Nice hotel in the middle of town

The property is very nice, we had a bungalow and it was clean, had air conditioning and the location was excellent right in the middle of town. Julia was exceptional and works so hard day and night

Beautiful oasis in the center of Leticia

Centrally located, close to the town’s main square. Beautiful, spacious bungalows with AC and an amazing garden. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast delicious

Cleanliness of the rooms could be much better

The location of the hotel is excellent

Unfortunately, the rooms were not really clean. Among other things, there were stains on the bed linen and towels. I probably got food poisoning from dinner at the hotel.

A calm, quiet place in noisy Leticia

We got stuck overnight in Leticia due to a delayed flight and were looking for a comfortable place to stay. This was a quiet, lovely refuge in the bustling center of town.

Excellent staff. Comfortable beds with it conditioning. Very good breakfast and nice courtyard. Close to Parque Santander. Hotel facilitated multiple excellent tours which was helpful for us as we do not speak much Spanish and it would have otherwise been difficult for us. Attached hotel restaurant was good for convenience for one night but similar to other offerings in town and more expensive.

100% recommended, much better than expected!

Almost perfect - the staff were very nice, the place was very nice, good breakfast, rooms were very big and clean, extremely good value for money, wi-fi worked well most of the time, had hot water all the time, shower was great, air-con was good but preferred the ceiling fan which was great, free drinking water available, nice and quiet location (about a five minute walk to the main square, 15mins walk to the port). They even gave us breakfast and picked us up the day we arrived at 7am. Couldn't recommend it more - muchas gracias por todo!

We booked tours direct with the B&B - the tours were great, but upon speaking to other passengers, it turns out we were charged a lot more than others..

expensive, bad service, jacuzzi does not work(no hot water)

I selected this expensive hotel (59usd) because of the jacuzzi, I specifically asked for it, lady told me once I started using it that the heater does not work, so I used it with cold water. I also had no hot water in the shower

Wonderful Staff and a great place.

This is a gem of a place. The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone going to Leticia.

Wifi is weak but who cares when there is so much to do in this area.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Felt safe. Family friendly. Great breakfast. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Wifi signal was pretty weak when there was one. Everything else was great. Would gladly stay again.

Disappointing

Good location within easy walking distance of Leticia restaurants, bars and attractions. Gated security into the hotel and rooms around an attractive courtyard. We had 2 x Bungalows with air conditioning which was just ok. Beds really comfortable. Bathroom basic.

We didn’t get a good sleep here and moved hotel - too much noise overnight from the ducks in the hotel garden courtyard and from resident birds nesting in the straw roof and from dogs barking overnight. Always expect some noise but this was too much for us!

Beautiful, clean B&B with delicious breakfast

Beautiful, quiet oasis in busy Leticia. We stayed in one of the normal rooms (not a bungalow) with air conditioning which made for a very comfortable stay in a very hot, humid place. The staff are lovely and friendly, always willing to help. The breakfast is very tasty with fresh fruit, bread, homemade juice, croissants and made to order eggs. It is great that the property have a water fountain so you can refill your bottles and that they also have recycling facilities for plastic.

Nothing! Would 100% recommend anyone to stay who is visiting Leticia.

In a great location. Large, well designed rooms with fan and airconditioning. We were welcomed with a fresh juice by the staff. The rooms and bungalows surround a beautiful garden. We booked an extra night in this excellent hotel.

I purposely booked accomodation as I wanted a pool or spa. Had neither available and Leticia was very hot. You have to be let in and late night we had to wait over 30 mins to be let in.

Left phone upon check out and never got it back. Unfriendly staff.

Location was decent. They also accommodated the storage of our bags when we did a multi day tour in the jungle. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Room was comfortable and AC worked. Allowed for an early check in.

We left a phone in our room upon check out. When we returned a few days later from a jungle tour, it wasn't anywhere to be found. I'm not sure the staff are happy to be there. They don't smile and I didn't find them to be friendly. Wi-Fi didn't work, but that is common for Leticia.

incredible opportunity that I was so grateful to visit and eat at.

the tour included with our stay was wonderful! and the food was phenomenal, healthy, and oddly punctual which was great. the views were awesome. they also had extra things available such as snacks and a bar available to pay for with cash.

not that I didn’t like it, as I appreciate we were in the jungle… but just so people know, they are dorm style rooms with extremely basic bed and bedding (more like if I were backpacking) and electricity is shut off during certain hours (at least during slow season). bathrooms are also dorm style and showers must be kept short. Again I wouldn’t say this is a complaint so much as awareness of where you’re traveling to 🙂

given that you are in Leticia, it’s a comfortable stay for a night!

you have to take into consideration that you’re in Leticia, which doesn’t have many choices. we had the family bungalow, the AC didn’t work, the wifi was non-existent, but the room had an attached bathroom and a decent breakfast. The resident cock-a-doodle-do started at 4am, so if you’re looking to start early you won’t have a problem! despite all this, if I was visiting Leticia again I would stay here!
