Friendly and welcoming host. He gave us good recommendations about spots to visit nearby and quiet beaches. The apartment itself was well equipped and very spacious!

We could not really enjoy the view from the terrace as we were on the ground floor and next to another apartment with four guests who were talking loudly right next to our terrace. This was a pity because we mainly chose this accommodation outside of the town for its view from the balcony as advertised on the offer. So make sure to ask the host if your room is not on the ground floor (first floor when talking to the host). Also we had to pay all the rental immediately at arrival and in cash only. We were not prepared and only had two third of the money in cash with us. We then had to drive to town to withdraw the rest of the money in cash the same night after a long driving journey. As in all the other accommodations that we booked in Albania we payed at the end of our stay we were quite surprised and a bit annoyed because the traffic in the center of Sarande was awful.

The view is great From a Nice terace. The host is very Nice, helping with all questions you May have.

A bit far From the city. Close if you take the Car, But it is not easy to park in Serande. We had small kids with us so 30min walking uphill was not an option, so we were forced to take Car with us. You have to drive a bit around until you find s parking. Also Would be Nice if the shower tap Will be changed, as it has a Strange position at the moment that makes showering without wetting everything imposible.

Sildi is a great host. When our ferry arrived with a big delay, he came to pick us up with his car. We received many recommendations regarding the places to visit in the city. The place was a bit far from the center but the view from the terrace was amazing. Absolutely worth its price. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. The staff was always available to assist and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining.

There was a persistent hint of fish odor that we couldn't ignore. It wasn't strong, but it was present throughout our stay.

Nice quiet place overlooking the bay

Nice, spacious, well furnished location with a good view over Saranda's bay which offers good value for money. It has a nice garden at ground floor, which made having breakfast on the balcony particularly pleasant. It's a quiet neighbourhood so there is no noise at night and you can get a good night's sleep. Parking outside is not difficult as it's a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Communication with the owner was easy and gave us tips and indications to reach the villa (super easy with Google Maps).

The apartment is really quite far from the busy city center, as the map shows: if you're not a really strong walker you'll need to use the car (on the other hand, getting out of the city to reach beaches and other locations is easy and fast). We never walked to the center and always moved the car (but the traffic in Saranda is quite heavy, and parking is a nightmare). Bathroom is the only weak point of the apartment as it's really small and cramped and the shower is just a hand shower in a corner of the bathroom, without curtains or box, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet after showering.

Nice apartment on the top of the hill

The apartment was clean and spacious with a very nice view.

The location, the apartment is located on a steep hill and going to the city center and back requires a lot of effort as you almost have to hike there. if you go by car than might not be that bad but otherwise the apartment is located in a pretty difficult area to reach by foot.

Sildi's apartment as well as the host is absolutely great. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Good location with a great view of the sea, a friendly and communicative host, a super-nice touch when the lady of the house cooked us a local breakfast on the first day. We loved it here, even extended our stay.

Exceeded all our expectations! Super cool!

Very comfortable and clean apartment. It has three terraces, the biggest one has awesome view to Sarande port and city. Terrace is equipped with terrace tables and chairs. It was so cool to spend evening time on the terrace with my friends. Nice new furniture and enough kitchenware for 6 people. Very nice and pleasant host, who can help with any trouble or question. Also there is a parking lot on the apartment's territory. This is perfect location for three couples of friends who travel by car in Albania!

Great owners! Clean and comfy apartments! Great view!

I reserved two apartments, one bigger (two bedrooms) and one smaller (one bedroom). The smaller one would be great for families with younger children (2+2 model) and the bigger on is recommended for 2+2 (or 2+3) but with teenagers. Both apartments were clean and comfy, with great view of the Saranda's bay. There are two balconies in every apartment, so one can be used as a temporary storage and laundry and the other one is just for relaxation. Smaller apartment has very small bathroom but you can manage if you aren't too shy, of course (because the bathroom is drowning after shower and you cannot get dressed there). Hotel is 20-30 minutes walk distance from the Saranda's center but the car is still the best choice in Albania (if you want to "feel" the country). Owners are great! The building itself is in great condition also. You can use washing machine and the Miranda will surely help you in that matter. And you may use English :)
