Great value for money, comfortable beds, cool AC and a good location

Friendly staff, great value for money, comfortable beds and cool air conditioning (you'll need it)! It's a good location within 10-minutes walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The room had no windows so I wouldn't want to stay there for much longer than 1-2 nights.

Recepcionista pervertido

El resto de personal e instalación muy bien

Solo quiero dejar nota de que el Sr. Recepcionista de tarde-noche, creo ver en su camiseta roja que se llama Carlos, me estuvo observando ducharme desde una ventana (que no se puede dejar opaca ni cerrada) hasta que me di cuenta porque vi por la ventana un objeto rojo( su camiseta) en cuanto vio que me percaté, se fue. A la mañana siguiente, colocó una lampara roja en el mismo tejado donde el se sentó a observarme (para que creamos que fue eso lo que vimos) para colmo, cuando nos fuimos, nos dijo que si habíamos visto los gatos que van por los tejados por la noche…(sabiendo perfectamente que lo vimos) Esto ocurrió en la hab 201, adjunto foto de la ventana, ocurrió el sábado 13 de enero Solo pido que esta persona (seguro no es la primera vez que lo hace) sea juzgada por los dueños del hotel

My room was nothing like the description. I did not have a balcony in my room. The room and bathroom look nothing like the photos.

avoid

nothing was good about the property

locally the charge 90.000 COP but we were charged 160.000 COP, on top of that the noise in the area is out of control. our shower didn’t work and they had to come in our room for 2 hours to get the shower to only stop leaking. we weren’t offered breakfast or even an apology for not having a shower. I would avoid this hotel.

Great location and value for money with welcoming and helpful staff

Great location- you can watch the all the parrots flying into the park at sunset just one block away! Good food options nearby. Super clean room and nice to have the option of aircon and fan. Staff were very welcoming and helpful - it was a bonus to have laundry service available.

Not much to be done about it, but there was some noise at night time- from the aircon of a neighboring room and from passing traffic- earplugs helped.

Not good value for money. Horrible room.

The room didn't have windows, it smelled like mold, the wall painting was falling apart. Probably the worst hotel room I've ever seen. It was also expensive. With the same price you can find much better deals.

Will recommend friends.

Breakfast staff and reception staff friendly. Very good location. By the sea and historical centre. Lovely to wlak thru the historical centre during the day and night. I feel very safe.

Great and friendly staff

Staff was attentive and helpful. Located on a quiet zone but not far from the noisy and chaotic area around the Port so it was easy to walk there to.

Booked one double room and two single ones but when we arrived they said they were fully booked and instead of two single rooms they only had one room with two beds. We were fine with that but I don't understand what's the point of booking in advance if they can't guarantee the accommodation. Also, our shower was fancy but dated and the water pooled on the floor as the water drained too slowly.

Exceptional

A big shout out to the owner. She was super-helpful and went out on her motorbike in the pouring rain to get us a taxi from the city, so we made it to the airport on time. Great location, walking distance from city-center and Parque Santander to watch the daily bird display.

Disappointing

The breakfast from the cafe, although this does not belong to the hotel.

Staff was not really helpful with any request we had. They could not call a taxi in time, could not recommend a rainforest tour, tour provider or alike, could not tell what to see in Leticia (although we afterwards found out there were three days of festival) and refused to call the airline when we had problems with our flight. Partly not motivated (were watching movies, using their phones etc and gave the impression of disturbing them when asking for something). In the morning, someone turned on music at 6 a.m. and started to sing along until we asked her to stop. Room was tiny, bed unconfortable and no warm water in the showers. Entrance is secured with grids also during the day. Entrance was almost blocked by the employees mofa. Definitely would not recommend it.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good location, wifi (slow, but faster than our 4G), good size of the rooms, new hotel, good breakfast in the Café next door, very clean

Perfect stay to recoup after the slow boat from Manaus

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a good breakfast in the hotel one day and the next day they sent us next door to the cute café who provided it for free and was really nice. The place is new and the rooms are clean.

The shower is brand new and feels like you could launch into space in it. Unfortunately there is no hot water though (standard for South America so not a big issue).
