Despite the issues the place was very clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. All but one staff was friendly. The third person was not rude but she was not friendly. I chalked it up to maybe she did not have a good day. I loved that housekeeping cleans the room and replenishes the towels and toiletries daily. A real plus. I would book again.

The shower was slippery but clean. An accident waiting to happen. The toilet was a tight squeeze and in an awkward position. The restaurant was closed and there was no place to eat. If I had known when I booked, I would have purchased something before. Should be an ice machine on both floors. I had to go upstairs for ice and no elevator. A slight handicap for older people. My phone did not work but I used my cell.

Adele customer service was amazing, beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful.

They need to clean up the property including the bathroom

The size of the room was decent, it was not a 5 star I get it I wasn’t expecting much BUT when it comes to cleanliness I expect to be comfortable,the shower was moldy and the tub had a half standing door so half open and when we took showers the bathroom got really wet so then we had to take our towels to mop the floor. We stayed 4 nights , housecleaning came one day to clean and she just replaced towels in the bathroom that’s all. Each time we shower we had to go get towels from the main desk because we had to use those towels to mop the water from the bathroom floor and at one point they were out of regular size towels

The cleanliness of the bathroom and at least a shower door, they also advised breakfast but the was no such thing, no meals, bar open at 4 pm

Some staff was friendly

There was no phone in the room one chair we was charged for 3 people when I told them the other person wasn’t coming anymore because she was sick. The AC unit was leaking room wasn’t clean for 3 days.if we need anything for the room we had to walk to the front office to get it.

I will not stay there again.

Room was clean.

Stairs smell of mildew. Three channels on TV, one was a recorded loop tape from 2021. (you can tell from the commercials showing COVID instructions) Vending machines do not work. Lots of things need maintence team's attention.

Great stay, comfortable beds, and excellent customer service.

The location was great.

The description of the room was not what I imagined it. There was an "ocean view" but it was a room right at the entrance, so no real privacy on the balcony. Also, there was no elevator.

Thomas island is known as the gateway to the Caribbean....very much true!

The breakfast menu was very limited. Very friendly environment and staff.

Beds were too small for a one bed suite. I think a two queens or one Cal King would've fit best.

A great stop over before and after my flight!

The location is perfect for a one night stay wether you are going to or coming from the airport. I was there in June and now one month later, I see that they are shining up the property a little more. The lobby was clean and inviting. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional! My room was clean and I had a water view along with great AC ..

All was good! If anything, the old, rugged steps were a little scary when I had to bring my luggage up and down. Replacement of old carpet would be an upgrade.

Exceptional

Staying on the water so glad to stay in the same place my daughter and wife had stayed before I got tired of hearing about St Thomas. I really enjoy myself and when I returned home I told my friends about my trip and all the fun we had and how nice the people at Lindbergh Bay hope to see you again Thank you Michael Ansley

Decent hotel for short stay

Comfortable. Needed a place close to the airport while waiting for flight not departing till 2 days later. Location was perfect for my needs. Staff was very helpful. Original room was on 2nd floor but large duffel bag difficult to navigate stairs so room changed one on 1st floor. Nice pool. Close to Brewer's beach

TV service poor. Most of channels had little to no reception. Not good considering private homes can get better reception. No ice dispenser, had to walk to next building, inconvenient especially at night. Hotel walk up only, not for older guests or large and or heavy luggage. No beach access Support post in middle of room, Too close to one of beds.
