Las vistas, acceso directo a la playa, comida muy buena
Las habitaciones tenian muy poco sitio para dejar las cosas, en el baño no hay ni donde colgar las toallas, falta mucho mantenimiento y las cosas que se rompen no se arreglan, la ubicacion si no vas con coche no permite mucho movimiento.

On nous a fait changer de chambre sans même un remboursement alors que la nouvelle chambre était moins bien que la première. Nous avons eu une journée ou les femmes de ménages ne sont même pas passé. Douche qui déborde quand on se lave et qui met de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain, avec un seul tapis de bain c'est compliqué de tout essuyé. L'eau est parfois gelée quand on se douche

Hotellet ligger en bit från Saranda centrum. Vi skulle tjäna på att hyra moped än att betala för taxi.
Svagt WiFi på alla våningar förutom på bottenplan.

Das Zimmer mit dem Balkon und dem Blick übers Meer war wirklich sehr schön. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet, obwohl kaum jemand da war. Das Ganze hat uns irgendwie an den früheren Osten von Deutschland erinnert. Alle Tische gleich groß, der Buffet Tisch irgendwie altbacken..., kein Flair.
Eigentlich hatten wir vor, in diesem Hotel einen Bade-und Ausruhtag einzulegen. Aber : der Pool war leer, trotzdem standen jede Menge Liegen drum herum. Was heißt saisonal ? Es war immerhin Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni und total heiß. Der Strand war überhaupt nicht ansprechend, es waren keine Liegen und Schirme aufgestellt. Die steile Treppe hinunter war uneben, sodass wir auf das geplante Badevergnügen verzichtet haben. Was uns auch gestört hat : es gab nur Wein in Flaschen, was ungeschickt war, da ich selbst lieber Bier trinke und meine Frau keine ganze Flasche Wein. Also haben wir uns am 2. Abend außerhalb ein schönes Lokal gesucht.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the hotel itself is fabulous with an incredible view, it has a pool and a private beach, and the breakfast is also fabulous. The space is clear and well-maintained.

Cuarto de baño sin cosas habituales como un vaso de plástico o jabón. El wc estaba mal instalado y cuando te sentabas no llegabas con los pies al suelo. Nos decepcionó que a 30 mayo no estuviese abierta la piscina tal como se indicaba (a partir del 15 mayo)

Struttura che ha sicuramente fatto il suo tempo. Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata.
- Pulizia della camera così così: trovati moltissimi capelli (non nostri) sia nelle lenzuola del letto che in bagno.
- non mi è piaciuto che mi abbiano chiesto di saldare il conto prima ancora di farmi vedere la camera
- colazione con scarsa scelta
- lettini a pagamento nella spiaggia privata a 10 euro, potrebbero, soprattutto a fine stagione, darli gratuitamente

Swimming pool is great Breakfast as well nice. Very close to the beach so that is great too. We could order special albanian dishes 1 day in advance for lunch and diner as well. very beautiful view in the restaurant. Best view of Saranda! to have diner. Beautiful if sun is going down

The view and location
Everything old and falling apart, lights that will blow with no reason. Toilet bad smell. Slippery floor at the pool and defective accessories at the pool. No umbrellas in the pool and really old sun beds. The beach quiet and nice but not maintained and on top of high rates of hotel u still have to pay for sunbeds. Strange :(
The staff besides the waitresses at the bar really distant and unwelcoming. Never again

We have book a room for 2 adult and 1 child 4 years old. The owner give a room with only one double bad, the reservation was more than clear, he asked for payment in advance for 4 nights and we have payed, staff very rude and unprofessional, they said openly that if we don't like we can live the hotel and in fact we have stayed only one night. No money back no apologies, they don't deserve clients. Please don't book DODONA hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was convenient to get to the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was lovely at the restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and I would definitely visit again.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are good size however location wise for local facilities unless you have a car I did nit find it great. Morning breakfast could have been better with more variety. Night time at the restaurant may need additional staff to service the guests quicker.

The pool is large and clean. The beach is easily accessible, stony but with such clear water. The room was clean with nice towels. Breakfast was ok.
There was a lack of amenities, at least in my room. The bathroom had some liquid shower gel but no other toiletries, no hooks or towel bars to hang your towels. The shower was poorly designed and caused water to run all over the floor. No glasses for water, no bedside table, no tea or coffee facilities. The oversized furniture made the room so cramped. The hotel is far from town and an expensive taxi ride to get there.

