Море, территория отеля, забавное поздравление с днем рождения

Еда стала заметно хуже, чем 4 года назад, персонал отеля нельзя назвать клиентоориентированным, официанты у бассейна и на пляже большую часть времени веселятся сами с собой и вообще перестали подходить к отдыхающим. Что то случилось в управлении отелем, не в лучшую сторону.

Good stay

Adult only pool had a breathtaking view. Aqua park facilities were very good. The room was very good size and minibar filled everyday. They use original well known brands in the bars. The staff were very polite and helpful. The Italian restaurant was good. Families with young kids were happy as the kids club facilities are good and it is good for other guests as it is not very noisy.

Evening entertainment was not great for teenagers. My children got bored and we stayed in the room most of the evenings. It is hard for preteens and teenagers to just go to club themselves. It would be nice if a staff walked around and invite them for football etc. The food was not in Turkish 5 star hotel standards. First time in Turkey, I couldn’t eat much. They had a bit of everything but same each day. I love cold meze dishes as I love vegetables but the hotel had very limited meze dishes and most of the nights were same. Hotel facilities spread around. It is tiring to even go to room from restaurant or aqua par but they have shuttle busses.

- Большое разнообразие еды на шведском столе - Классный детский пляж где нет волн - Достаточно большой аквапарк - Красивые закаты вечерами - Милая качель для инстаграмных фото в море - Компактный номер где все хорошо разместилось, хороший свежий ремонт в номере - Заботливая уборщица - дала даже бортики для кроватей детей - Услышали наши пожелания и делали уборку до обеденного сна детей

- Ресепшн очень устарел и стоит какая-то вонь толи от алкоголя толи черт знает чего, первое впечатление от заезда как попадаешь в какую-то тройку - Вообще в целом территория отеля очень устарела, видно что строили давно. Т.е. фактически номера выглядят хорошо потому что их отремонтировали и на фотографиях в номере и сам отель издалека выглядит красивым. Но атмосфера устаревшести на территории сильно чувствуется - Еды хоть и много, но фактически готовят там же где подают - с одной стороны типа видишь, что и как готовят, с другой - куча запахов, например, горелого масла, портят аппетит. Народу очень много. За омлетами очереди. Впечатление муравейника и сильной суеты - А-ля карт рестораны это, конечно, смешно. Качество еды в них сомнительное

Definitely will be going back, such a lovely holiday made better with exceptional staff & facilities

The variation of Pools & Bars, things to do, the friendliness of staff, variation of food in buffet for breakfast, lunch & dinner was very good, the different drinks, cocktails & Mock-tails on offer & that as an all inclusive actual Branded Drinks were used not just local ones, the cleanliness of all areas, except showers for Guests for last day use after check out!! The service of golf carts to take you to & from your accommodation with your luggage, I also saw other guests use these at other times not just for moving to & from when leaving or arriving, The buses that operate up to 5.30pm taking guests from one end of the resort to the other The Adult only pool was bliss, The splash park was fun too, The patisserie in middle of square to get pastry’s, ice cream & desserts

The showers for Guests to use on their last day after you have checked out of your room, but this wasn’t down to Hotel staff but other guests using it, I just feel that the facilities need to be more managed and little better with maybe a booking system, that way other guests could be held accountable for how facilities are left!!

Liberty Lykia offers everything required for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Fantastic food (the sheer range of options can initially feel overwhelming—you’ll get used to it 😉). Top quality ingredients expertly prepared. The range of free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is second to none. Everything you need is onsite, the staff are super friendly and the evening entertainment can be exceptional. There is a fair bit of walking involved across a site on different levels which can require a fair few stairs or inclines (there are some lifts at key points). We walked around 4 miles a day just heading to and from the room and to to different pool/beach areas.

Exceptional

It is a wonderful resort. There is a whole section for kids with water slides, pools, and sports. The staff was very respectful and friendly. It was the cleanest resort I have ever been. Even the restrooms in common areas were very clean. The food was amazing., large variety and delicious. The beach was beautiful, the pools were so nice and the entertainment was well worth watching. Overall great for family vacation. The resort also have pools and other areas adults only.

This place is Paradise.

This hotel is a magical experience, I've never seen anything like it. Everything here is designed to keep you in Wow mode, the staff, I mean all the staff from receptions to waiters to cleaners to guest relationships are the nicest and most accommodating I've seen in a hotel. The beach, the waterpark, the pools, the landscape, gardens, water sports, paragliding, rooms, disco place, kids shows, unlimited food options quality, all of those earned an easy A+++ I'm just lost for words and I want to thank the management for the awesome job they've pulled off and the amazing memories they allowed us to form. I am definitely coming again and will highly recommend to everyone I know to visit.

Was disappointing on many levels, the property needs to upgrade on many fronts.

Location was great in terms of views, it had a beautiful sunset and nice beach. There was a taxi stand right outside the property so one could explore the village easily. The entertainment programmes in the arena were quite good. They offered a decent Paraglididng service which landed conveniently at the hotel but prices were steep specially if photography was included.

the buffet was elaborate but there were too many flies which could have been better managed. there were barely any common air conditioned areas except the lobby which wasn’t big enough and mostly swarmed with people checking in and out and their luggage. The rooms shown in the pictures do not reflect the standard rooms category which are too basic and do not qualify as 5 stars. there was too much moisture in the rooms and bathrooms again very basic and disappointing. The water from the sink took too long to drain. there is little attention to detail. There were dumpsters outside some rooms in each block. We were initially allotted one such room which we refused to accept so they changed it. We were so disappointed with the rooms that ee were willing to pay for an upgrade to a deluxe room but the hotel was fully booked so didn’t accommodate the request. Rooms are far and often require uphill trek so gets inconvenient for older people and with little children but sadly the buggy service is too limited and only offered fir check in and check out Request for buggy service at other times was turned down with the mere excuse of being busy. the WiFi in the property was also not great it had weak signals and we kept getting logged out frequently. Most basic activities fir kids like sand art, painting and steering a toy boat were not included in the all inclusive package and charged exorbitant rates.

A must do in a lifetime.

The whole resort is a worthy experience. From the reception staff (Kubra), the cleaners, restaurant, entertainment team, all were helpful and shared a beautiful smile whenever they were providing a service.

The air-conditioning in the room was not user friendly. Also, more air-conditioning is needed at the open buffet area.

the best all inclusive hotel we’ve ever visited, we’ll definitely return

pretty much everything! the people, location, extensive facilities and selection of food are exceptional opportunities to do other activities like paragliding (must do) and diving

some of the a la carte restaurants could do with a little improvement in terms of quality of food. still very good, just possibly not worth the extra charge. rooms are a little dated.

A dreamlike resort at one of the most beautiful places of Turkey

Absolutely everything! From the entrance to every corner of the resort it is perfect!

Maybe there could be a little bit more lights at night on the premises but the beautiful stars were making up for it.
