Beautiful little hotel just off the main road into Fes. The staff was warm and welcoming and we enjoyed retreating back to the hotel and the large pool after visiting the Medina.

The property is really neat, quiet, and comfortable. The only weakness of this place is location, which is also one of its strengths. Because it's slightly further out, it's nice and quiet.

First of all; great pool! Because the location is isolated you are in a kind of oasis just outside the city. It is quiet and peaceful with a really friendly staff. The food was good and the building is really nice. Because it is not really big it is kind of private and everyone can be at the pool or terras without hearing each other. And for the kids; they have tortoise.
Breakfast is good, but it everyday almost the same thing, it would help to mix a little. Our room was clean but there was muggy inside the bathroom and there were places like the shower that just needs a really good deep cleaning. Maintenance that is being done on the pool (that is really great also with kids) should be done one the rooms also.
Just be aware that the location is far away from everything and you need a car to get there. The route Google Maps shows you is horrible, if you take a left just after the gasstation on the N4, you get there wat easier.

Breakfast and pool were excellent
Near the airport
Wifi is not working in the room.
The price of dinner is 200mad(18€)/person (quite expensive), we didn't take it
Google maps leads to the villa on the road behind (macadam road)
Quite removed from the city

Very relaxing atmosphere, far from the busy city. Spacious rooms, nice design, friendly staff.
Getting there is quite a challenge, even GPS got confused.

Great value, spacious rooms, beautiful swim pool.
If you are driving and looking for a place to stay overnight closer to the airport this is a good value option.
Simple breakfast was served at 4am to accommodate our early departure and that was super helpful.
Off the beaten track: google maps was not enough to find the way to the property... but the staff was quite helpful with whatsapp messages and links.

We only stayed for one night. It was conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes away). The pool looked really nice. I imagine in summer could be a good option to leave the (nice) chaos of the Medina.
Wifi connection was rather poor. Even though nothing else was really bad, I would not stay there if I go again to Fes.

Dinner was tasty, staff friendly
A bit pricy for what you get, we travelled throughout Morocco and this price did not meet our expectations.

everything was perfect as advertised , Abdul Raheem was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us getting taxi all the time , he was always there for any help, kids had a good time and we missed the hotel pet which is a turtle. we will definitely stay again if visited Fez.

The room was very big and airy. The pool area is very nice and clean, including some turtles wandering around.
The interior of the Riad is very aged and outdated. some pets missing and falling apart such as the couch. strange smell coming from the neighbourhood

Pool, staff and meal were awesome. Quiet location.
Room (15) was not well kept. Shower fixture was broken, hooks on door were broken, door handle seemed like it would break at any moment. perhaps it was only this room.

Lovely large clean bedrooms, great showers and giant beds.
Air con was superb.
Super friendly staff and nothing it too much trouble. Simo was a great host.
Not really complaints but to make the stay even better we could have used a fridge in the room just to keep drinks and a few bits cold.
Due to the location a car is a necessity.

This is the fourth year we're coming back and we certainly will stay there again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
If you need peace out of the noisy Fes, this is the place to be. Very relaxing!
Breakfast was delicious and the pool was just enough for us and the kids.
Nothing special

The place is a very peaceful place to be away from the city and the noise of the cars but still you can find stores and such necessities close by around 10 min car drive and the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very spacious. Would definitely recommend. The road is a bit rocky to get there but it’s not that bad. The breakfast as well was delightful .

The property was beautiful and new. We finished out our 8 day northern Morocco vacation here. It was a perfect ending to a busy trip. We stayed here 1 night before heading to the airport. It is an easy 15min taxi drive to the airport and it’s peaceful and quiet. The perfect place to relax. There is a beautiful pool which we did not enjoy because we stayed here the first part of March and it was too cold.
If you are planning to go into Fes this is not the place for you. It is quite inconvenient from downtown. It was perfect for us as we had already done all our sight seeing and were looking for a place to unwind before our flight home. The food was good. They had a mix of Western and Moroccan dishes. My son enjoyed the spaghetti. It was a nice break after eating Moroccan food all week. The breakfast was good as well.
The rooms were huge with all the western amenities. Overall we were very pleased.
It’s a bit far from town or any other restaurants. So we had to eat at the restaurant on site. It was good food, but a bit overpriced.
