Alles heel proper en net, douche goed regelbaar en sterke waterstraal, geen geluidsoverlast
Kleine kamer en kleine badkamer/toilet en bijna geen opbergruimte kleding
4.0
Convenient to Pancras international train station. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
Narrow staircase for carrying luggage

3.5
Location was good. Near St Pancras station.
Room was noisy adjoinin the street and the room or space on the floor above was also noisy. I had to wear earplugs to sleep.
3.5
3.5
The location is very convenient for a one night stopover, prior to getting the Eurostar from St. Pancras. The hotel us very clean and surprisingly quiet considering its location near to a very busy station.
The room overlooked the hotel’s emergency exit which was brightly lit all night. The window would benefit from blackout blinds. There is a safe in the room but in a very unusual position on the floor- you’d need to lie in the carpet to access it!
4.5
The location is great - near the King Cross/St. Pancras so it is convenient for people arriving by the train from the airport.
Reception works 24/7 which is also great for people arriving by Plane.
Can be somewhat noisy at night but that's due to the central location. Not something exceptionally noisy but light sleepers should keep in mind.
4.5
Very good neighbourhood, close to all attractions. :)
The room for two is very small (you cannot imagine).
3.0
The room was OK, very small. The location is nice, can go walking to a lot of places or if you prefer there is a underground station two blocks from it. Since we were staying only two nights the hotel had what we needed, but for a long stay I don't know if I would recommend it. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom.
The bathroom was very small and there was a very loud kind of exhaust fan that would turn on when we took showers but also would turn on in random moments. And it would stay on for a few time (almost an hour I would say). We could listen the fans from other rooms also since the rooms are very close to each other.
3.5
position and very clean and the window opened right up giving us fresh air and birdsong in the morning
the room was very compact and so was the bathroom Also we were on the Top floor and carrying up our luggage was a challenge as we are in our senior years It favours a younger clientele far better However we are reasonably active and overcame these issues
4.5
great location. 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Underground and St. Pancras International , lots of restaurants and also walking distance to the British Museum
shower and toilet is just enough for small and medium sized people.
4.5
Perfect location, friendly staff, room was small but we had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, good shower, very clean.
You can hear your neighbours sometimes, when they shower or flush the toilet, but it wasn't too annoying

really good for a visit to London
nothing

We stay here regularly due to location and value.
Rooms are small but OK

Quiet comfy room
Baggage storage option
Great for an early train

A great location on a short distance from Kings Cross/St Pancras. A lovely, Victorian House and friendly staff. A neat, small room which was cleaned every day. We had all the facilities we needed in a compact form.
A poor isolation of an old house and single glas windows made it noisy. Unfortunately, we did not get a good night sleep. Too bad that you cannot get breakfast in the house.
3.5
Location was great
They had 2 pillows per bed
It's really small, especially the bathroom. All rooms in London within this price range are small, but the bathroom was even smaller than what I'm used to.
The sheets on one of the beds had yellow stains (from coffee or tea?). The beds were also really small.

The location is perfect, a few minutes away from King Kross. The room was clean and comfy. We had coffee and water in the room and I think is a good place to do tourism in London.
We knew rooms were tiny but my advice is to book a two bed room for two people, instead of a queen bed one. Is more comfortable.
4.5
Let us checkin slightly earlier because I had a zoom meeting. Very nice of the staff to let me do that.

great location for one night transiting
small rooms but very comfortable for what we needed. narrow staircase to go down with luggage

location
rooms were quite hot, complimentary water was unpleasant to drink!

The hotel is in an ideal situation, located just behind King's Cross. For the location, the value for money is excellent. The room is small but sufficient for a short business stay. The 24 hour reception is excellent and allows for free roaming of the city centre. There are a number of eateries nearby so costs can be kept low despite the lack of a restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the place was cleaned regularly.
The wifi could be faster, but this is a really minor issue. The room is small and there is limited storage space if travellers were to have large baggage, however there is a communal storage space upstairs that provides more room for residents and it is secure and safe. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Perfectly situated for St. Pancreas/Kings Cross. A nice bathroom with fixtures and fittings of quality. A small room, just good for sleeping. Very quite & calm on the backside of the house, probably in the front too.

We loved how close this was to the station. I liked that they had baggage storage and let us keep our bags there over 3 nights while we went away for the weekend and returned. Rooms were small but comfy enough. Exactly what I’d expect from a hotel really. Staff were lovely and remembered us when we arrived again. No issues at all.
Rooms were quite small but enough to get by. Close to the station and easy taxi drop off. No air con but a fan which was enough for the late summer.
3.0
Excellent location for the major train stations. The room had all the facilities you’d expect for a good hotel.
This is the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been in. If you’re staying for more than one night and are in the basement like we were it could become depressing! Also, I would only recommend to share with someone you are comfortable getting undressed in front of because there is no place for privacy.
2.5
location and price
Bathroom was too small and luckily we are too otherwise do not know how a bigger person would get into the shower! Very bright lights outside the window meant could not open the curtains to let in some cool air from open window and it was hot even with fan on. However, in cold weather it would be warm so take your pick.
3.5
Best value for the price. Rooms is cleaned everyday.
Internet is slow. Considering the hotel is in the middle of the city.
4.5
Great location, staff were extremely helpful with my excess luggage when I had to go to a subsequent meeting at short notice. The room was spotlessly clean, very modern bathroom and well provisioned night tray.
Some visitors will find the size of the rooms very compact - I have stayed in many central London places and it is very common.
4.0
The location was perfect for us, the bed was comfortable and the room had all the accessories we needed.
The room was TINY. The bed took up 80% of the space, leaving barely enough space for two people to change clothes. Suitcases open on floor was our only dresser. Would be a better choice for a single.
2.5
The room was very clean
The room was extremely small and very noisy. We could here other rooms very very clearly
