Sweet little hotel right in the middle of the historic district, yet far enough away to be quiet. Very snice and accomodating staff
Hot water was minimal as was the water pressure
8.0 / 10.0
The hotel is well situated, not far from the main square. Drinking water was provided, the wifi connection was good and there was plenty of hot water, which is important in San Cristobal which is cold at night.
The hotel is quiet at night providing the other residents don't make a noise, but the rooms are not well insulated and you hear noise from other rooms, particularly if someone has the television on loudly. There were no bedside lights and no heating, although sufficient blankets were provided.

Beautiful patio, old but very clean

Housekeeping every day, fresh towels, retractable clothesline in the bathroom, water bottles in the room, garafon on the landing and coffee in the lobby - this lovely family makes every effort to provide a quality stay that is very difficult to find at this price.
The shower was very good, but just a little erratic, and the glorious old house does magnify sound a bit.

Good location, very close to center but a 20 min taxi ride to ADO bus station, hot shower and good wifi, a simple budget hotel, water refill
Although it is a budget hotel, it has a very small room without window, no breakfast

This was the hotel we were looking for in San Cristobal de las Casas! Ideal for a group of 12 students. All rooms were identical and located on the same corridor. The rooms offered all the comfort we needed, 2 large comfortable beds, space for the suitcases, a sufficiently spacious bathroom and a good shower. Ideally, the sink is outside the bathroom so that you can both use your toilet at the same time.
In the event of a defect in one of the showers, this was rectified early in the morning.
The breakfast, offered in the adjacent restaurant, was of excellent quality and affordable. The buffet, with a reduction for the ladies, was also welcome!
Moreover, Hotel San Luis is located next to the Museo del Ambar and a few cuadras steps from the Plaza Central.
We will definitely do this stay again next year with the new group.

No issues.

Everything is good. Fast wifi, hot water, friendly staffs, strong water pressure. Location is also good for the people who don't like to live in the center but still close enough to the city center by walking. Really nothing can be complaind. Highly recommend it.

The shower is so nice and hot! The workers are really friendly. Enough blankets in the room to get warm in the cold San Cristobal nights.

Very clean, big room, cotton sheets and great location. Complimentary coffee and water is a bonus!
Shower head is small and needs decalcifying.

Nice old hotel in the center. Easy for access all places, friendly staff.
Cold rooms and could bit even open a window. stayed there in January and absolutely no heating and in the night outside temperature can get up to 0 C. Got such a cold there and temperature had to stay a extra day so I can travel.

Everything was great! Good location, the nights were quiet, the staff was friendly, comfortable bed… and every day a nice hot shower with a lot of pressure. This hotel was one of the best on my trip through Mexico. I will come again.

great location, very quiet & high speed wifi.

The vibe is warm, because of the care staff put in it. It is like getting in a family’s place.
Noise: At least at my room, I could hear the noise coming from other bedrooms tv and everything else. No privacy.
Location: Not really amusing, specially during the night. It felt harsh for me. The place is right on the road.

The hotel is in an ideal location, it's a five miute walk to downtown and a ten minute walk to the local supermarket.
My room was super clean and comfortable, with great cable TV, and a strong wifi signal.. There is an attached restaurant where i had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The reception staff was friendly, and as a bonus there is a small museum in the foyer.

Very friendly and helpful owners, the hotel is in a great location to reach the center by foot. Very good price. Huge variety of restaurants around, travel agency close by. The room was clean, hot water available and the bed very comfortable, with thick sheets. Highly recommendable!
The table was too tall to be used, but that's peanuts for vacations ;))

Super clean, large room, good location, friendly and attentive staff, good laundry service, cool mini-antique collection.
Best value for money in Mexico.
For 2 of the days of my stay, the wifi was unreliable, disconnecting frequently. For the other days it was perfect.

We arrived at 7 am and the hotel staff let us already check in and gave us a room. Everybody here is very nice and accomodating. The rooms are comfy, the patio is beautiful, the localization is just right - close to the center but far enough to be quiet and calm.
7.1 / 10.0
It was clean and they offered 24hours reception which was good when I had to check out really early to get to my next destination.
No windows in the room - only one to the corridor.
