Very good

It is a nice apartment with just the things you need to spend a good time in Lucerne, the public transportation is just around the corner and it is very efficient.

The check in time is too late, I would suggest to move it earlier although we were offered to store the luggage on the premises.

Overall brilliant apartment and will definitely recommend.

The location was perfect (away from the hustle and bustle). The bus stop was in front of the building 2 mins walk which takes you to Lucern Station. The property was clean and with all the amenities. Additional charging slots were provided.

Everything was good apart from the sofa bed, which was a bit fiddly; my son was sleeping on it and found it a little uncomfortable.

The building, rooms, location.

Kitchen setup could have some more things like salt, pepper etc & washing detergent for laundry. As customers buying big packs for 2-3 days doesn't make sense.

Ok for bachelors not good for families

Location was good and apartment was Ok. I

ts actually meant for sports accommodation staying near sport complex. The building was horrible with no ventilation on the corridor .As the kichen was close to the door you can smell e everyone cooking on the floor.

Clean, cozy apartment with three real beds (not sofa bed). Would recommend to friends for family short stay.

Close to downtown attractions and bus is free after you paid city taxes during your stay

No A/C in this apartment. Bedroom was hot due to all windows exposed to sunlight during the day, but since none of the windows can be opened in the evening the bedroom stays hot. Shower has no glass doors which you would typically expect instead it uses cloth curtains causing water to come out from the shower. They say the unit has washer and dryer, but turns out they are the community ones shared by residents from the entire building. Plus you have to purchase detergent yourself somewhere else

Decent apartment, small amount of cooking possible. 10+ mins to central station by one bus. Migros supermarket next door.

The kitchen is rather too small.

Nice Apartment

Location and accessiblilty via train and bus. Good Neighbourhood . Spacious apartment for family.

Cleaning staff could do better. A relatively small kitchen. There was a miscommunication regarding keys handover. Before reaching out to the us, it would have been better if they first check with the internal staff.Communication can be done better.

Awesome place for families..:)

Premises, location, cleanliness...awesome view from balcony, 2 mins walk to bus stand which every 20 mins to central station. Just beside super market which very convenient.. Really Good kitchenette, we didn't use any of our utensils. Good for families. Our queries were cleared before our stay..the response was very quick.

Nothing.. Couple things to improve: There was no human interaction during our stay, everything was automated. There was no one to ask if there are any questions or to provide information. Apart from this it was a seamless stay.

Good location, but be prepared with your won supplies

1. Bed was comfortable. 2. Kitchenette with fridge was useful. 3. Location is convenient.

1. Bath, hand and hair soap came in individual satchels, which is environmentally unfriendly. 2. Only 1 trash bag given and after throwing on day 1, we had to scramble to look for another. 3. Washing machine and dryer are communal. 3 sets in laundromat on 1st floor shared by many so it was competitive. 4. No room service throughout our stay.

Less plastic more nature

The apartment was clean, the kitchen had all the tools and dishes you'd need for five people. The instructions about how to reach the apartment and to use the facilities were very clear. The communication with the staff was fast. Easy to find.

In the bathroom there's some mold on the ceiling, just right above the shower box. We didn't appreciate the fake plants, i think is pretty sad in such a green land as the beautiful Switzerland to have plastic plants instead of real ones. We didn't understand how the front door of the building worked. Maybe it was out of service but it was very heavy to open.

Can’t expect anything good for the price in Lucerne

The property was clean and easy to reach. the building looks fancy.

The lift in the apartment building is total nonsense. It has all the furnitures from IKEA which does not feel good and the so called sofa bed cudnt be converted to bed. So I wouldn’t recommend considering sofa bed as option. There is no car parking available for the building and can only be parked in the nearby public parking for 21€ a day
