a standard accommodation

It is advantageous to be centrally located.

the rooms are very old and there is no kettle etc in the rooms. There are no simple facilities. There is only one socket in the room, next to the room door entrance.

Perfect location, fantastic helpful hosts, great for a ferry hopping stopover.

The location is perfect, we just needed somewhere near the port for 1 night and it was perfect, in the heart of town but pretty quiet. My husband unfortunately need to go to the hospital and the hosts were extremely helpful with taxis, directions and information both Kate at night and early morning. We are very grateful for their help. The rooms are basic but the quality of the beds, pillows, sheets etc were 1st class. After a stressful journey from Tilos island we had a great nights sleep.

Never met a member of Staff while there.My key was left on the desk stayed for one night as we both felt so uncomfortable looked like something from a scary movie. Instantly booked another hotel for the rest of the week

The location: Located within walking distance from both the domestic and international port as well as some really good food places (the gyros place nearby is exceptional)

Very small room. Bells and bikes waking you at silly times. Hard bed. Room an awkward shape. Bathroom unusable. Too small.no we're topit things. Only place to hang your towel above the loo brush and a bin. Sink too small to use. Light illegal. Bare wires in one wall. A bank of switches,but you have to enter the room in the dark before you stumble on them

Obviously, I am so incensedIve only got the first box to answer. You could fall from the high step in the bathroom. No shower curtain so water ends up on bedroom floor

It is located at a very good area. In the middle of the centre. Two steps away from the harbour! If your looking for a nice cheap place to stay, this is perfect.

Could be a bit more clean, but it was fine since I only used it for sleeping and wasn’t around in my hote room much.

Great budget accommodation to explore all Kos Town town had to offer.

Great budget option right on the edge of Kos Town Harbour. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Facilities were a little tired, but at the price there was nothing to complain about.

Kind staff, bad circumstances

The location is really great! You can reach the barstreet and multiple restaurants by foot within 1 to 3 minutes. The staff is really kind and helpful. The view is amazing. The room was clean.

It smelled like tuna in the whole entrance and hallways. The bed was broken. The walls were so thin that I woke up from people coughing in their room or peeing. It felt like I was sharing a room with strangers. Also, there were weird loud noises in the walls that were quite disturbing.

Ideal place to be close to Kos in its self.

A very cheerful and clean hotel close to all amenties. Great views all round. Good value for money. Friendly atmosphere.

There was nothing not to like. Polite helpful owners & their family. Brilliant location to all areas in short walking distanc. Very clean in all aspects, lovely view from balcony towards the marina and sea.

Perfectly reasonable - reasonable facilities, reasonable price.

It's a perfectly fine hotel, the only thing against is that, on my return, I stayed in the Catherine hotel, 2 doors away, which is much nicer, and around the same price. So if available go there, if not this place is fine.
