worst experience in spain

no Air Condition, very hot at night, lots of masquitos(!!!), no frige or ANYTHING in the room except for beds and old 14 inch TV, staff does not speak english

Uncharming

Good linnen, clean room.

It is a weird hotel, the location is just after all the industry in the fields close to a beach. Still 40 minutes walk if you like to leave your car at the hotel. There is no atmosphere at all. Reception is big and empty, no cosy or nice areas to chill or sit. Not sure what the purpose is of this hotel? Happy that I stayed only 1 night. The is no sitting area close to your room, a lot of concrete and that's it. For me the rate of 90 euros is a lot for what you get.

Decent hotel with private garage parking.

Room was clean and spacious, allowed dogs, and it was convenient to have the garage parking for our car.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable. It was somewhat hard and non-conforming.

Very nice concept of hotel. Cosy room with big bathroom. Silent, clean. Garage solution is excellent. Lovely and very helpful personal. Fully recommendable.

Too hot

It was nice to have a place to park our car because it was loaded.

The mattress was too soft and sank in the middle and the worst was the air circulation: there was none. It was suffocating. There was no air conditioning or even a fan; we asked for it but they didn't have. The only option was to open the window and let mosquitos feast with us, besides the barking dogs around from the area. I didn't sleep a wink

Remote But Spacious, Clean & Comfortable. Inconvenient Access Set-Up & Communication Challenges

Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Garage parking a bonus - very secure.

Access to each property was only possible through the garage door which was controlled centrally by reception. This somewhat unusual arrangement could, at times, be inconvenient particularly when other guests were being attended to by the staff. Why are guests not given access keys to their individual properties? Whilst the staff were very friendly communication, at times, was difficult due to the language barrier (even regular requests for garage access could be challenging!). The only access road to / from the hotel (located in the countryside, 7 km from town) was scheduled to be closed at 07:00hrs on the day of our departure to accommodate an international duathlon championship event taking place in the area; had we not been aware of this race, and enquired about potential road closures, we would have been stuck... and potentially missed our flight. This was clearly a one-off scenario but an effort to communicate should have been made.
