Mark was very informative and gave us many suggestions.
The place was nice and clean and we had a good breakfast! They had plenty of parking space.

Absolutely nothing.

Perfect location to explore Aviemore. Close to amenities, restaurants and shops.
Advertised laundry but when we ask told we could use it. Disappointed

Proximity to the public transport yet serene and quaint setting, waking up with birds chirping outside. Welcoming host, making sure all is well and taken care of. Numerous activities in the neighbourhood as well as tips about where to dine. Delicious breakfast with fresh produce from nearby. Room somewhat compact, but well accommodating the needs. Bed very comfortable, yet could be experienced as a tad small if you’re tall (>5 foot 11). Mark and Susie, thank you very much for the lovely stay!

Breakfast was wonderful. Wide choice, beautifully made. Pancakes with bacon and maple syrup were a real treat.
Mark gave us the key for his shed so we could store our bikes overnight for the duration of our stay. Good hosts, know the area very well and were able to advise on anything we asked (even which lochs are best for swimming in!)
Honestly couldn't fault it

It was perfect! The room was lovely, the beds super comfortable, and the location was perfect. It’s located in a small ski town that during May was not too crowded.
The breakfast was 100/10. It was delicious and the staff was so wonderful and friendly. The black pudding was incredible and the porridge was a must have.
Will definitely come back when I travel back to Scotland.
It was pretty much perfect! I would have liked a small fan in my room, but that’s more of a personal preference.

We stayed at Caingorm Guest House from Friday night to Sunday for a weekend of skiing and cannot wait to come again. Mark the host was so welcoming and the property is beautiful, everything you could need. The room was large and beautifully decorated, there was a lovely lounge with a fridge, really liked having the side access to the building so you are not tracking through wet ski gear, and the drying room was great. The best part was breakfast! Honestly the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, with so many options including vegan, all beautifully freshly cooked and loved talking to the lovely staff members with tips about how to ease sore legs after skiing. Also excellent location in Aviemore.
Couldn't fault anything honestly.

The guest house was easy to find. We were made to feel very welcome: the owner even contacted us whilst we were on our way. The location could not have been more convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and well-appointed. The internet was amazingly fast (10x the speed we get at home!) - which meant that the on-line work which I had to do was done quickly, allowing me to get out walking. I got some good tips from Mark about places to walk.
A really enjoyable stay.
Leaving!

Mark greeted us at the door. Gave plenty of information about local places to visit, eat, etc. Rooms extremely clean and fresh. Breakfast delicious.

Wonderful host who recommended a lovely restaurant nearby, good bed, good location, small but attractive room and layout. We appreciated the shelves in the bathroom and the provided hair dryer.
Good breakfast but surprisingly bad coffee. Could use more coffee/milk packs in the room. Nowhere to put luggage. There was only one tiny side table and nightstands in the room to put stuff. Most unfortunate lighting under the eaves on the street side that were so bright I needed to use an eye mask to sleep with the shade down (night lighting is bad for people, bad for animals/insects).
