and the raid has a restaurant with great food to enjoy after a day of touring around. The Raid was clean, no problem with our rooms, with Air conditioning available in the rooms. Felt safe in the Raid and the location was good. Highly recommend a tour guide to visit the city.

The entrance to the Medina may seem strange at first (probably like most Riads in the Old Medina) but don't be afraid, the guide took us to the door and then everything was okay! Breakfast is slightly limited in options but it was enough.

The staff and the stunning Riad were the highlight of our trip, making the whole experience really special. Absolute attention to detail, accommodating to all of our needs as a family of four, kind and super informative alongside offering a real sense of luxury and authenticity. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Riad, but stay tuned regarding the food, maybe after tourism is back?

The Riad is BEAUTIFUL. The architecture is excellent and overall the atmosphere was pretty great. We were upgrade to a larger room and it was amazing, but we weren't able to figure out the heat/ac situation. Dessert was great.

The food. Dinner, we were told some options and there was a group across from us that had different options available. It seemed as if we were given a very strict menu and didn't really have much choice in the food. I understand that due to COVID the capacity wasn't filled, but when I over heard someone else order something, and then I ordered it, it wasn't a problem (so it's not like there was only so much available). Breakfast was disappointing as well, the 2nd day seemed like leftovers from the first day.

Very elegant

Excellent riad, composed from 4 houses, near parking by the medina walls (3 eur/night). Riad is like a maze, every building is connected, it has hidden doors, short cuts, and even three door elevator with beautiful interior design. Pool in the courtyard is big and clean, but due to bad weather we couldn't use it. There is many cosy plases to just relax and enjoy beautiful interior. Restaurant and breakfast places are also very elegant. It is close to all attractions and staff can give you all necessary information.

Beautiful Riad with amazing staff

The staff, very helpful very friendly, hard working. 3 people work 24/7 and get support by the maids for cleaning. Ahmed was living at his front desk. Sergje was always try to serve us best way. The atmosphere of the riad is unique, it's a beautiful place for very special times.

I can't say that I don't like anything. We have corona, we have less tourists and the hotel was closed a long time. Sure there are not all areas in a perfect condition yet. Many places you saw they could need more attention of the housekeeping. Sure the breakfast choice was limited. But we was the only guests. So for me was nothing I would say I don't like or complain about it. I am sure if there are more tourists again the hotel will be in a perfect shape.
