Arrivée et départ de Leticia

Très fonctionnel avec climatisation Proche aéroport, a20 m’ à pied du centre mais les tuk-tuk sont fréquents et bon marché.

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Host.

Saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, leckerem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Service.

Keine Warmwasserdusche, aufgrund des warmen Klimas jedoch nicht gravierend.

Excelente anfitrión Don Gonzalo, muy buenos desayunos y variados, muy buena ubicación para el descanso, la ducha excelente, buena recomendación con las agencias de los Tours, los transportes siempre estuvieron a tiempo.

El Hotle Zugi Inn es muy recomendado, lo malo no tienen nada que ver con el hotel, son las calles de Leticia que están en muy mal estado.

Useful, basic stay for the purpose of exploring Amazon jungle tours, Can leave the luggage at hotel.

A clean hotel, and though language issues were the main problem, google Translator was handy. helpful staff. A small city with many operators for Amazon jungle tours. Interesting place to explore.

There was not much to say as it was sort of a base camp stay which was good. Very few ATMs and very bad money exchange rates. Better get it elsewhere before descending to the town.

We felt very comfortable. The owners and the staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. Thank you very much for everything! The hotel is a bit outside the centre. So you have to walk a bit or take a tuk-tuk. That was no problem for us.

Clean spacious room in a perfect location for the airport. Staff were very helpful.. The aircon was very much welcomed!

Walls are quite thin so may be an idea to pack earplugs.

More than a hotel, they are a caring staff with a clean and welcome atmosphere.

The staff - the manager was always kind, pleasant, and eager and willing to help. The housekeeper was always cordial and respectful and similarly, eager to help. The room - it was very comfortable and the AC was perfect for the humid weather. It was clean and the room can be cleaned every day if you desire to do so. The food - the breakfast was varied and good. It was enough for a good start of the day. Also, a few times, we brought our meals in and they were always eager to offer us dishes and cutlery. The name of the hotel is cool but make sure to mention “barrio Costa Rica” in addition to the hotel’s name as some tuktuk drivers may get lost.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. However, the wifi on the first floor is unstable and it can be hard to work from your room. We used the terrace to access the terrace for a more stable internet connection.

Very pleasant stay and kind staff

Very clean and spacious room. Had everything we needed for our stay in Leticia. The location was quiet, close to the airport and 15' walking distance to the city center.

The window was seeing the corridor, allowing limited air refreshment in the room.

Pleasant

Was on special discount! Owner helpful, called taxis for me (since there's certainly none just passing by).

Is obviously undergoing major renovation. Only 1st floor finished. No natural light in rooms, no extras like bedside table. Thin walls. Mould on walls in bathroom, and around air conditioner (so I didn't use, and there's no ventilation or fan) Is out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by vacant development blocks. Might be OK when finished.

Exceptional

Gonzalez was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were lovely and clean and with air conditioning which was very much appreciated. Great breakfast and lovely roof terrace

The people at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and are always attentive to answer questions or advise places to visit. The hotel owner is always willing to take you anywhere at no cost.

The service was friendly, the room was spotless and the airconditioning was excellent.

The road to the hotel was not (yet) fully paved. The hotel itself was also still partially under construction, although there was no hinderance thereof.

Excellent!

Gonzalo's family is really friendly. They helped us with everything we needed and although the hotel seems far form Leticia's center, it is extremely easy to move around the town (just 5000 COP / 5 minutes away). Nice breakfast also. Recommended!

Nice staff. The owner helped us much with day trip.He took us there with his car and waited untill it was arranged.Relatively good internet for leticia and its very important because in the town very few internet conection and also not much ability to call by phone.Clean room. The owner pick us from airoport and from the town for free.Free drinking water supply.

Not good location. Far away fron the center.Not good road arrive there. Most of the times the owner took us to and from the center by his car. But sometimes we couldn't call him so took a tuk tok. It costs about 8000. Very small window in the bathroom so no ventilation and day light. Also smell of cleaning product i didn't liked. Didn't refill toilet paper so it was finished in the night. Double bed comfortable but a little small.No sound protection.

Great place in a slightly inconvenient location, but an excellent staff.

The owner is amazingly helpful and partially makes up for the out of the way location by shuttling guests wherever they want to go. As I discovered after trying a couple other area hotels, the internet was quite good for Leticia.

It is beyond walking distance to Leticia center or any of the activities around the area. I felt like I was imposing needing a ride in the owners personal car in order to get anywhere.

A nice place

The air conditioning worked tremendously. The room was clean. Staff friendly, the owner picked us up and brought us to the airport(free of charge) and also offered to bring us into the city center.

The location was too far to walk anywhere, but tuk tuks are super cheap(and owner offers free rides). Our first 2 nights were really noisey, we had to use ear plugs. Rooms are not soundproof, the noise really travels. It depends on whoever the guests are in the rooms next to you. Our final night was quiet

staff was really friendly offer pick up service. the owner will take you to the place that you want to go. very clean, and nice facilities with good AC which is not so common to find in Leticia

the location is…. really bad… far from both center and airport The road condition to the hotel is really bad so the taxi drivers didn’t want to drop me off at the hotel and i had to walk 2 blocks.

Incredible hospitality!

Zugi Inn is an excellent accommodation in Leticia, very close to airport and in walking distance to Park Santander. The property and nearby area are very safety and quiet. All facilities are in excellent condition, the rooms are clean. Delicious breakfast is served in roof terrace. The hotel arrange free transport to the airport and to the city centre. And the hospitality is really incredible! The staff is very helpful, responsive and friendly. Great value for money!

Pleasant

The staff was very freindly, they drove us to the airport and to the town. Rooms with air con, clean.

Because of the rain and the very muddy street it was not possible to reach the hotel or go out without rubber boots. We did not have any, so we were dependent on car transport, for tuk-tuk taxis it was almost impossible to reach the hotel because of the huge holes in the steets. We stayed only one night, so it was o.k., but if you watn to stay longer and you go during the rainy season transport will be a problem.
