Exceptional Hotel

The owners are kind and very friendly, they are always ready to help ! The breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh ! Parking is available and is less than 5 minutes from the beach! The room was clean and spacious . I highly recommend Hotel Soan! Definitely coming back here

Very good

I loved the people working at the hotel! The room was big, and had aircondition, a big shower and a fridge. Practical with a food-store right outside the door. They cleaned everyday, and drove us to the airport.

The bed was a bit hard, and sometimes there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Also a bit too much noise from the road.

Amazing price for the rooms

It was really clean and the rooms were well-maintained. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they provided parking. The location is ideal as you can visit city centre and check all the famous beaches in Ksamil. The breakfast was buffet style so there were many delicious and home cooked options. If you plan to visit Saranda, definitely stay to this family owned business.

Nice people, good location, close to the beach.

The view from the balcony was nice, the beach is very close, the staff if really friendly, clean, and clean, very good breakfast with a personal touch, and a really nice buffet. The owner made sure we had a parking spot in front of the hotel ready at all times. For the money, hard to beat the offer...

Well, not new. AC was a bit louder, some equipment is just a bit worn. But nothing that bad...

Perfect

We stayed in Soan hotel for a week and we had a great experience. What I liked the most about this hotel was the fact that much care was taken by Ana for cleanliness. There was daily housekeeping , was extremely clean, neat and always smelled good The owners Ana and Sotir were very friendly and they were always making sure that we were satisfied ,, he even came to pick us up with his car as we arrived since the hotel is little far from the bus stop ( from city’s centre) . The room was big so was the washroom. The breakfast was soooo delicious, every day there was a new dish cooked from Ana, the wifi was perfect, the beaches were very close, if you don’t want to pay for umbrella in mango beach there is an area on the left side of this beach where you can use your own umbrella and sun beds , lots of restaurants around. Overall very good value for the money . Would definitely choose to come in this hotel again if I ever get back to Sarande

Superb

The was always a place to park in front on the hotel, which was really nice and important ( you will understand why when you are there, especially if you want to go to other places on the weekends:) ) The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly on a daily bases, sheets are also changed after 2 days. The rooms had a refrigerator, AC and a beautiful view. The breakfast is not included, but it is very good and definitely recommended. There is quite some option one could have. The Mango and Flamingo beaches at a 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is a store just across the street and a way bigger one 200 m away from the location of the hotel, where you can find pretty much anything.

We were asked to pay a couple of euro supplementary to cover the bank tax of the card payment (wasn't something dramatic)

Highly recommend this hotel

I wolud recommend this hotel for everyone who's coming to Sarandë. Close to the beach, amazing view from balcony, hotel was super clean, always scented, owners were friendly and very hardworking people who strive to make hotel even better. Room was cleaned every single day and that's big plus for me. I don't have nothing bad to say.

The owners were very hospitable, the room was large with a beautiful sea view, they cleaned every day, the breakfast was fresh and very tasty, the location is out of the hustle and bustle of the city and close to the beaches in Ksamil, everything was perfect.

Very good

Facilities were cleaned every day, towels were changed every other day, bed linen 3 times in 8 days. Proximity to beaches La Cueva, Mango and Flamingo (if you like gravel beach) and several good restaurants with traditional food. We liked the location because it is about 3km away from the crowded town center. Plenty of parking space nearby. Good AC ( should be cleaned and sanitized more often because of the mould though). Good wifi signal.

Beds were really uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattresses. The so-called common room/ terrace could only be used if food or drinks are ordered so if you are on a specific diet you can only eat on the balcony within your room and neither of our balconies was equipped with a table. We asked for one and got it immediately. The other balcony had only 2 plastic chairs. There were no mosquito nets. Right next to the hotel there is a construction site and workers start off pretty early in the morning

It was very enjoyable except for the problem with the beds.

The view was amazing , ac working , small fridge and quite spacious.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was very hard and didnt get much sleep. The room was cleaned daily but the bed sheets and towels were changed per 3 day basis.

Second stay in this perfect hotel

Love it! Family hotel with big clean rooms, sea view, perfect location near the road to Blue Eye, Pullbardha and Pasquira beach, Ksamil, Butrint... Good restaurants in neighbourhood. Breakfast made by nicest owner Anna are so yummy :) It was our second time here, if staying in Sarande I will always choose Soan. I recommend!!