Gorgeous amenities ~ pool, right next to the beach, umbrellas and chairs available, nice restaurant & parking available. It’s also a 10 minute drive away from grocery stores etc. also the family who runs it is lovely and very kind.
The rooms could use a slight upgrade, maybe some new pillows and a larger sheet for the bed as my partner and I, did not fit under one, and it’s only a sheet with no duvet. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Some of the staff were friendly
Rooms were small and outdated. Hardly had space to open suitcase. Under beds were dusty and had someone's old makeup sponge underneath. Seats in balcony were dirty and had no table. No soap in rooms, only shower gel (advertised facilities state all shower items are provided) shower doesnt have a door which meant the floor was soaked!
Drinks menu is available but most of drinks advertised are not available including cocktails. As for the house white wine....toxic!
Breakfast...poor. One type of bread, no croissants. No gluten free or alternative milk options or breakfast tea available. Didn't eat any thing else here.
Pool was dirty, chipped tiles along edges and steps. No sun umbrellas available. Sun loungers were grubby. The slide was missing second step at the top which made it dangerous which meant a very disappointed 3 year old!

We had a sea view room which was amazing and we were also able to watch the sunset every night. Private beach which comes with free sun loungers was also lovely.
To begin with, the location of the property is very out of the way unless you own a car. We had to walk for an hour or spend €15/20 on taxis every time we left the hotel. The breakfast was actually awful, everything was very poorly made so we barely ate. Hotel restaurant which you have to pay for is even worse, not sure why this hotel calls itself a pizzeria but that’s definitely not the case. Don’t even get me started on the WiFi which would disconnect every 10 minutes. The room itself was okay but I did hurt my leg on the bed frame surrounding it as has sharp corners with very little space to walk around it. The shower floor is also flat so the water goes everywhere when you take a shower, not ideal.

The hotel has a big swimming pool and a private beach so you don't have to go further than it's facilities to enjoy your day. Good parking spots.
Breakfast was kind of poor and of bad quality. Rooms weren't very clean and no toiletries except for one shampoo. Staff didn't bother much unless when asked for something. Pretty far away from city center so travelling is a must.

Loved the swimming pool really great and deep and the view was absolutely lovely. There are not many hotels in Saranda with a pool and this was really clean and a good size.
The double bed was awkward with the wood surround it (may not be similar in other rooms) and with little room to walk past it I hurt my leg on it the first day we arrived. Was a little out of town so a courtesy bus or similar would have been good or advice and assistance getting a taxi. No welcome or friendliness from the manager or any of the staff (apart from the cleaners) which is a shame as this hotel could be a real gem in the future.

The hotel location is nice and we really enjoyed the pool and the private beach with free sun beds.
The hotel staff is friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Because we arrived late in the first day and the hotel restaurant was closed, the staff took us to a restaurant nearby and when we finished they came to pick up us to return to the hotel.
Overall, we had a nice stay here.
Even tough the hotel is 4 stars rated, the rooms are not. The furniture is old and we were missing some essential things: hair dryer, toilet brush, towel racks in the bathroom. Improvements should be done to the rooms in order to be more comfortable and appropriate to a 4 stars rated hotel.

The breakfast was okay, but the bread was not very good, so it would have been great if they had had a toaster.
The beds were extremely soft - so not very comfortable.

The sea view room from our room was spectacular and the pool was a good size and having the beach on the door step is very useful.
The room and the rest of the hotel is in need of modernisation and is not very practical, particularly not having many plug sockets and storage. The walk in shower would always flood the bathroom floor which was such a pain to keep having to dry to use afterwards.
The location of the hotel is very secluded and so you’ll need transport or a taxi every time you want to go to town which is about 15/20 mins and the taxis seem to charge €20 one way. So it can get expensive to travel around.

location is top IF you have your own car, otherwise it is to far from the centre, private beach is nice
ac was not working or very poorly, electricity was more off then on in the room, they promised a baby bed at 2pm (reception), at 6pm (owner) and when we came back at 10pm it was still not there. coffee in the morning is cold (thermos) and they charge you extra for a fresh coffee. the owner is just sitting there all day not managing his (friendly) staff! a shame, could be a nice place. 4 star hotel?
