excellent flat, everything you need, clean and surprisingly spacious. Good central location, 10 min stroll to the thermae spa, easy to walk from station. Close to shops, pubs and Roman baths. Handy store open late below!
Great host, good communication.

We have flat 1, just above the convienient store. Parking is not full day free, the host will only cover 8pm-8am bcoz other time its resident only but its about 10/15mins walk and by the time you get to the parking its already full. So we end up paying our parking fee near to the flat. The kettle needs descaler , the soap dispenser is almost empty.

This was a beautiful apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Within walking distance to Bath's major attractions and restaurants. Very close to a supermarket and with a grocery store right under our feet at the ground level. I highly recommend this place. It will certainly make your holiday a better one.

Weekend in Bath
Lovely little apartment and great for our weekend in Bath. The only thing that let it down was the music coming from the convenience store downstairs, which went on until the early hours of the morning. Other than that, location was perfect for us and the apartment had everything we needed.

The property was clean and the bedrooms are a good size and pleasantly decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. It’s very much a city flat - well located but the “feeling” in the flat is a little closed in. The common area/walk-up could use a refresh. Property manager was responsive and helpful when needed.

Hi there,
the house was very spacious, clean and tidy. We could not make use of the small garden behind the house, because the weather was indeed very british and cold and the garden is lacking any furniture.
The rest of the house was okay.
Parking in Bath, and that is applicable for most or almost all houses and flats, is a challenge, because it includes quite some walking experience dropping and picking up the cat from the central coach parking.
Unloading in the afternoon was extremely difficult, because there was almost no space to park the car for a few minutes.
Loading in the early morning went very well, since most of the people living in Guinea Street left for work with their cars.

We had a great stay in this beautifully decorated flat, right in the centre of Bath. The main bedroom is really gorgeous and it has great cooking facilities. The sofa bed is genuinely comfortable unlike many! The central location does make the flat a bit noisy at night over the weekend - but it has good double glazing so this isn't too much of a problem - and if you're staying out late anyway it wouldn't matter! The only improvement I'd have made is a few more instructions for the kitchen - it took me a long time to work the cooker out and we never got the hang of the coffee machine! Michael was extremely prompt at responding to inquiries leading up to the stay and I didn't want to bug him with my technical inabilities too much, so a written handbook would have been very helpful.

The property had everything we needed, very nice décor, spacious and well equipped for our short break in Bath. The location was not ideal with two children, very noisy at night :(

Again lovely and comfortable inside. Directions for running appliances would have been helpful. The neighbors and the street noise did interfer with a good night's sleep. Yet if you are staying in Bath for the nightlife, the location is ideal. We were just arriving from a 13 hour travel day, so not ideal for a family needing sleep and getting up for early tours. The neighbor played loud music until after 12 and the pub activity spilled out onto the street until nearly 3 A.M. On the up side, the apartment is comfortable, spacious, great location, and great value. We really enjoyed Bath.

PERFECT location and beautifully designed!
The location of this Michael's place couldn't be better! Just up the road (<5 min walk) from the heart of Bath, numerous restaurants, a large grocery store, the apartment has been carefully restored to be comfortable, functional, and cozy. We had our 3 year old, as well, and it's absolutely kid friendly.
The heat was easy to adjust, kitchen utilities all brand new, and Netflix was a nice perk after coming home from lots of walking (in the rain) and full bellies! Michael was super helpful in the booking process, answering several questions, as well as "on the spot" via call/text.
We can't wait to go back and stay again!
