bel appartement!

bel appartement très confortable, nous avions tout ce que nous avions besoin. un bus est tout près de l'appartement pour se rendre dans le vieux split. 30 min de bus

Exceptional

Denis is very helpful, it made everything he could to help us. The apartment was really clean, it has air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, which is very good because it was really hot in Split. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare the meals and eat in, with a very nice plus, having dinner on the balcony :) Definitely recommend

Very friendly host, once bathroom is sorted it will be a great place to stay.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was close to amenities and the parking was combine to and secure. Kitchen had everything we needed.

There were major issues with the bathroom. From the moment we arrived we were told the washer was broken, bad news for a largely water and beach based holiday. There were issues with the shower being broken and flooding the bathroom. which the host did try and fix but it still effected the holiday. The shower in general was hard to use.

Quiet and convenient apartment with parking and good connections.

The apartment is spacious and light. There is a balcony with a view of the mountains and sea. There is a nice little shop a few yards down the hill that is open early to late. Parking is not a problem. You are easily out onto major roads with good connections. our host was helpful and kind.

I really liked Apartment Lana. I can’t think of any negatives.

Huge apartment with very comfortable bed. Big kitchen with everything you may need, beautiful view and the location - 1 km to the beach. 2x aircondition, Amazing Strongly recommend!

Superb

First of all a great communication with an owner of the property and his son. Then location was quiet good, close to shop or supermarket bars, bus stop, nextbike rental. Not to close to the Beach (The nearest one was the dog beach). Distance to city center pretty close and Uber cost only 50 Kuna to get there. Apartment itself was nice with great balcony and lovely view. Bed pretty comfy, well equiped kitchen and large corner sofa bed + armchair. Plenty of room on a dining table (6 sitter) for just 2 of us. Early check-in and late check out was available. If you want to feel more like home than the hotel room just go for it.

Stay like a local in a fully equipped condo with sea view.

Duilovo is mainly a residential area of Split, so it’s quite peaceful. There are different kind of beaches (dog beach, nudist beach) in a short walking distance. The centre is quite far away but easily available by car or bus ( the bus stop is very near although we used our car). The apartment has a garage and a fantastic terrace with an amazing view of the sea and Biokovo mountain. You can sit on the terrace with a bottle of wine and enjoy the breathtaking sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped and the whole condo is very comfortable. A big plus that a small supermarket is just a few steps away and in 500 metres there’s a big supermarket. The owner is a very nice and helpful guy. We’ve choosen his apartment for the second time and I strongly recommend it to others.
