Great location & pleasant helpful staff. A few small details were overlooked though, but other wise

Really great convenient location. Staff all very pleasant & helpful. Upgraded our room free of charge & provided surprise extras for birthday celebration. Hotel was quiet with good soundproofing. General use areas all very clean.

Bed was hard & uncomfortable No plug for the bath Ordering room service was tricky, restaurant & room service do not answer the phones, had to call reception each time. No QR code in room to order room service either (apparently there should have been one). Tea & coffee in room had clearly not been restocked after last use - one teabag & only decaf coffee. Small details that I personally wasn’t bothered about, but other guests perhaps would be

Great place

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was immaculate. The Manager Holly was outstanding.

We paid for executive room access but was unable to access this after 8pm which was very disappointing

Sijainti on hieno ja hotelli on siisti keskitason hotelli. Huone ok. Huoneessa nojatuoli. Suihku hyvä.

Vuoteet ovat 150 cm leveitä, eikä hotellissa ole leveämpia vuoteita (vaikka Booking.com sivuilla näin luvataan). Kahdelle hengelle 150 cm on liian kapea, ja yhdellä peitteellä nukkuminen on huono idea (toinen halua lämmintä, toinen kylmää). Vähintään 180 cm on minimi, ja omat peitteet molemmille! Vasta tämä olisi Hilton-standardia!

Le calme relatif et la chambre était plutôt confortable

Une partie du personnel de l'hôtel, en particulier une femme brune absolument désagréable qui, samedi après midi, a voulu me forcer à signer un document alors que l'hébergement était déjà payé et que j'ai insisté sur ce point pour qu'elle arrête de m'ennuyer grossièrement avec sa demande qui était totalement ridicule. Elle n'a rien à faire dans un métier au contact avec les clients. Enfin le petit déjeuner n'était vraiment pas terrible

Great hotel but bar shutting at 11pm is stupid

Great staff on reception. Nice room.

Bar shuts at about 11pm. Ridiculous in a central London hotel. Prevented networking for business. Especially being next to the event venue, which is where people go for networking. Bizarre and a very poor business decision. You are losing thousands of pounds a month with that policy.

The hotel was very 'tired' this time from our previous stays in 2009 and 2010.

After an initial disappointment when we were told we could not have the rooms we had booked because a large booking had come in, we stood our ground and the staff agreed to upgrade us to a suite for which we were pleased.

The room did not appear to have been used for sometime and was quite dusty. New carpet had been laid and so there was a lot of piling on the floor. Staff did come and vacuum the room when we complained about the dustiness.

Personnel peu disponible. Nous avons dû attendre une heure avant de savoir quand notre chambre serait disponible et le moment arrivé n’avons pas été prévenu alors que nous étions au restaurant. Ensuite nous avons encore attendu une heure avant qu’un employé vienne constater que la télévision ne marchait pas. Le changement de chambre s’est alors fait assez rapidement.

Good, but not great.

Good location, clean bedding, very helpful that I could check in early.

Water wasn’t hot enough, some of the lights didn’t work, no plug in the bath, remote control running low on battery. I had an accessible room (I don’t need one) and the sink was hard to use and the water splashed everywhere.

Poor service from reception (a man)

The location

When I checked in the guy on reception overcharged me £30 more than what was agreed via booking.com.. I only noticed when I looked at my bank app when I got to my room. He also didn't give me a receipt and he didn't mention what floor my room was on, didn't direct me to the lift and didn't tell me when or where breakfast was. I did manage to get a refund with a helpful young girl and I let her know about the poor welcome from the man

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night repeatedly due to a fault. My stay was because I was doing the London marathon the following day and I could not get back to sleep because of the shock of the alarm. It affected my performance so not great at all. The staff member I spoke to when I rang down about the issue was off hand and rude too

Great location with very comfortable room - the shower is amazing!

Location was great, close to many food places including vegan menus. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The shower was amazing, with great pressure (probably the best feature of the room!). The whole hotel was covid safe and had hand sanitizing stations everywhere - we felt completely safe from the virus! The staff was very friendly and caring - no issues there.

I wish the television equipment was a bit more up to date with the current times. I was not able to access the movies selection and the whole TV system seems to be a bit dated - with only a few digital channels available (I am a techie, so that's a big thing for me). The only other small issue was the bar of soap being out of date, but we brought our own hand wash so it wasn't a big deal - we prefer to use that instead.
