very clean, comfy, good for the price, beautiful walking area downstairs, good breakfast, helpful staff

4th floor rooms are very good actually but 3rd floor ones are different . the double bed is very small ,there is no kettle, no plates or cups were in the room but after asking for them they immediately brought us. there was a huge group of loud people in 3rd floor’s lobby for a long time until at around 11pm or more which didn’t allow us to sleep i called the reception two times and it took a while. the restaurant’s vegetarian menu was very poor so i really didn’t enjoy it. there was smell of cigarette in 3rd floor lobby

As the staff didn’t ask how was the stay during the check out, I will write the review here)) The owners put a lot of money. The room was clean, comfortable, has all the amenities. The cleanliness of the room itself was very good.

A lot of spiders on the balcony railings. Was hot at night, we did open the window and still were not able to sleep because of the dog’s barking(not the hotel’s problem) Staff was nice, but they definitely needs some training for an eye contact, guest acknowledgment, welcoming to the property. Check in was robotic, just information has been given together with fines paper, and that’s it, no additional questions were asked to make guests feel more welcomed. No comment about check out))))) guest was not their priority. They were attached to the computers, heads down, again no eye contact, we even asked to leave the luggage, they said: yes you can leave, and that’s it, so we took the luggage with us)) no smiling welcoming faces.

Great views and amazing sleeping experience, nice people and friendly staff

I had a short vacation trip with my wife and kids. We booked a big family room on the 4th floor. As far as I understood all big rooms are on the top, 4th floor. Kirovakan It's a newly renovated hotel, with spectacular views from the rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. The hotel is on the hill, so you get a panoramic mountain/city view of the valley. The hostess was so kind and arranged for us (4 people total) a transfer from Yerevan at a good price. The Driver, Gamlet, told a lot of stories and gave us some useful local tips. He even invites us to visit church service with his family (it was Easter), but unfortunately, we had to opt out, as we were tired from the long road. So, generally, nothing to complain about, friendly staff, good people, amazing nature, and quality food. If we somehow get back to Vanadzor, we'll definitely stay in the hotel again. PS. The mattress was very good. I slept like a log

I think Kirovakan hotel is best hotel in Vanadzor

The room is clean, the reception is working very well and the location is handy.

I think breakfast can be better than now. I didn't notice another problem

Nothing to complain about

Everything was amazing, specially the bed. so soft and warm. Such a wonderful view, perfect parking.

Perhaps if on a breakfast was served a coffee in beans, not an instant coffee.

Everything is well though of, the comfort is at a great level! The room is very clean, bathroom is equipped with literally everything one may need.

The noise from neighbouring rooms sometimes may be a problem.
